EASY ― 0.5 POINTS | MEDIUM ― 1 POINT | HARD ― 1.5 POINTS | CONQUERED ― 2 POINTS | FINAL BOSS ― 0.5 POINTS



As you hurry to finish your music video for music-per-day (because you totally didn't wait until five minutes before midnight to watch one), you feel your eyes growing heavy. You reach for your caffeine of choice to your right, but *gasp* it's empty. You feel the sleepiness overwhelm you as your eyes start to close. Lying your head down, you hope that you have a mistake left for the challenge.

Slightly panicked, you awake in the middle of a field. No longer in your comfy room, you duck as a barrage of magic heads your way. Luckily, you see a friendly AWCC staff member standing across the field. Wait. Did they just point a gun at you?!

Welcome to the
AWCC Staff Battle '24: I Died from Lack of Sleep Trying to Finish All These Challenges and Woke Up in Another World Where the AWCC Staff Are All Villains ( う-´)づ︻╦̵̵̿╤── (˚☐˚”)/!

Here you'll have the opportunity to complete different battle arcs against the AWCC staff members. Each arc will have its own challenges for you to fill with the anime you watch. Your time here being isekai'd is limited so you can only visit a few of them depending on your difficulty.

Don't have a lot of time? Try completing just one arc. Interested in a harder challenge? Stick around for the final boss.

Either way, everyone is welcomed and good luck surviving!



1. Read the Rules.

2. Copy the provided Sign-Up form, fill in your information, and then post it on this thread as a new reply starting from March 1st.

3. Copy the provided arc codes into your Sign-Up post.

4. Optional: If you do not already have it, you may request the Staff Battle Role on the AWCC discord. Go to the #roles-claiming-area channel and post the following with the link to your post:

Members who participated in the AWCC Matsuri or AWCC Sports Festival challenges will already have the role.



  • Sign-Ups for this challenge will start on March 1st. Participants may join at any time, but the challenge will end on April 30, 11:59PM (UTC-4).

  • HOW TO:
    　— Pick a number of arcs listed below for your given difficulty. (1 for easy, 2 for medium, 3 for hard, 4 for conquered)
    　— Complete exactly five items from each of the arcs selected.
    　— You cannot mix and match items from different arcs. Once you choose an arc, you must choose items from that arc.
    　— You may choose to switch out arcs at any time before you turn in.
    　
  • Difficulties:
    Easy: 5 series (one arc)
    Medium: 10 series (two arcs)
    Hard: 15 series (three arcs)
    Conquered: 20 series (four arcs)
    　— There are extra requirements, you only need to do those required by your difficulty.
    　— You may choose only one difficulty to complete. You may change your difficulty at any point before you turn in.
    　— You may request a special card upon completing the Conquered difficulty and the Final Boss arc. See the Badges and Cards post for more details.

  • Your challenge "Starting Date" is the day you post.
    　— Remember that it's required to add the start and end dates to any anime you use for our challenges.

  • Previously completed series aren't allowed. Neither is re-watching.
    　— Series previously started, but not finished, may be used.
    　— Airing can be used, but you must complete the series, so you can only turn-in the challenge after the series has finished airing.

  • Any type is allowed, but must be equal to or longer than 15 minutes (total).
    　— Unless otherwise stated.

  • You cannot use the same anime more than once across all arcs.

  • You may complete your items in any order. However, you cannot complete any series for the Final Boss Arc before fully completing the main challenge.

  • Remove any unused items from your sign-up form. Do not include more items than necessary for your selected difficulty.

  • Do not turn this challenge in on the AWCC Challenge Turn-in thread. Only turn in the challenge on this thread.
