Humble Beginnings
I began watching anime - thanks to my older brother - in my 4th year of elementary (2011) and by my 1st year of middle school (2014) I watched a solid 20+ anime and even tried my pick at manga (but failed). Where I grew up, at that age everyone regarded anime as a cult-worship trend and steered clear from it. Fortunately for me, that was the beginning of my days recommending anime for people to watch - popular anime like Noragami, Nisekoi, AoT, Parasyte etc.

For the rest of the time up till my 3rd year in high school(2018), I occasionally watched popular seasonal anime. It wasn't until the end of my 4th year of high school where I finally began to watch anime again and at a more compulsive rate. After hearing rumors of kissanime (the site where I kept my anime list secure) was going to get taken down, I migrated to myanimelist.net. At this point in time, a large amount of my peers in my high school began to watch anime and my recommendations grew even bigger.

In January of my final year in high school (2020) I began a project of anime recommendations and what a better place to begin than the oh-so ever controversial TikTok - I saw how ridiculous the recommendations were with people saying anime like Erased or Assassination Classroom were underrated...

I swiftly began my project st63lth recommending some different types of series and some satirical h-tai recommendations. My final uploads September 8th 2020 was around the time of my exams, national scholarship submissions and final grading of 2020 so even before that my project slowly became quiet and the TikTok became a ghost town.

Fast forward to 2021, my 1st year as an undergraduate Technologies student was pretty tough, I also picked up watching anime again around May 2021 as another series of COVID-19 quarantine swept the country. Normal 2D anime wasn't cutting it for me so I tried my hand at the Chinese CGI donghua - I enjoyed watching donghua since it was something different and had some OPMC. Now in the final months of 2021, I'm binging as much series as I can before I get back into my 2nd year of University in February 2022.
