| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Not a big fan of the animation style of this show so far. It just seems really average. As for the story, they introduced the main cast and I really hope the show takes some time to develop them. Right now, I'd say that Chikage girl is one to keep an eye on. She seems like the cooler type compared to a few of the others. The competitive sci-fi part has my interest the most honestly at the moment. |

| The episode was kinda vague i almost thought the second half started with the start but things got clear latter on. I have to say that i liked this so far it was nice tho maybe i bit generic not that it was a bad thing tho. |

| Wonderfully bad animation. The episode was freezing a lot for me and in return highlighting some of the really sloppy linework/animation they went for. Typical troupes of put on a different outfit/sunglasses and no one knows who you are too. |

| This is definitely low-budget, but it's actually not terrible plot-wise so far. Interested to see where they take the story, at least. Whoever did the english subs I watched is definitely ESL though, they kept messing up verb tenses. And who the heck translates a high school girl saying "ganbaru" as "I'll strive"? Well, anyway, the moe offerings this season are pretty disappointing and this is the best one I've seen so far so I'll stick with it. |

| So...fanservice, bodysuits, cute girls, some form of slice of life, and battle high school atmosphere going on here...add to that an incoherent plot line and that's what I got from this pilot ep. The designs of the girls are nice, and I really like Chikage already, but man the animation is straight up shit. Think I'm gonna place this on hold and wait till a few more eps come out. Don't know how to feel about this one. |

| Well I have a different opinion on this because I thought this was decent, there are really average anime visuals and there are also worse one than this. As for the story I like it but it is unbelievable that someone who's an amateur could go on par with a top warrior. That girl didn't even know what the sport was about or it even existed. Don't kid us around! But weirdly enough the characters didn't annoy me and I will keep watch. |

| i mean when i first saw this i thought "this is going to be pure trash" but i'm trying to be less judgemental of things i don't know yet so i decided to watch it and. i mean it IS pure trash but the op really had me going. whatever this sport is it isn't.....new.....because it's mostly sword fighting??? like virtual but still. main badass girl looks like KNUCKLES from sonic........also when Every Protagonist Ever Girl didn't recognize knuckles girl from the hologram because she was wearing TRANSPARENT DARK SHADES i just fucking lost it idk. drop maybe? |

| this was not the worse thing i watched this season as far as first episodes go and i had zero expectations of it being good just from name alone i thought id be based of a waifu gatcha game ,turns out it was a mix of Ange Vierge/asterisk war so enjoyable but average at least the girls are cute |

Story itself is just like common zero to hero anime, imo, with fair good animation, standard comedy and fanservice. Yeah, overall it's a 6/10 anime for me. I consider to continue, only if I can find the next episode.... |

| WTF??? a sudden Time skip of 2 year already? They didn't even show if they resolve the misunderstanding of grabbing the wrong person into the fight... What happened to her relationship with the Champ? Then in the Time Skip she joins into a new school... what happened to her school from 2 years ago? And apparently this new school doesn't have a Circlet Bout Club, even tho it's after 2 years... (also, Clubs aren't made by students?) ___ ___ ___ Other note, I liked her appearance from 2 years ago better, she was much cuter... donno why they have to "mature" her up with a long-pointy styled face... ___ ___ ___ So far, aren't so impressed by the weird setting/ plot/ time things... |

| Really digging the idea of the world and game. It reminds me of Angelic Layer. Too bad the main character is dumb as a rock and so insanely naturally gifted that she didn't have to put a lick of effort in from the first moment. I'd rather be playing the game it's based on that watching these clowns play it.... which.... I guess means its successful as an advertisement....? Too bad the game doesn't exist in English as far as I can tell. I can't figure out if this is just bad or so hammy it'll be fun to laugh at yet. Either way, it's going in the hold pile for now. |

| Interesting start. That Circlet Bout looks cool. I actually like like the animation unlike most of the users here. It looks pleasing to the eye. Yuuka is adorable. I like her funny personality. I also like the other characters as well. |
