Can't exactly say I'm looking forward to the reputed political conspiracy arc, but whatever, let's do this. If the speculators are right and S3 is 2-cour then it'll be fun again by the end. |

| Well maybe they wanted to do a 2 cour season but ending up deciding to split it, like how it was done on Owari no Sereph. Though I never heard any news of this, it actually took me by surprise in a good way O.o |

| I for one am glad it's happening so soon. I have my criticisms of AoT's characters, plotting, etc, but it's still crazy entertaining. Plus, I want to be confident that the full story will get adapted - no "left hanging" or forced anime-original endings. |

| It's happening because the manga is a popular, long-running series which now has enough content out to be adapted into anime. The real question is, why would it not happen? Also, if you don't like a series why would you watch its sequels in the first place? Is it a completionist thing? I swear, it's the strangest thing to whine about an anime getting a sequel and then proceed to watch it- especially if you watch it as it airs XD |

S2 was never announced before, thats why it got delayed. They mentioned possible dates which got pushed back, but once it got announced they didnt change the date. |
