Lol they weren't kidding about the show when it comes to training. I think this episode was pretty basic? We got push-ups...
So wait, was she speaking to a guy or a girl the whole time? Or both? And why do they always have to ogle someone exercising? At least we haven't gotten a cleavage shot like in Hinako--yet--but still.
Also, who is really going to exercise along with her, let's be honest here. And I'm sure eating that soft-serve ice cream is going to make all of that exercise moot anyway. At least encourage a healthy diet while you're at it.
For anyone doing actual exercises and want to work on abs please look up planks. They are far better at building a six pack as well as they don't but nearly the amount of strain on your back. Those crunches just made me cringe imagining what that's doing to your back.
I'm just watching since I wanted to start doing pushups and crunches outside of dance.. But it was kind of annoying that there was a break at about 8 or so for each where she'd talk for a bit. I'm trying to do crunches here.
...Am I the only one watching this for actual training and not the show?
Color me surprised. I didn't think they'd give you instructions like that. That was cool. I do have to wonder why they kept bringing up ice-cream.. even Hinako instructed that such diets are not good when trying to lose fat.

Lets be honest here, do you think the percentage is any different from people watching all those live action workout shows in broadcast TV or cable? *looks at the overweight percentage of adults in north america*
