It's like the show is kinda self aware but also retains a semi-serious story. That OP song is hot garbage though. Oosuki Mamako has that adorable little face but I can't take seriously even with someone her age. Her voice also sounds a bit high. There's actually action in this show which ....idk, feels weird lol. I just find this anime really silly with its premise. That goofy face  |

| I read the novel till second volume which was really funny. So it was nice to see this animated, so far i say Mamako is doing a good job in providing the comedy. Anyway you all should listen to you okasan. |

| The inherent everyday magic of anime milfs is that they look mature yet young at the same time, often impossibly so (classic Key moms). It makes me think of C.S. Lewis' Space Trilogy, the description of Ransom's appearance after his visits to other worlds - bearing the impression of maturity, yet also youthful like no ordinary middle-aged man could be. Not to say that the rare realistic moms (Anohana, Tsukigakirei) aren't also good in their own way. Anime needs more older main characters of all types. I've seen people say this is "just another" milf fanservice show. But even that is not common at all! Its a rare gem, if you're into it. |

| Absolutely mediocre, but still better than any other isekai shows of this season thus far? Anyway, it took way too long to get to the point (are we there yet?) and the drama was tedious and pointless. If it's a milf fetish show, it clearly doesn't have enough mumservice to justify itself. |

| I hate that I actually enjoyed this. It wasn't groundbreaking or anything, and had it's fair share of tropes, but it was still funny. 74/100 I guess this gets my award for "Biggest Surprise of the Season" |

| Finally a good isekai anime this season. Mamako is so nice but her son was such an asshole, he is basically the standard light novel protagonist with less edge. It was really heartwarming when they made up. They got the isekai premise squared away very fast, it was hilarious how quickly Shirase threw them into the game. The whole game is unfinished and rough around the edges, good inworld excuse to not draw all the NPCs. Seems like a power fantasy gone wrong for protagonist-kun, but for me, this couldn't be going better. |

| I like how the mom doesn't quite understand the terminology that her son, the king, and Shirase used when talking about the new world. I like how the mom talks about the NES and how easily she just pulls the two swords without really thinking about it. I like how her yandere/mother side kicked in when talking about her son's party members choices. Overall, I liked the first episode. |

| Despite the unnecessarily misleading and provocative title, this was pretty watchable. You might die in real life if you die in the game, but if it's dying of embarrassment because of your mom, that's kinda different. Tried to be fun, for the most part. I appreciate it. |

| I normally skip any and all isekai because they're garbage 99% of the time but the premise of, "isekai but his mom comes with him" seemed hilarious enough for me to give it a shot because it completely changes the game. Like, just imagine Sword Art Online if Kirito's mom were there with him. The one thing I wasn't fond of in this first episode is that apparently Mamako knows something about the situation they're in? That seems really weird, and kind of cheapens it since I think it would be funnier if they just happened to end up in a game world together. But we'll see how it goes. |
| Hmm seems that the relationship between the two aren't that good. Though the mother looks cute when she's pouting. The OP while catchy was also quite amusing as well. Looking forward to seeing the OP mother in action. Been a while since i heard Satomi Arai's voice. Shirase sure is serious about her role of informing others. In this day and age i think entering a video game for real is a common enough desire. But entering one with your mom has to be a completely new experience. Given the requirements i wonder where all the players ones that had negative relations with their mothers. Damm Mamako really is full of surprises in this new world. Being able to pull out and wield two swords at once was impressive. Her responses to her son's complaints only served to enhance her charm as did her actions at the guild. Though i think wrecking the guild was not what the guide had in mind. Hmm a strong first EP that did well in introducing the main setting and premise. While the son is still pretty average Mamako really is proving to be quite the interesting character due to both her innocent nature and her determination to assist her son. |

| oh man I'm conflicted here. Mamako is thicc and cute as hell and the interactions between her and Masato are pretty funny but I doubt that all that will carry the show over 12 episodes, in the end Mamako is the only interesting thing here while the rest is absolutely average. Well they seem to take the SAO approach here with testing a video game and although the series obviously doesn't take itself serious and goes more into the parody direction it just didn't click with me yet. 3 episodes rule will show |
