Synopsis

The appearance of "quirks," newly discovered super powers, has been steadily increasing over the years, with 80 percent of humanity possessing various abilities from manipulation of elements to shapeshifting. This leaves the remainder of the world completely powerless, and Izuku Midoriya is one such individual.

Since he was a child, the ambitious middle schooler has wanted nothing more than to be a hero. Izuku's unfair fate leaves him admiring heroes and taking notes on them whenever he can. But it seems that his persistence has borne some fruit: Izuku meets the number one hero and his personal idol, All Might. All Might's quirk is a unique ability that can be inherited, and he has chosen Izuku to be his successor!

Enduring many months of grueling training, Izuku enrolls in UA High, a prestigious high school famous for its excellent hero training program, and this year's freshmen look especially promising. With his bizarre but talented classmates and the looming threat of a villainous organization, Izuku will soon learn what it really means to be a hero.

A brilliant modern shounen that improves upon most of the faults in classic shounen series – fillers, inconsistent animation, out of control scaling, awkward pacing, and so on, and so forth.

It's a Bones production, so you know that technical quality is guaranteed. Judging by the background art, I can tell that some of the same people who worked on Soul Eater are also working on this one.

As for the anime itself, it's exactly what you think it is. The title is pretty self-explanatory. It's basically superhero Harry Potter. The show has many merits, but if there's one thing it excels at, it's the ability to ...

Mixed Feelings
"If you ever wondered "what if Rock Lee was a Gary Stu?" this anime is the result of that. The series begins and we are introduced to a protagonist who is noble but is a victim of bullying, lacks friends, and is unable to fulfill his greatest dream, all due to his lack of a "quirk." However, the series waits no time until giving him the best power in the series, along with personal mentorship from the most powerful hero and a group of friends. This is because the most powerful hero took notice of him to be his successor due to a random act ...

finished the enitre show including all of the seasons. season 1 seemed nice, there cool world building. There were characters i thought would get development, but it never happened. nothing meaningful ever happens in this show. "Arcs" are extremely fast paced and rushed so you don't even feel like it's a Arc. The characters are bland and boring, deku is trash. go watch something good like madoka magica. if you're a shounen fan go watch frierien. trust me, don't waste your time on this.

Now for people who want to continue watching, here's the review of very season except for 7. Because i quit.

Season 1 ...
