| All these recaps because of the time slot change, makes sense though from a ratings perspective to get people caught up but still sucks :( Mostly skipped around but watched the beginning and end. Expect to do the same next week |

Everyone's waiting for the next "real" episode, but I think it's better to have recaps, even 3 or 4 episodes than have fillers later, even if here it's not the problem to be too close with the manga... And with recaps we will have more time to check new season anime! |

| 3 recaps in a row.. I hope it would be enough.. I hope the next would have SOME more new material.. It's nice to see them, sure, and with 50 eps, it's a good recap for the regular viewers too since we tend to forget some in the long run and this is like a shot of nostalgia.. but I'm dying to know how their training is going!!. :/ This show better be 150 eps long now. >.< |

The problem is there is NO NEED FOR FILLERS at all - so it's more like we're getting recaps instead of development rather than recaps over filler. Maybe I'm mistaken - but last I remember we've still got at least a few volumes of catching up to do with the manga. I dont read it (to avoid spoiling anything) so maybe I'm wrong on that though. As mentioned by others, I think this is only being done to catch up new viewers who are just tuning in with the new timeslot, which is fine but also shit for the continuing fans. And I genuinely like filler more than recap, at least it's something new. |

| I'm fine with a recap episodes to catch people up, give the animators a break, etc. but three in a row is kind of stretching it... I really look forward to this anime every week so I'm dying for the story to move on |

I do as well, but I don't think fillers would work well in Space Brothers case. It's just one of those shows where I feel that having some sort of filler story would be kind of strange, it's more of something we see in action shounens and stuff. Although I was fine with recaps at first, I think 3 episodes of recaps is pushing it a bit, so I hope they get back on the ball with it afterwards. |

| This short recap kind of trivialized the edge-of-the-seat-nail-biting-going-crazy-panicking emotions which I had while Hibito was on the verge of death FOR WEEKS. I don't like it. |

Perfecty understandable with its shinny new time slot. We dont want anyone dropping it because new viewers dont know whats going on. | Well 50 episodes into an anime that I keep saying should by all respects be dull and boring by anime standards. I mean ho exciting can a couple of brothers training to be astronauts be? Considering it is fairly realistic too. However up to this point, I can say I have been everything but bored. This anime has been a biggest surprise to me, keeping me gripped for 50 episodes, without once it feeling tedious. However, these recaps are the first episodes I want to skip through. Seeing as this anime is much about suspense, knowing what happens already makes the recaps rather dull. But seeing how they have done such a good job so far, I can let them hold off the story for a few episodes :3. I hope there is only 1 more recap though. |

The recaps are because (as mentioned a lot of times by now) the show changed time slots, so they have to get any new viewers up to date if they hope to expand their audience. |
