| I think moe era start on early 2010s after K-On legacy. Lots of anime try to recreate its magic and most of then fail. So yes they share the same decade. |

II think if I were to be reductive, the 00’s are more about the transition to digital/HD and would be more apt to Include 1995(first 100% digital anime)- 2008 (the end of 4:3). 2009- present seems to be about a move to 1080-4k and CGI improvements. | I much prefer the Isekai era. The overload of Isekai a problem that has been blown out of proportion in my opinion, like okay there's a lot of 'em, but people act as if 8 of 'em come out every season or something when that's just not true. Production values on average are much higher, with a lot more studios handling a lot more anime, and this might be a warm take: anime on average is much better than it was in the 2000s. It's much more accessible, with a lot more people to discuss it with. We have absolute bangers like OPM, Overlord, and Parasyte just to name a few, and because of the sheer amount of shows being cranked out, every season we have a really good one to rave about and a really bad one we can all laugh at. |
| The vast majority of the modern isekai shows are basically unwatchable. Which is a shame because I actually prefer action/fantasy/adventure anime over cute school life stuff but the fact is, K-On and Clannad are a million times better than stuff like Overlord or Shield Hero. |

| isekai anime/manga are all the same cuz there are sooooooo easy to write, trust me, for my assignment in 8th grade english, we had to write a story with at least 10,000 words in 30 days. what was my story about? an isekai of course. and i finished that shit in 15 days. and i learned why there are soooooooooo many isekais too. but there will be an isekai that is good every then and now like konosuba and Dr. stone (if we counting that as an isekai since its an isekai in disguise) |
