Bro, don't even worry about it, and in fact, many people do 1K deficit's (I also did this in 2021, I lost strength but I DID NOT lose muscle and thats the most important thing as fundamentally, I am training for aesthetics) due to muscle memory, your strength will come back anyway.
Losing stretgh wont always = losing muscle and vice versa, so are you sure you have actually lost muscle? Because when cutting, you are going to be lighter, making heavy weights feel heavier than they usual are at defualt, but bodybuilding is a lifelong thing anyway so even a minor set back isnt the end of the world, just keep training and everything will be fine in the end!
Yeah, thats the thing about Youtube fitness, I've noticed that some people try and preach thier fitness methods as THE DEFINITIVE way to get in shape. Not everyone wants to track everything to 100%, some people just want leniancy whilst still making progress. On the complete other side of the iceburg, some people respond well to low volume training, some respond to high, some only need 1 or 2 rest days, some need 4 days! In other words, what I am saying is, just do whatever is working, by that, I mean, you can physically see it, making it valid, if its working, then who cares if some big youtubers says you cant spam lateral raises everyday?
Personally, I always hated 'maintaining'. I always either want to be cutting, or bulking. (Also thank you!) I think you're doing the right thing, to build an aesthetic physique, you should be spending most of your time bulking progressively and slowly. When it comes to a bulk, I keep my surplus very small, around 100-200, 300 at max. At the end of my cut i was around 64KG, I always end my bulk at around 77-80kg. I pretty much track everything I eat but im a little less strict with how accurate each and every single calorie is on a bulk (as compared to a cut where i track everything, literally) so my tracking is about 97% accurate on a bulk, 100% on a cut
..but you've made way more than me. I love how organized and categorized they all are!
There were probably 4 interest stacks I saw before I friend requested you.
I think it’s a good anime (donghua) story and animation-wise. I really like how amazing the fight scenes are. My only complaints are that it’s censored, so there’s little to no blood from the characters’ injuries, and they changed some of the female characters’ faces in S2, which made me confused at first. Those’re the only things that prevent me from giving it 8. Take my opinion with a grain of salt since it’s practically the only donghua I have watched so far.
