IS: Infinite Stratos

Welp, based off the first episode, Hundred was basically a rip off of IS. Just a bit nicer animation quality. I'm pretty disapointed with Hundred for that, but hey, at least we know what the characters will be like.  

Literally the much better original, with Hundred being a mediocre copy of it. 

* Both has OP male leads... * Both has lots of female characters around OP male leads.... * Both has several dramatic elements in it... * Both male leads, looks way to similar, their personalities also [ ya'll know what I mean ] * Special Schools for this type of people ( military schools ) * Average storytelling, cringy op/ed's, characters with stupid yet hilarious personalitties ( minus tsuntsun archtypes ), way too similar fight scenes.... If you like to facepalm now and then, watch them both...Masochists Unite!!!! 

- Both are very similiar to each other. - Both have a harem with a very special MC.  

They are pretty much the same thing. Harem, cross dressing girl who looks like guy. Childhood friend that likes MC, some other stuff from other series such as Highschool DXD. That is pretty much Hundred.

Hundred and infinite stratos are the same thing if you ask me, mecha, harem, action. You know how it always is with an anime from the harem genre the same old cliche moments. But I can still assure you reading this.... Of you like hundred, you would most definitely like infinite stratos. Check it out.  

Both shows are mecha high school harems, both of the main characters are the strongest in their school. Infinite Stratos is better than hundred. 

They both contain a romantically clueless main character surrounded by women with similiar archetypes that all fall in love with him. Each anime also takes place at a school specifically designed to teach students how to use identicle exoskeleton weapon systems with the main character having a high affinity for the weapon system, which makes him the best "pilot" even without any combat experience whatsoever.  

Both battle harems contain similar main features, with power armor-esc suits. They both share similar harem casts as well, such as girl identifying as boy, blonde royalty, energetic twin tale. MC's also share the same mentality with wanting to save everyone 

both are school, harem, military anime with a good amount of ecchi senses in both. both have political and family drama differences Hundred the main plot is the battle school little garden trained hundreds (people that can use a special crystals to manifest weapons and armor) to defeat alien attacks known as Savage the mc is extremely overpowered that agreed to attended the school to get medical treatment for his sister IS the main plot in a slightly far of future the Infinite Stratos was created for deep space mission but those plans are put on hold the creator prevents these mechs from being used a tool of war and so the are used in a new sport so most likely they can me improve for their original mission of as tools of war. the IS is unique as only females can pilot them until the MC get one to activate for him and he sent to the IS school making him the only male on campus. while the main plot of hundred deal with fight the savages IS deal with a lone teen boy in a school full of women and girls, politic and family drama  read more 

- Both have a harem with a OP male character - Similiar story line - Similar vibe Basically they’re both the same show, but I think Infinite Stratos is slightly better than hundred. 

I'm not the first to say this, but they're almost the same show. Unusually talented MC chased by a harem of similar female characters. The weapons/mecha are even fairly similar in many ways, and several of the same situations crop up (more so than the usual "themed" shows that appear in all of these shows). 

-both about mecha -harem,school,romance -the personalities of the main characters are similar 

Similiar story line, almost a copy of a copy. Both anime's have even a girl as trap... If you enjoy one of these be sure to chech out the other. Tho I think Hundred is more ecchi 

Sometimes, I blur the line between the two, they're that similar. However, they're not simply reskins of each other. While both being primarily mecha and harem anime, their settings are vastly different. Infinite Statos' more laid back atmosphere contrasts nicely to Hundred's more dystopian plot and vice versa. They're two sides of the same coin and show us two completely different takes on the same idea. 

Basically they’re both the same show.  

Both have mecha fights with a huge harem with amazing character. There is a 97% chance if you like Infinite Stratos, you're gonna love Hundred.

Date A Live & Infinite Stratos both make an interesting romance comedy to watch as the main character in both is constantly being bashed and sometimes at the mercy of others. -In each of these series the main characters life is constantly in danger whether it be from enemy or the other love rivals -Both Infinite and Date the females have some sort of superhuman/supernatural power they use in order to get what they want. -The main characters siblings in both series are someone of high importance. -Main character is saved by one or multiple members of the female cast at times. 

These two series both deal with a guy surrounded by girls due to certain circumstances, and the girls seem to like the protagonists. Both animes give off a similar vibe, and they have a similar style of comedy and romance.  

Very similar in terms of harem anime and the diversity of romancable characters it provides. 

they are both about a guy and a lot of girls, the only diffrence is that in IS the MC is not aware of the fact that all the girls like him. mostly romance with comedy and a bit of action, i tihnk if you like one you will like the other.  

Both have mechas, action, and of course GIRLS ! Both of our protagonist are oblivious, not knowing why they are surrounded by a harem of girls.  

For aesthetic and abstract reasons, Date-A Live holds a ton of similarities to Infinite Stratos, it's pretty much what you'll think of each other when any of these titles are brought up. Kirei shoujos, sci-fi, a shonen who becomes the mediator where each of the girls falls to him for reasons that he's the main character, blushing this fanservice that, and ultimately these characters are memorable. These two shows are nowhere near my cup of tea, but I acknowledge them both because despite all the silliness, there's plot and character entwined. And oh, there's Marina Inoue in both of them as well. 

for those who love semi-harem stuffs...these two will sync perfectly with your mind...both have good storyline...with genres of romance,perv and mecha, even though they have lots of similarities still have unique differences  

Both are about male protagonist's who works with girls to help save the world, however in Infinite Stratos the protagonist bonds with a team of girls and they work together to save the world from evil whereas in Date A Live the protagonist befriends the girls to stop them from destroying the world. Both are part of the Harem, School, Sci-fi and comedy genres. Also in both the male protagonists are unique in what they do, as in they're one of a kind. 

Both have a harem sort of feel while at the same time provide comedy and romance also. Date alive is a more serious/ or more action anime while infinite stratos has a metropolis-tic theme and feel. Overall though I feel that both anime have the same feels and are worth watching equally as much as the other. 

Both have dominate female characters and when the main male characters befriends them they start to develop feelings for him 

Both have really great mecha and sci-fi plot and really nice harem as well 

The personalities of Male protagonists in both series are somewhat similar, whether it is Ichika in Infinite Stratos or Shidou in Date a Live, both characters are innocent and they don't know what is happening around them at first. The fighting style of both protagonists is similar as both usually fight with their swords. In both series there are many female protagonists gathered around the male protagonist (known as Harem) but both of them always respected the female characters and never looked at them in perverted manner. In both series one of the female protagonist is their own sister, Ichika's elder sister Chifuyu in Infinite Stratos and Shidou's younger sister Kotori in Date a Live. Both series show girls with mecha machines but Infinite Stratos is purely based on mecha machines so all characters in Infinite Stratos use these machines. Harem in both series is very good and Action scenes are nerve-racking. There are many Comedy scenes in both series that will surely make you laugh and sometime tension is there among Characters. So if you like one then you may like the other one too. That's it guys. read more 

Similar harem-ness... With some hot girls And 1 teaspoon mecha quality anime  

Both involve a harem protagonist with multiple oblivious attractive women with (magical) abilities who are deeply in love with the MC. They hate each other but are forced to play nice due to the MC.  

Both of them have mechas fights and also "harems", the harem and fights with mechas of this anime are really similar to the same ones in inifinite stratos. 

- In both anime's the female characters play the stronger role - Both MC are kinda look a like of personality - Both have Mech's and action packed battle's - Comedy for sure in both - If you want to have a good laugh I would recommend IS above DaL, and DaL is more focused on the romance 

Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut is basically IS version 2.0 

Almost identical to This series in terms of characteristics but has a different story and style -Both have a Summon Mecha type Fighting style (and really similar Mecha designs at that). -Both Have an MC going to an all/Majority girls school -Reluctant and unlucky MC -Obvious Harem That starts to form 

- Both are mecha fighting and has some love. - Both have a little bit of each others story. - Both have the single-boy-in-the-whole academy plot. 

The moment I started watching Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut I was reminded of IS: Infinite Stratos. Why is that? Well, besides from the obvious fact that both are shows within the harem genre, mecha (i.e. battle machines, shiny futuristic weapons, etc.) is very integral to the plot structure of both shows. Furthermore, in both shows, you have the same set-up, with the male main lead enrolling in an academy full of females. Additionally, both shows have the male main lead finds himself in very awkward situations with the other students. Many of the main characters in both shows also share very similar personalities. If you were a fan of IS: Infinite Stratos, Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut will also definitely suit you. read more 

These animes are so similar it's almost at copyright level. Both have mecha, ecchi and harem aspects as well as the character designs being almost the same.  

- School full of girls all attracted to main protagonists - deals with empires (Bahamut) or countries (Stratos) - both have good animation and a good soudtrack - both are unfortunately bland harems - both have generic characters - both have exotic school uniforms - both have mecha fighting 

Both have same exoskeleton like battle suits and the MC enrolls in a Girl's academy, Harem is also pretty much the same. 

Both of these are centered around one guy who is very special. In these Animes: - Guy gets placed in all girls school/academy - Girls like they guy and set up contents granting the winner the MC as the prize (Doesnt affect story) - Both are Harem, Ecchi, Romance Animes - Both involve mecha battles 

Well, to start off... Similarities: - Both animes are similar in genre. - Similar in mecha styles. - Similar in school setting. - Similar in powers. - Same lovable female characters. Differences: - The strength of the main character. - The realism. - The story is a bit different - Saijaku has more story. Overall, I think you will like Saijaku if you love Infinite Stratos, and in reverse.  

Both shows are extremely similar in terms of story, setting, and lovely harems. In both shows, the MC joins into a female dominated school, which focuses on the piloting of mechas (both mechas look pretty similar as well) The cast of the harems are also fairly similar as well, with both shows having characters with repetitive (generic) personalities  

Both are about universes with battle armours where there is a male who goes to an all girls school where they learn to fight in these armours. While Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut is set in medieval type era and IS is futuristic. They still have similar vibes and character relationships. 

A special boy with a special backstory has to enter an all girls' academy for piloting "mechs" where has his own special "mech". In quotations because the mechs don't actually cover their entire body so we can have a little fanservice. He enters this academy after battling one of the girls in it and making her fall in love with him. Along the way, the protagonist acquires a harem and has contrived ecchi moments with them while battling foes that are clearly outside of his pay-grade, only winning through sheer determination and the distilled power of ass-pulls. The teachers are woefully incompetent, and thus, the students have to always save the day.  read more 

With both MC being the only males who were born with XX male syndrome in the entire universe of these anime, they were able to obtain the ability to grasp marital aids only females were restricted with. Infinite Stratos introduces the strap-on exoskeleton which is harnessed on the user. Blade Dance on the other hand follows a similar concept to Campione, where a user can obtain one or more "ディルド," pronounced dirudo in Japanese, essentially a magical weapon. This weapon can transform into a "性の奴隷," pronounced "sei no dorei," but roughly translate to an elemental animal (in myths and stories). Both also feature harems with very identical character design (Houki and Ellis; both are weapon masters, have similar hairstyles and are tsunderes). Both MAL scores are pretty similar in the lower range of 7.3 and worse. read more 

Both shows are harems where the lead male has a power that only females are supposed to have. In the case of IS, it is the ability to pilot a specialized mecha, and in the case of Blade Dance, it is the ability to contract spirits. In both cases, the lead male is forcefully enrolled into an all-girls academy.  

Both are action harem comedies where main hero is a male that has some power only females are supposed to have (Operating IS/Contracting spirit). While Seitei Tsukai no Blade Dance is fantasy, IS: Infinite Stratos is mecha. Both anime have some perverted parts. 

Both anime have an only male transferred into an all-girls school setting, with both MC's being able to use an ability which only females can use. One of the major difference is that IS is set in a sci-fi setting, while STnBD has a fantasy like world. Blade dance is pretty much like IS but with a beter MC. 

Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance: -Protagonist is the only male in the world that has the power to create a contract with spirits -Protagonist is forced into an all girls school -Harem -Premodern setting in a magical world where shrine priestesses control spirits Infinite Stratos: -Protagonist is the only male in the world who can activate and use an IS mecha. -Protagonist is forces into an all girls school -Harem -Futuristic setting in a world where girls control IS mechas. 

These series are very similar in central them, with a boy having the ability to do something normally done by only girls and going to a school that trains him in that thing. The schools obviously contain only girls. Although one is magic and the other mechs it still revolves around a main character with the same problem. Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance is a summer 2014 anime is not completed at this time. 

Infinite Stratos is similar to Bladedance of Elementalers by the fact that both is about a single male having a ability of what only girls can do in that world and then being transferred into a girls only school where they learn to use these abilities. The only difference is that in Infinite Stratos all the girls at the school immediately fall in love with him unlike in Bladedance of the Elemantalers. 

-Both male MCs are the only one in the word who have superpowers that only girls have -Both male MCs forcefully enroll into an all-girls school -Harem 

Both of these animes are Harem focused, and both have male main characters in a school with themselves being the only male. Aside from that, they are both magic/action anime and also both guys are kind of dense... 

Both are about a male student who has powers that only females have and is forced to attend an all girls school. 

Both shows are set in a semi-fantastical world where the male MC is the only male able to share the same abilities as the naturally female only ability. In both cases, the MC arrives as a new transfer student, and quickly forms a harem there 

Girls flying around with specialized equipment made only for them. Both shows even seem to have similar characters, with even some bearing striking resemblances to strike witches characters 

Both anime have an all girls mecha/flying army. 

If you observe properly, you would notice that the countries where the main characters came from are just the same. And you could also compare Laura Bodewig to Sakamoto Mio and also the fact that only girls can use the Striker unit/IS (Infinite Stratos) except that a man could use the IS. Strike witches is more better than IS: Infinite Stratos because the story is more focused. Unlike Infinite Stratos, Infinite Stratos only have a few episodes that is good and all the others is a joke. So if you want a more serious plot, watch Strike Witches. 

Girls in sci-fi action are themes of both series. Although Infinite Stratos falls into the harem genre due to the presence of a male protagonist, both series offers great sci-fi action and stunning OST. Comedy is also present. 

- both have compact machines that allow you to fight and fly - the main characters are new too the machines but have talent - the person who invented the machines in both series are someone close to one of the main characters - the machines in both series are mainly operated by girls using a unique power 

Both Mecha anime Both has a pinch of ecchi Only girls has the power to use the IS and Striker Unit They use the machines to save the places in danger  

- The power exceptional to females only, although IS included 1 suitable male - Both include some sort of machine battle suit - lots of action (dynamic air action) - clueless main protagonist who in the end gains the strongest power/battlesuit, whatever.  

Both anime are set in a sort of futuristic world, and girls are dominant. Infiinite Stratos has girls fighting in mech suits, whereas Freezing has girls fighting with weapons they summon from having an orgasm. Similar? :P sorta, but they're both harems AND they are both airing this year so go watch both at the same time! 

They both have powers than only females can use. The Difference between Freezing and IS is that Freezing is more ecchi and IS is about mechas 

Both have an international cast of large chested bishoujo who come from all kind of different countries. These women fight using technologies only women can use and summon some kind of armor and weapons. In IS women become some kind of mecha; while in Freezing women wear paper-thin clothing and mainly melee weapons. Also both anime are ecchi.  

Doesnt really have that overall feel, IS has more rom-com like feel while Freezing is more based on crazy action. However while watching Freezing it reminded me of IS with the Females having the special powers or that they are the only ones who can do a certain thing. The main male protagonist in both animes are "different" then the other males.  

This is my first recommendation so please tell me if im doing something wrong ;) Both IS and Freezing involve extremely powerful women gathered at a High School in order to learn about their abilities. Both male protagonists seem to be unique because of their gender (IS) or their personal skills (Freezing) Furthermore both male protagonists manage to create a Harem As for the differences IS is a mecha like genre-anime ( gundam etc.) while Freezing makes use of genetic manipulation and fantasy (somebody compared it to neon genesis evangelion) A big difference is the amount of tension and drama within the story While IS seems kind of carefree and funny Freezing deals more with the problems of the protagonists (both male and female) To sum it up there are definitely some diefferences but to me the overall feeling was the same I enjoyed both of them  read more 

They are both harem anime focused on big boobies?!?! They have really good story lines and focus on the relationship between girls and guys. They also both revolve around fighting. 

if you enjoy IS Infinite Stratos you will love this it has a large character base but each one are better then IS characters .side note the reason for this being less populer is its low advertising production simular in aspects ofboth series. .harem .mecha .female characters fallin for male lead(isekai no seikishi mongatari has the best lead male charcter for harems) .tsundere just watch one episode and you will get hooked 

Both of the anime involve mecha, both have a male rider as the main protagonist in a world where most(all) other riders are female, both harem anime, the main difference is that the girls in the harem for IS are a traditional harem (childhood friend, transfer student, beauty from another country, etc...) while those in InSM are all different to a traditional Harem, also the episod lenghts are 24ish minutes for IS and 50ish minues for InSM 

Both are harem and macha animes, however Isekai no Seikishi has a fantasy element to it as well. 

Really similar, because everything goes about guy who is really strong, in other words typical harem anime. 

both mecha, harem, ecchi school anime. both anime center around mecha school that in IS their is a only one male student in War on Geminar male mecha pilot are rare and give special treatment for it difference IS is a more futurist anime but War on Geminar is a isekai with a futuristic medieval like setting. although both are mecha anime the mecha are different and used differently in IS their use as tools of war is forbidden at most they are used in limited policing roles to protect other mecha from thief and the like. in War on Geminar the mecha are the primary tools of war making the mecha pilots valuable especially male mecha pilots finally the MC are different as in War on Geminar the MC is clearly overpowered while the IS MC is just keeping his head above water.  read more 

MC is the lone male student at an all girls academy that trains mech pilots who wear revealing armor. 

Very much the same. Both main characters are the a new male transfer student in a all girl school. Both teachers are their sister. Both anime contain beautiful girls flying around with a high tech suit and all of the girls love the main character and wil fight for him. 

Both shows are Harem and Mecha. Both are situated at an all Girls School. MC has the power only the girls of that universe are to have. MC is seen as a pervert at first but all the girls warm up to him later. President of school is MC's sister. MC does lewd things unknowingly.  

Similarities: -Both anime is very alike with each other (characters and setting). -Both has harem and hot/cute girls. -Both anime has a weak yet developing MC. -Both anime involves mecha suits for fighting and battles. -Both anime's setting takes place on school and somewhat futuristic due to its technology. Differences: -Infinite Stratos minimizes the ecchi level throughout the series while in Masou Gakuen HxH, it shows BARE BREASTS and often in a point wherein they really wanted to have S-. -Masou Gakuen HxH in terms of the characters' energy on their suits, they need to be stimulated for them to be more powerful or regain energy to fight back and more while in Infinite Stratos, suits are just worn also does have energy but has no need for stimulation of the MC to the girls. -(Anger Alert) Infinite Stratos' MC is super dense, wherein he has 99.98% no clue of what the girls are really trying to do and trying to catch his heart. -Infinite Stratos is an 'all-girls' school where the MC is transferred or forced to study while Masou Gakuen HxH is combined men and women at the same academy. -Infinite Stratos' MC is the only man who can wield/pilot his suit because it is said that girls only are the ones who can pilot an IS. -  read more 

Both shows are harem, ecchi, and mecha anime. The male protagonist never is seen as the strongest character in either series, and the male protagonist's sister is the authority figure of the show. They both battle against robots or other mecha. These two shows are essentially identical, with Masou Gakuen HxH having more ecchi scenes and a more fleshed out plot.  

Firstly they are both set in a school which train students for combat. They are both harems which end up having the female characters fighting over the male lead. This is more apparent in Infinite Stratos. Also the lead male character in both shows have a similar design.  

Both are harem (many girls, one boy), both have action (fighting weaponry for both). Both have really great graphics and character drawings. Both are really good anime in general! :) 

Similar comedy and harem genre but IS has mecha while Hidan No Aria has Guns. There is also a special academy in these two animes: in Infinite stratos- IS Academy, and in Hidan No Aria- Butei Academy.If you Enjoyed one, you will definitely enjoy the other.  

Both are about a male protagonist who is placed in the harem school situation where he is the only male in a school full of females. Both involve fighting, however Infinite Stratos is Mecha and Hidan No Aria is more about gun and knife skill. These Animes both contain a lot of comedy balanced out well with some serious themes and good storylines. 

Both series have the main character surrounded by girls that love him but doesn't start a relationship with them... 

Both shows feature a schoolboy with strategic intelligence and harem of beautiful ladies that slowly fall in love with him while evil lurks from a distance. Both shows are very fun to watch on a lazy day  

Both anime has a harem that's obssesive for the MC and never hates the MC unless he pays attention to another girl. IS's harem is a bit more aggressive than Maji's. The MC from IS is a fighter while the MC from Maji is a strategists and doesn't fight. Both MCs has an older sister. The sister is considered one of the strongest in the world at whay they do, in IS she's not just a teacher and doesn't fight and in Maji she fights constantly. In Maji they're not actually siblings but just calls each other sister and brother, she's also part of the harem (kinda) and in IS they're siblings but nothing romantic going on. In IS the MC is the only other male in the show since he's in an all girls school and in Maji there's both males and females. read more 

here are some similarities i found on both anime: harem and romance cecilia-stella ( good at sniping ) houki- yui ( both are japanese representative, good at short range weapon, ) cryska- laura ( both of them is strong, have a cold attitude, ) cui-rin ( Chinese representatives, )  

Both show feature nationality conflicts among mecha pilots. MLA TE appears to be a dark show on the surface, but it is in fact a harem just like IS. Both are worth checking out if you like harems.  

-very similar but more mature show -many female mecha pilots who have a lady boner for the MC  

Fighting + Harem Boss fight at the end only difference is that the male lead in ichiban isn't dense but smart and it isn't mecha but magic. 

Harem + Ecchi The story may be different but the atmosphere is kinda the same, although Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou has magic and Infinite Stratos has mecha. Both are still fun to watch.  

Harem, Ecchi, Story. Both have good artwork in my opinion, stories are pretty similar except one is an all girls school. Both are good shows if you've ran out of longer series to watch, This will make you laugh and have a good time.

Both are ecchi harem series with a dense as fuck protagonist  

Although the Juuou Mujin has only aired 1 episode so far there are still a few similarities between the two. One being that one of the MC is the only male to attend school gifted with power of dragons or being "D" whereas in Is male MC is only male pilot of IS. Other similarities is of obvious harem element and some female character personalities. My hunch is if you liked watching Infinitive Stratos you might enjoy this title.  

The series is somewhat similar with IS: Infinite Stratos, where the main male protagonist is the only one in the world who can use power which normally only female can use. There is also the fact that the male protagonist is enrolled in a school full of females despite being a male. I just have seen 1 episode so I can't say that much about it. But I have to say, it also begins with his sister being a high person in the series. I liked the first episode, but I wasn't to impressed. I hope you know a little bit more about it and why you should watch it if you are a IS fan.  read more 

About a boy who is also shoved into the world of the females and has to deal with awkward situations as he tries to fit in as a girl one day and a boy the next really funny a must see 

The main male character used to have a normal life, until it turns upside down when he participate in a fighting combatant on a female demographic area. At first it was embarrassing and difficult to adapt the environment, he soon get used to it and play along the rules. There are funny/cute moments, the main male character can be at dense sometimes, though they have some good action scenes. Kampfer follows a male character who turned female when he was contracted as a Kampfer. Infinite Stratos, follows the character who studies at school filled with an all female cast, using IS as a fighting combat. 

Similar wise for these two shows, it features an almost female cast, (one main male character,) that controls an aerial mechanic dogfight machine throughout the series. Some are lighthearted, some are serious moments, and most of it are action scenes. Busou Shinki, follows a group of female character, who are small size toys fighters, and addressed the male character as their master. IS follows a male character who is surrounded by an all female class in a school and uses an IS to fight. 

- male protagonists surrounded by girls ( IS = humans; BS = doll like 15 cm "shinki") - mecha suit thing - aerial fight scenes - harem ( i think? ) Both of them are fun to watch if you just want to relax and wait for something to happen 'cause who knows what will happen next? 

In both of the anime main character have to fight a girl to show that he is good In both of them mc is surrounded by harem full of beautiful girls And their story line is almost same at some extent...

These are two are very similar but theres just more Mecha in IS vs this. The Similarities are: -The characters use Mecha like weapons that you can summon. like Laser swords, giant blasters etc. - Both anime a Male MC who goes to a futuristic school where they almost instantly get a harem. - Both Both MCs are pretty advanced swordsmen who also have have a skilled older sister that they look up to and that they are kinda of following in the footsteps; like school and weapon choice. - Both anime is based on school & sci-fi setting with action scenes. So yea if you want another Harem/scifi action series than i recommend this as well. read more 

Both have similar artstyles. Both take place in a futuristic-esque high technologically advanced utopia. Main character has a diverse harem similar to Infinite Stratos. 

In both anime only women can operate robots and...one guy.

IS and Eva actually have quite a similar plot, they both have high school students operating some form of mecha, that fight against larger opposing forces. By watching both you may notice that the protagonists are surrounded by the opposite gender and that both anime contain a lot of what are now known anime cliches. Examples of cliches in both include: the beautiful foreign exchange student, dere archetypes, the beautiful older woman. Remember these are examples in both, if you were to look at both anime separately, you would discover the lot more cliches exclusive to each anime. Similarity:both are based in schools were students fight in Mech to protect the world, both have romance and love triangles between the students in the schools. Differences: I.S is a more harem genre as the main character is the only male in the school were as Evol has a bit more monogamy. also I.S has the school participating in duels between country like a sport rather then war between worlds.

Similarities- Harem,Romance,Ecchi, Sci-fi After watching this series, I thought the art work is very well done but so are the sound and CGI. Because of the artwork and some high technology robots that have introduced into this series, I found that it is very similar to IS. In my opinion anyone who likes to watch harem will enjoy these 2 series. Not to mention SEXY LADIES IN BOTH OF THE SERIES!!!  

To be blatant, this is Girls und Panzer with a guy. The only other significant differences are: 1. It is set in the much more distant future (as far as I can tell) 2. The characters are of college age instead of middle/high-school age 3. Close friendships which are formed in GuP are substituted with romance 4. Instead of Panzers they have IS Overall, think of Girlz +1 guy und IS 

They are similar in some ways such as mechanism in both are very advanced and both of them started off with the hero as a "Ordinary Boy" then for some reason have unique abilities ie. Kira-S.E.E.D mode, Coordinator; Ichika-Only male to wield IS.  

Bruh they're literally the same anime. Dude befriends 100 different girls who are all extremely violent and get jealous way too easily. All the girls are in love with him of course, and are always competing for his affection. Obviously the dude is completely oblivious to this fact (he is either extremely extremely dense or the biggest fucking troll I still can't tell). A girl could literally walk straight up to him and confess their undying love to his face and he will still genuinely believe she just thinks of him as a friend. MC dudes catchphrase in both animes is basically "no way, she doesn't like me" <- he thinks stuff like this every five seconds pretty much.  read more

Both are funny harems. Rosario has 4 girls 1 guy (and I don't know about you but I never really considered Yukari to be "in the running"), IS has 5 girls one guy + the main character's older sister, who I loved. I'd say the comedy in Rosario is a bit better, but the action in IS is far better. I preferred the IS girls over the Rosario girls too. R+V is a bit more slice of life/high-school based, whereas IS does take place in a high-school, but the story is more concentrated on the action. I also preferred the protagonist in IS (Ichika) over Tsukune. If you enjoyed R+V and like a bit of mecha too (think nightmares out of CG), then you'll enjoy this anime read more 

Both series features a normal protagonist but later on becomes involved with mecha and a world that he has never seen before. Both series' main protagonist also attracts the attention of various females as he helps them throughout episodes and is oblivious to their attractions. Both series contain comedy, action, drama, romance, and sci fi themes. 

Uncommon school,Both center around one guy with many girl students and an elite academy dedicated to fighting. While IS is set in a mecha sci-fi setting, Sky Wizard Academy focuses on magic. 

Both have futuristic settings and large casts of characters. Both are more harem driven than mecha driven. 

VERY similar to each other. Both have a Male lead very capable in combat, with their ladies who fall for them also capable of combat. Both series harem ladies fall head over hills for the guys, and both are completely clueless about it. Both even though they are naive, they are NOT push overs, and do not tolerate injustice done to people, especially their women.
