| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, I'm not too sure what to think about this anime so far although it was kinda entertaining. Michiru is cute but her personality feels kinda timid and she blushes A LOT. The comedy is light and this show seems to have themes about drinking lol. Nao's introduction was kinda silly with her being half asleep until she meets Michiru. This season, we got ramen, candy, and now drinking. Interesting.  |

| This looked like fun and the characters seem nice. Tho i have to say the blond girl certainly loves her beer the way she was drinking it. Also as a warning, drink your alcohol in modesty. |

| Yebisu Yebisu Yebisu Yebisu Yebisu Yebisu Yebisu ~ It would be good if they weren't sooo obvious tbh but well. At least, some tips about how to convine beer with different meals are well received. It was an ok first episode, Michiru is cute and it seems she doesn't get drunk too easily but I think that wouldn't last long. Oh man, now I'm thirsty and it's summer where I live. I'm kinda curious now about how a Yebisu might taste... Damn you blonde Yebisu girl. |

| I'm annoyed that it's 12 rather than 15 minutes :D I wonder whether it bothers Kae to have been a wedding planner for so long while single. | WOW wow wow exceeded my expectations, i was like let me pick this up, its just 12 minutes, no harm right, i also found out its a drinking anime and i hate drinking, but i actually liked this anime despite all this. Girls are suuuuuuuuuuuper kawai. A blonde girl looks just like Yagami and in general everything feels realistic. We had no opening so far but i guess its full length, living us with 10 minutes of content still enough to enjoy yourself once a week, i doubt it'd be very enjoyable to bingewatch. Btw can someone tell me why there is a dot at the end of the title??????? |
| Cute 'old' ladies drinking is all I've ever wanted and we finally have it. Should be a comfy and warm show, with boobs, and already a million times better than the drinking show we had last season. |

| Sooooo, this is basically just an advertisement for various Japanese alcohols right? Like, I didn't mind with "Osake wa Fuufu ni Natte kara" since it offered cocktail recipes each episode, but why should this appeal to me? Just seems like a cheap way to glorify alcohol and alcoholics. :-/ |

| Already better than Osake wa Fuufu ni Natte kara from the last season, 12min episodes are sufficient for this and seiyuu are also good. Guess I have another carefree show to watch this season :) |

| That was a very enjoyable first episode with very lovable characters especially that blonde. Hihi. Who would've thought that girl who helped her at the train station is going to be important later on? Hahaha jk. Maaya-chan is voicing her. Kyaaa. Finally, a show about me. Hahaha jk I don't drink that much, but I can relate to Nao-chan whenever I have supplies of alcohol in my fridge. Pffft. I hate beer, though. 5/5. <3 |

| I think it's safe to say that Kae is going to be my favorite on this show...I mean, did you see those oppai?!?!? When that girl started doing the long pour my old college days started kicking in and I was practically screaming WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!? That beer is all head, you're wasting precious beer!!! The old days where every penny spent on booze mattered and every ounce was important lmao. |

I mean maybe if you're Japanese it could be stifling, but as a westerner I find even learning about a single type of beer interesting even if its a glorified ad. Though I'm sure not everyone feels the same way about it. |

| 2 minutes in: "Oh, man! I love the main character's design! She's kind of funny, too. I'm going to like this series!" 12 minutes in: "This is a really long beer commercial." I don't know. I'm not really a drinker, so I don't think I'm the target audience for this series. It wasn't bad, but I felt the show wasn't so much trying to make the alcohol appealing as it was trying to shove it in my face as it yelled, "IT'S REALLY GOOD!" I know the comparison has been made already, but it seemed like this was trying to emulate Dagashi Kashi, but the reason DK was so beloved (well, the first season, anyway...) was because it could tap into a sort of childish nostalgia that could be felt, regardless of culture or familiarity with the product. Alcohol doesn't have that sort of feeling about it, so they're attempting to appeal to adult through the feelings one usually associates with drinking (escaping a harsh day at work and hanging out with good friends/acquaintances). Again, as a non-drinker, it's really hard for this to appeal to me, but I can see others having a grand time watching it. |

| Although the protagonists are alcoholics, I have to admit that both the promotions that this first episode, I liked a lot. The person of Michiru, I immediately liked it and I am also very nice. The quality of the drawings is good and the quality of the backgrounds is good, pity only that the duration of the episodes is half of a normal. This series reminds me of Wakako Zake and Food Wars, with the addition of explicit advertising regarding Japanese products in the alcohol and non-alcoholic field. |
