What are you watching this season?
IIDarkII May 17, 1:34 AM
Hey How is it going?

"a lack of inexperience"... what?
Anyway, those animes are rather cultural references that get brought up so much they have become traditional, than animes that have a huge fan base. People who like Sazae-san aren't "anime fanatics", they're just Japanese. Doesn't apply to Yatterman to that extent, mostly because it was a show oriented towards young boys, meaning the audience was relatively small.

You reviewed Yoru no Yatterman as: "a reboot or rather a side story to an anime not very popular, but familiar among some of the fans it has."
The thing is, animes are made for Japanese audiences. This shit is traditional, and it's also nostalgic. Yatterman is one of the many animes that constitued the pop culture in the 70s-80s, along Chibi-marukochan, Doraemon and Sazae-san(which are still is VERY popular) - I wouldn't really compare Yatterman to these 3 so-called masterpieces though.

Oh not again XD I always go pass the 255 character limit, pardon me.
Anyway, your reviews are awesome and critical! Critical reviewing requires skills and I am still learning. So I look up to your reviewing skills.
Also your good taste.

Hisoka, Akagi, Kaiji, and especially Tokuchi are similar characters that are highly badass and smart. Those characters are also my type of characters. Alucard from Hellsing is one of those, even Johan Liebert from the masterpiece "Monster" is similar to them. And in manga, Akiyama Shinichi, personally my favorite, from Liar Game, is also amazingly similar to them.

Pardon me for my long comment XD You really do have good taste man.

I get what you mean! I feel the same way towards Sakura Quest, its probably number two or three for me! There is just something so sweet and innocent about Tsuki ga Kirei that i love so much! I want all of the episodes now... And i do lowve how they handled the confession in this episode as well!
SakurasouBusters Apr 27, 11:18 AM
No problem at all! :) Yeah that is nice! Sakura Quest is amazing and Tsuki ga Kirei is my favorite of the season by a landslide! Whatd you think of the fourth episode?? ^^
