| AAAA why does this anime is such a godtier level?! Can't get enough of the soothing atmosphere. And of all the episodes they had to make this one more detailed about about the food *Q* It's actually surprising those lizardmen didn't raid that restaurant lol. And was the food enough for all of them? XD the Elven girl was sure cute. Hope I get to see her more later on. |

The elf was great, loved the ending shots of her, very sincere as always making me teary-eyed. The formula just works like a charm, watching this weekly is the greatest experience for this type of anime, i feel like a lot of the charm gets lost when binging. This is absolutely the best show of the season and i have it at 9/10 at this point. 100% agree. Only thing to add is that the rabbit was lol. |

| Good epsiode. Against my expectations this show manages to stay fresh with it's concept. The different approaches each time are well done. This time we got a lizard man who brings food home and and an ambitious elf. |

| I find it rather cool that the lizardfolk and sylvan elves stick mostly to the old paper and pencil RPG canon. I'm not sure who created the first game version, possibly Gary Gygax back in the mid-70's. I didn't know that the sylvan elves are vegan, but I do recall that green was a popular color, inhabit forests, and prefer bows. It looks like adorable elf girl will be joining the restaurant staff shortly. |

I have no desire to debate about the ethics surrounding dairy, but I figured I'd clarify why that is: Cows/goats/ect only produce milk when they need to nurse their children so to get their milk you have to breed them and take away their baby without their consent (obviously since they don't speak English) while human mothers make the choice to feed their child breast milk so there's no reason to consider it unethical. Hello, fellow vegan. The breast milk comment was hilarious. And people think vegans are weird... 😑 |

| Lol thought the lizard half of the episode was kind of strange. Watching him slowly bathe and dry himself wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Overall it was still an enjoyable episode though- it was nice to see the chef get a bit of a challenge to make vegan food. |

| Oh cool, my Lizard Man documentary came with a free anime and a omurice. Such wonderful, fascinating... and pretty smokin creatures... Other half was fine but nothing to write home about, enjoyed the other characters more. |

| The thing that got to me more about the Lizardman story was how he only brought back three omurice for an entire town full of huge lizardfolk when he himself ate two full orders. So couldn't they appoint another hero or two and have a few lizards go in and bring back a feast? It sure look like they have enough gold and silver to pay for it. XD |

| Well, another ok episode for me. I still find most of the characters kinda dull... To be honest, I'm more interested in knowing about what is aletta doing the rest of the week while she is not at the restaurant... I wonder if she could found a job in her world, a place to stay during nights or if she will meet the dragon lady in some near future... but oh well. The first half was kinda weird because of that narration perspective they chose and for that unexpected lizardmen fanservice, why would I be interested in watching a huge lizard taking a bath?... The rest wast just meh (except for the food and how well it was animated). And the second part was slightly better but still nothing memorable. Just a cute elf girl eating tofu and forgetting to take some food for her father. P.S.: Is it just me or the girls in this show are all way to cute? I find their designs really nice. |
| Please tell me this is some sort of weird prolong character introduction before they, as proper dungeons&dragons story, form a party in pub(nekoyama restorant in this case) before going on epic adventure to save the world. Or will this anime really be only food porn all the way? PS: To be honest I had to turn it off in half of this episode. PSS: Is it just me or that lizardman is reall douchebag, like he alone get two full omellets and then bring three for whole rest of tribe where I see 30 probably more "people" |

| Wasn't really a good episode imo (especially the Lizardman part kinds of bores me). But It's fine nonetheless and turns my mood up when 2nd part shows up... And funny I actually ate some tofu for dinner before I saw that Tofu Steak scene. |

| A self important elf who happens to be a stereotypical vegan is somehow classic Hikasa Yoko. I think Faldania uses a bow and arrow only for self defense. That might be an odd choice for a self-defense weapon, but I think it's because she values precision over anything else, or because a sword is too unrefined for her taste. |

| With a lot of comments about the "lizard documentary," I think that it was because it wouldn't seem right if the lizard-man would be the one who will narrate the commentary (considering that not only would it be out of character, it will also kind of come to a plot hole as to how that race have knowledge about the process and ingredients).
