| this series is honestly so enjoyable compared to the last few "cute girls doing cute things" anime we got recently. Just feels refreshing and the characters are all really likable. definitely unexpected stuff from this episode with the girl's confession being a girl. really loved this episode! |

| An amusing episode. Kohane seems to think that cheerleaders only need to be able to cheer effectively. Its amazing how Kohane can insert cheer into any subject though. Funny how her serious side is having such an effect on Uki and Hizume though. Becoming an association sure came in handy for them. Arima's idea's about older guys was amusing. While not part of their duties its nice that they managed to help their classmate with her request. Their first cheer sure was successful. |

| Wow, they really went there. And not just teasing or playing it up as a joke, but spelling it out loud. And Kohane was supportive the whole way. I've decided Anima Yell! is a good anime after all. |

| Despite the low score, this is my favourite of the 3 episodes. The chemistry between Arima, Uki and Kohane is surprisingly good of the CGDCT genre. So finally the first step is birthed! Association instead of a club, whatever it is it serves as a platform for others to see. Lots of spoofs and laughter over the trio's conversations that sounded like a bad joke than anything else, Good comedy. |

| This episode has a nice balance of studying, finding club room, and some laughter. Tired Kohane is funny, she lay down on the floor. :D They also bring in some yuri on just the third episode, although they use side character. Confessing while wearing school uniform is effective. |

| I found this episode really boring, to be honest... well, at least the last few minutes were good. The tense atmosphere after that girl said she had feeling for another girl was... unexpected. Well, I guess I'm glad that everything worked up well in the end with her crush. |
| At least they now have 3 members and can be called as an association but no club room yet! the 4th girl already appeared (VA is Kusunoki Tomori!) and the 5th also made a glimpse! but ran away! lolz 4/5. |

| I feel like if this was an entirely different anime, maybe a more serious one, the scene of that girl opening up how she likes another girl would have had a much stronger impact but because this is more of a comedy, it was kind of just meh. New girl is so plain I'm not sure what to think of her, I had almost forgotten she was part of the team if I hadn't watched the ED. |

Actually... I think because of that it works better? With a more serious anime, you can see it coming all the way, because the tone doesn't change. Here the gravitas came completely unexpected and there hasn't been another scene like that yet. It's something that stands out, particularly how it uses pauses in the dialogue, you can feel the strain and the relief. It's the series telling us that this is an emotionally critical moment for the character and it needs a special kind of attention and focus. Which is what I'd expect from a coming out scene. I'm actually not sold on this show yet (and after episode 4, my doubts haven't cleared), which is why I was so surprised with the delivery of this sequence. They nailed it. |

| Now who was that random woman with child, Tatejima's sister perhaps? Dunno about the scene where Kon told them she's loving a girl, it felt kinda out of place there.. but on the other hand Kohane really broke that awkward moment with her reply about Hizume's brother so at least they didn't make a drama of it which was nice. Other than that, their teacher is surely weird. But I wonder if she was cheerleader before too (and crazy one at that). She kinda reminds me of Sawako-sensei from K-On. Also, funny that Hizume's seiyuu can't say 'seven' properly :) |

| Now that they have three members, they have been approved as an association. Nice. Two more members to become a club. Kohane trying to master both studying and cheerleading gave many amusing moments in this episode. I loved that yuri confession. |

| Well.. Maybe Kohane has more energy, because she doesn't put it in studies.. Studies really drain the life out of person, hm.. Well, but I also like studying some of things.. But also been a while since I last studied, and probably I already will more not study, but live life, really.. That's how life becomes after school/university, really.. You don't need to study, and you don't put your energy in such things, really.. More into something you need to do else, or what you like, or some other stuff.. Life in the school is really different from adult life, really.. Well, I guess, society wants to at least make some specialists.. Technology developed in part with thanks to education, so our life is more advanced in the end.. But honestly also majority of knowledge isn't needed for the majority of people in their later lives.. Like 90% isn't needed, really.. Like formulas?.. Who need them in later life?.. Only if your profession is like this.. So in the end it's at the same time stimulating technological advancement thing, and at the same time very inefficient.. Well, who knows.. Compulsory education exists not for that long actually.. In majority of countries compulsory education became only commonly spread in XIX-XX century, actually.. Will education look the same?.. I'm not really sure.. We might eventually decide as civilization to teach only basic things, like language and basic math.. But to teach everyone more math as we have now?.. Do we need that?.. We really don't.. Maybe in future we'll decide that people who'll choose to be in certain areas - that they study this stuff.. Other people don't really need it, and after 2-5 years will forget this useless for them info, really.. It will save both resources for teaching, as not as many teachers will be needed.. As well as it saves energy of younger people, who can put it in actual professions they'd choose.. Not necessary it'll become like this, of course.. Right now we're on the contrary having tendency of more and more years in studying for younger people.. So right now our society expects you to study long.. But in grand view of things - compulsory education is only very recent thing, so who knows, how it'll be after several ages.. |
