| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Weird episode, might of been the most serious one yet though. Apparently, the team got owned for a change. I think the buildup feels rather weak though. Adding Haru's mother to this episode felt weird, I guess they're trying to make this more into a personal battle?   Dat cliffhanger though. |

| So second to last episode and finally something even remotely interesting happens. |
| This was actually a really good episode, made it feel like it actually had a plot too. Mai is going to be the hero. She was punched in the gut and was struggling but somehow she'll manage to defeat Enigma and save Haruhiko. Ruru I guess is knocked out because Haruhiko created her and Enigma stole his powers so that makes her inactive? I mean if that was the case I feel she would just disappear. Maybe she got hit and I didn't catch it. Just went back and watched it, she was still floating when Haruhiko was being drained but dropped right after. The table scene was sweet and funny, when they all twitched when his mother asked "So which one wants to marry my son?" lol good stuff. EDIT: Also I really enjoyed the background music. Gave it a nice fighting feel to it. |

| Fairly dark cliffhanger leading into next week's finale. Certainly moreso than I've come to expect from this series. I had it figured out a few minutes before the reveal but overall unpleasant to watch unfold. Very cruel of that Enigma phantom to use Haruhiko's love of his mother against him like that. And that semi-incestual kiss and the fact that his mom never really cared and will promptly leave again after all this finishes leaves a bad taste. I dunno that this show really needed or should have gone this dark this late honestly, in fact I'd say it shouldn't have imo, but eh, whatever. I only hope Mai, our strongest character, comes through big time in next week's takedown of that bitch Enigma phantom. |

| Wow! a strong finish next in the series. An enemy that seems undefeatable that defeats the protagonist of a coup. I will look forward to the conclusion next week. |

| This phantom is certainly something, she is willing to go very far to get those abilities. Not to mention using very dirty tricks to achiever her gaols. This will probably have a bad effect on both Haruhiko and his mother tho it can also have a happy end. The question is how will they beat Enigma with all her powers. |
| I find it funny how the Alayashiki place that's referenced in the synopsis is finally becoming somewhat relevant this late in the show (more so in name than in actual plot significance). If this anime had been like this from the beginning, it certainly would have been more interesting. Anyway, it was fairly obvious that Enigma disguised herself as Haruhiko's mom, her just showing up out of nowhere was way too suspicious. Something interesting finally happened in this anime.......at a point where it's too late for that to even matter, but the finale should be decent after what we got in this episode. |

| Loved it! Most serious episode yet. I wonder what are the things that made Enigma got interested in Haruhiko. It's true that Haruhiko is talented in using his special abilities but I just think there are more reasons behind Enigma's approach to him. Aside from that, the fighting scene with the sunflower Phantom really made me laughing and... ..I just want to say that Minase seems extra nice in this episode. Now, I am just too excited to see how Mai's team is going to survive next week. |

| That phantom is on a different level. Aside from that it was pretty entertaining when all the girls twitch when Haru's mom asked who's his crush and who he wants to marry. Haru doesn't need any fans since he's surrounded by pretty girls and most probably the envy of any male student in school. |
| If only this anime had this kinds of vibes from the get go it would have went down as one of the best this season has offered but meh This scene made me jump the fck out of my chair, I wasnt expecting that kind of horror method scene from this anime  |

| So they plan to remain on the anime-original path but it was a great episode nonetheless. Too many worthless episodes up until episode 7. While episode 7 (neko-mimi) and 8 (swimming pool) were fun, I think the anime turned its corner around episode 9 (stage performance episode) and it has been very good ever since, actually progressively getting better by the week. Depending on how the do the final episode I might give the anime a 7/10 but that will have to wait until I see the final episode. But gotta hand it to KyoAni for having the cutest girls on their shows.  It must feel f*cking weird if I start to miss the anime after next week. |

| Nice episode , a bit of comedy during some moments and then turned serious and dark near the end. Sad to see haruhiko tricked like that and having his powers sucked. I think ruru is created by haruhiko. She always follows him around. And now without her powers, she became umm inactive? Don't know if she can still maintain her existence for longer. But hey, i'm just guessing here. Let's see if the girls can save him next week. Also that sunflower man saying sunfammit after they realized his weakness , and kurumi saying whinniegma (always thinking of bears):p |

| great episode, makes you wonder why they wasted 4-5 episode mid season on nonsense story lines like taking bears and phantom monkeys. strong end to the series and I'm looking forward to next week probably for the first time this series. |

| I knew his mum returning was too good to be true, especially after the previous episode. Also, I'm guessing that Alayashiki thing is going to be really important when it's fully repaired. Perhaps that could be the lead into where the LNs supposedly go from volume 2 onwards? The last couple of episodes have been much, much better and it's just a shame that we've only gotten to this point now that the series is coming to an end next week. |

| Well this was a good episode, actually really looking forward to next week. What does bother me though, what if the ending actually really grabs my interest? There probably won;t be a second season and there probably isn't a decent fan translation of the novels either. This is what I hate about anime based on light novels |

| did i just watch a horror show ? damn that was really scary as hell. i almost jump. that jumpscare, when the teacher was talking with Mai on the phone, and in the middle of it, i was screaming "BEHIND YOU!!! BEHIND YOU!!!" then that fucking motherfucker really appeared behind her with a really freaking scrary face. that scene really got me. really scared the hell out of me. i almost jump. you got me KyoAni Scary things aside, i really like the relationship between Haruhiko and his mother. tbh, personally i think that was a really sweet relationship betwee mother and son, well even though it wasn't real at all, but i really like that moments. again, i like episode. really enjoyable to me. what happened to Ruru btw ? that really confused me. suddenly just got fainted on the floor. and i didn't expect this will turn into a serious one, i thought they will end the problem in one episode but....
