| Best boy Tanjirou. Nezuko though, it is a bit funny to see her up there. I like her, but there are probably more worthy characters to win in that list. As usual though, it's a popularity contest, and who can deny the popularity of Kimetsu no Yaiba? I'm really laughing at Nezuko's VA for the seiyuu character. HOW? Not saying that she isn't a good voice actress, not that I know her well or at all, but Nezuko didn't really speak. I'm always salty when I don't see Kayanon win anything :( At least her character Alice did though! The Male Seiyuu category I'm content with. Uchida Yuuma gets a lot of main roles these days, and Banana Fish did really well. I was wondering why Shimono was up there (even though I love him), and then I remembered he was Zenitsu. | Sad to see no Kaguya-sama really, I thought it’d be given that it’d be included in the top 3 or so but apparently not even in the list, and Fruits Basket 1st Season. ToAru Majutsu no Index S3 though, are you serious (-_-)*? Good surprise to see Bungou Stray Dogs S3 on the other hand, I’m sure this’ll give me the impetus to finally giving the franchise a shot. But I’m glad for KnY nonetheless! Maybe not the best show of the year for me but certainly in my top five of the year no doubt. Nezuko being best girl, I kind of expected this but I didn’t think her VA would win it too xD. I suppose this, plus the other winners of course, just goes to show how dominant this series has been in Japan since the beginning of the Spring Season. I’m really glad KanaHana and Mamoru Miyano among the VAs, SnK S3 and Re:Zero Movie, Sawano Hiroyuki (Promare) and more got a bit of the spotlight too! |

Nezuko barely saying anything or having a personality doesn't matter when her cuteness factor is enough to sway most anime fans. | Weird that anime movie Makoto Shinkai's Tenki no Ko didn't have more recognized after gaining successful in theater, local & outside Japan. Supposedly in Best Soundtrack (RADWIMPS), Best Director (Makoto Shinkai) & Best Screenplay have included. |
