TBH when i saw my banner there, i kept smiling, finding it funny as well!
I get tiny bit excited when other users are using my banners from various
challenges/events, even if i know that they simply liked the design~
Technically, MAL has their own official discord, MAL AWC & MRC (yearly anime watching
challenge & manga reading challenge) have their own discord as well + the club you're
part of has it too.
I was going to write you hours ago, but then went to sleep & then I started
watching Black Lagoon! & then I was done with it & went to actual sleep :d I was really excited for these
recommendations i wrote in discord, but i doubt you'd see, it gets flooded in a second the only reason why
i didn't watch until '21, it's cuz i'm saving them for mal official anime watching challenge! I love how you
managed to actually swing between gory/violent & iyashikei! And I felt picky when i was writing all those,
but i better be picky than hate my recs & dread watching them i got only one anime last year & i finish it
this december :// it took me entire year to force myself and i usually think it kind of helps santas narrow
down what they should recommend. i don't like getting paired up with people who only have "i like action
anime" in their likes. there are so many of them, how can i recommend something special!
i also seem to have weird crush on Balalaika now everytime she appeared on screen, i smiled like an idiot!
i've wanted to watch Black Lagoon, Shigurui & Serial Experiments Lain for some time, now im hyped! Love
that there are some relaxing animes i can watch in-between, cuz mind needs to rest from time to time lol
