ALPHA-MOVIE CHALLENGE - EXPLANATION


  • Must go by the official name MAL has the anime listed by (not the English common name or any of the alternative names).
  • Must be listed under the "Movie" type and be longer than 20 minutes.
  • Must have aired within that season.
    Winter - Jan/Feb/Mar
    Spring - Apr/May/Jun
    Summer - Jul/Aug/Sep
    Fall - Oct/Nov/Dec
  • For letters Q, V, X and Z, as long as the movie has the letter in the title somewhere, it can be used for these two letters/spots.
  • "Floaters" are now allowed - only two per season NEW!
    Floaters are movies that have only a year listed but no month/day and can thus be used for any season.
  • SPECIAL:
    For Summer season only, the letters I and #, as long as the movie has the letter/number in the title somewhere, it can be used for this spot/letter.
    For Spring season only, the letter W and R, as long as the movie has the letter in the title somewhere, it can be used for this spot/letter.
    For Winter season only, the letter I, as long as the movie has the letter/number in the title somewhere, it can be used for this spot/letter.
