I think it's really interesting to see Hitomi reunite with her granny.

On the topic of magic, one point made this episode is that magic should only be used for the right reasons. I kinda agree with that since magic itself can be abused. Personally, I think the photography club is made up of unique individuals that blends between normal and special.

I really like Kohaku so far. She just seems so open minded and easy to get along with even with her "Halloween prank". Lol @ the granny jokes.

and ofc her grandma is unfazed about all of this time travel stuff. as if time traveling is a usual thing in that world, but by the surprised looks of the photo club it isn't. welp, not that they gave a shit when they sent her in episode 1

so far this looks super boring. it's supposed to give off some kind of charm of magic and photography with the color contrast, yet it's quite dull

Kohaku is certainly interesting and very lively tho a bit of a trouble maker.
Tho that provides for some nice comedy.
The truth about Hitomi is out now the question is what will the rest do with it.

Kohaku is back from abroad. She's mischievous and quite the eccentric character.

I can already see some love triangle tease going on (or am I reading into it too much?).

Hitomi told everyone her secret about coming from the future.

Finally Kohaku joins the club too. So Magic Photography Art Club now heh.

i think Kohaku send Hitomi to her young age because she know about Aoi Drawing can solve hitomi's problem
that why hitomi arrive in Aoi's room at first time she send
and with standart time travel romance, i bet Kohaku's husband is the Boy who most afraid with her

Kohaku certainly lives up to her reputation at school. Using her magic to show everyone in class of her school that she went to in England was a nice treat, although it was Hitomi who, without realising at the time, used her magic to summon the train that blew the smoke into the classroom that landed Kohaku in trouble.

Kohaku was at it again when the photography arts group were taking pictures of the beautiful city skyline at night by turning into a ghost. Boy did that give me a laugh. =)

The group were surprisingly quick to accept Hitomi's explanation of coming from the future. It not a bad thing at all, though, since we're saved from any sorts of dithering and with that, avoids any quick and unnecessary drama from Hitomi's confession, which makes the scene all the better, in my opinion.

However, there's that lingering thought of a love triangle that won't go away and Kohaku's words to Yuito sort of hints at that route, so that's something to keep an eye on the for the next couple of episodes. Looking forward to it. =D

Really good episode, Kohaku is a cheerful, considerate, and powerful girl, I love her already; and she is helping Hitomi by assuring her that it's okay to be honest, and it paid off because they accepted well that she came from the future, just as I know that they will also accept well that she can't see colors. Oh, and she made a believable question when she asked Hitomi about her husband, anyone would be curious, and afraid. xD

I'm loving the magic too, and Yamabuki is really, really precious. Being embarrassed to call Hitomi, and Kohaku by their names. I agree with Kohaku though, Yuito just build up a wall between him, and Hitomi by insisting on calling her "Tsukishiro-san", but I'm sure that things will work out, he is already the closest one to her, well, maybe after Kohaku even though she just arrived, but he is close.

It didn't take long for Kohaku to stir up some trouble lol, she is also pretty easy going about the whole time travel stuff but that's expected when she is so confident in her abilities. The rest of the group accepting it so easily also makes sense since Hitomi made several comments regarding old and new tech being so much different.

I love the granny. She is so fun and supportive towards Hitomi. I'm waiting for Hitomi to tell her granny that she can see colours through Aoi's drawings.

I feel like Aoi is gonna distance himself (a bit, I hope) from Hitomi after he knew that she is from the future. I could sense it through his conversation with Kohaku. He was kinda sad and will be more careful about his feelings.

I was scared that Aoi is gonna be Hitomi's grandfather but I realised that Hitomi would have known her grandpa (well, at least his name). I just wish Kohaku's magic is able to bring Aoi to the future. Or :(

I'm liking Kohaku so far~! She seems open-minded, upbeat and really friendly~ And I love her magic pranks!

So glad that Kohaku finally gets Hitomi to reveal her new friends that she's from the future. It seems like, Hitomi manages to open up because of her.

Uh oh, I smell a love triangle...

The glasses girl and the guy with the weird ear fetish (forgot their names) make such a cute couple~ Their chemistry is adorable.

Help, I'm hooked into the Fate series (not all) and am obsessed with Shirou x Saber!
Also, forever hoping for a ufotable remake of the Fate route!

So, we finally meet granny Kohaku, who is definitely an extroverted, fun person. They all had a great time on the rooftop, and now they all know that Hitomi is from the future, but they seem to be okay with that.

I believe that Hitomi's magic ability will continue to improve in later episodes.

Great episode. Youth Grandma, I mean Kohaku is so much win, love her already. <3
Her upbeat, cheery attitude gives the show a very cheerful tone and I loved the part where she was blushing while asking about the future. Love all her pranks. :)

Hopefully Hitomi can find the color in her world again by having fun with Kohaku.

Loved the scene where Kohaku got Hitomi to open up to everyone about the truth of where she comes from.

Gotta admit that it is kinda amusing to see granddaughter and grandmother interact with each other and get along more as friends. :)

Looking forward to more next week.

I really like the contrast the grandma brings.

When the smoke train came out of nowhere, and the teacher opened the door, I couldn't stop laughing.

The magic in this anime is so innocent.

I wish my drawings would also come alive like Aoi's. But, I might get into trouble because of the stuff I draw. lol!

I feel like this is going to end up with hitomi meeting old yuito when she goes back to her time.. damn im not ready to cry asdfg
Also kohaku asking her about how was her husband.. man that felt like a foreshadowing of some sort, maybe yuito really was the one who married her. Then again, hitomi did not recognize him so there's the chance that he may have died before she was even born.

Im probably totally wrong but i like to especulate ahah

I was thinking the same thing about Kohaku marrying one of the gang, but as you mentioned, Hitomi doesn't recognize any of them which either means absolute no, or said guy dies before Hitomi gets a chance to see him

And another incredible episode, this art / aniamation is like magic to my eyes, very calm and satisfying to watch!

Kohaku is an incredible character, she seems to be really popular, her personality is fantastic, I'm glad she's joined, she animate the group and makes the episodes even more fun, and her magic pranks were wonderfull!

Kurumi and Chigusa moment when they were alone was funny, they are made one for another!

Looks like Hitomi have more talent for magic to show! i am curious to see Koharu's and Hitomi's magic!

As kohaku joined the team, I can feel it can balancing the aura that hitomi brought. This is good for the aura among this anime.

They finally know that hitomi is from 60 years later. I understand why they didn't that surprised of time travel, they must be know how great kohaku's level of magic.

The graphic and color still amuse me, so stunning. That's why I'm always waiting for it every week

A very interesting theory, to be honest this theory is more credible to me than the theory they say that Hitomi's grandfather would be Yuito

This anime is great...and interesting.

Wonder who Hitomi's grnadad is. Probably not the artist.

My money's on the guy who showed her how to use the camera.

Very funny to see Hitomi call Kohaku her grandma.

The secret is out... well, mostly. Surprised it happened this early, but it just means keeping the secret isn't going to be some big plot point/reveal which I kinda like. Although I'm pretty sure she didn't tell them about the colorblindness. You'd think something like that would be no big deal after dropping the time travel bomb.

At last the young Kohaku makes her appearance and was the best, she is quite nice and a little unpredictable.
I liked that the relationship with Hitomi was not uncomfortable, at the time of meeting was quite moving.
Kohaku is a magician with incredible talent, that spell was quite good, it's a shame of the train's appearance.
The conversation between Hitomi and Kohaku is quite entertaining, Kohaku tells Hitomi that she summoned the train in the classroom and that her magic is quite powerful, but it is still deep in her being, besides Kohaku asks her who will be her Husband in the future, seeing her ashamed was quite adorable, in addition to being embarrassed because Hitomi calls her "grandmother".
The nightly visit to the school was fun, Kohaku making ghost jokes with magic was funny. The night landscapes were spectacular, the work in the setting of this anime is amazing and beautiful. Asagi must feel a bit jealous of Hitomi, since Shou teaches her about the use of the camera, it smells of drama in a future episode.
The truth about Hitomi is revealed to the guys in the art and photography club, I was surprised by way they accepted it, and I begin to understand why the Kohaku of the future sent Hitomi to the past and sent her to meet the Young Kohaku, the end of the chapter was very good, the magic of Hitomi and Kohaku was spectacular, in addition Kohaku decides to join the club.

Slow but entertaining episode!

Granny sure is eccentric and a trouble-maker, but I’m really liking her Character so far. Lol, that moment when she was really curious to know her husband though. Pulling off the little Halloween prank there was typical of her Character and that’s nice to see! ‘Magic Photography Arts Club’ sounds really cool and I’m looking forward to seeing what the Club members will be up to next.
Hitomi and Kohaku’s character dynamic is really great so far, and I’m surprised she isn’t too fazed and bothered by the fact that Hitomi is actually her Granddaughter. I’d totally freak out, for sure. It was nice to see the two of them make that railroad in the air though and as always the animation/art delivered! Yuito unable to call Hitomi by her first name though implies a lot of things and drama soon-to-come is definitely one. I found the impact of the revelation of the other characters to be a little lacking to be frank, but I’m glad they accept her wholeheartedly nevertheless.

I have a speculation of my own on how this show will end and it’s a really depressing one, so I’m looking forward to seeing just how close I really end up at. Overall, a Great episode and I’m looking forward to seeing what next week and the coming weeks’ have to offer.

Characters might be not so special or interesting by themselves but I like their interactions. Actually, they certainly feel like real people and that's a good thing. I am also excited by the whole colourless theme, strangely, time travel doesn't seem so important so far. At least I hope Hitomi won't fell in love with her granddad or something else weird like that.

It is safe bet that fish is going to be important somehow.

And Yuito seems to have his own problems. He is clearly in single-parent household, unwilling to make attachments, and extremely conscious that Hitomi's presence is temporary - even before revelation that she is time traveller. And that job-seeking implies clear financial insecurity in a family.

Given overall tone though, i'm sure it is going to be resolved in a nicest way possible.

Wasn’t expecting her secret to be let out so soon! This episode was really magical and I like Kohaku so far. I’m still nervous that this’ll go downhill, I’m getting Kakeru Naruse vibes from Yuito that I don’t particularly want (god if this show turns into Orange I’m going to punch someone). Seems like there’ll be a love triangle between the red-haired guy, Asagi and Hitomi coming up.

Her grandmother just came back from studying magic abroad in England, she’d obviously know that you can time travel using magic. No one else in the photo club is a mage, so it’s not like they’d know the limits of magic. Hitomi—a 16 year old with no interest in magic—wasn’t shocked that she was able to time travel in the first episode, so why would Kohaku who actually studies magic know any less?

Granny Kohaku came 4 episodes late and already stole the best girl title lol

This episode was great for so many reasons:

1. I love Kohaku and just about everything she did and was involved in + her interactions with everyone she spoke with

2. Seeing the gang hang out was always fun but this time was even more fun since it was in a spooky setting under a beautiful night sky

3. I thought it was really cool how they told them the truth about Hitomi and how chill they were about it (Although, I think that Yu is bummed out about it going by his comments and facial reaction)

That leads me to wonder who Hitomi's grandad is gonna be....If its Yuito then that is gonna be ROUGH....I think he definitely likes her though so I'm curious to see how this whole thing between him and Hitomi will play out until she has to leave (IF she leaves)

This last episode is my favorite one, and I already loved the series. The introduction of Kohaku was amazing. I have a soft spot for characters that warm up to others quickly, and just want to make everyone happy. She is a perfect foil to Hitomi, and I love how close they are to each other. I also love how the friend group is fully established now, and they all get their moments to play off each other. This show is constantly getting more enjoyable with each new episode, and I cannot wait to see where it goes from here

Kohaku represents the shipping side of this fandom!

I love how she serves as a catalyst to the potential ships of the story. I was so happy when she talked to Aoi about Hitomi misinterpreting his refusal of calling her by her first name. And also that magic prank!

Now, if only Kohaku will do something about the brown-haired girl and Shou.

Can't wait to see the next ep!
