| Wow... didn't like Iggy that much, but for what he did for Polnareff he deserves my praise, R.i.p. So Vanilla Ice became a vampire after all, and in the end Polnareff defeated him in the most convenient way. Looking forward to the showdown with Dio. I'm hoping for many OH MY GODS and ORA ORA ORAS. |

| Some serious tone-shifting this episode. It was necessary for sure but maybe a little odd to adjust to so quickly. The end of the Vanilla Ice was the strongest part. Seeing the souls of Avdol and Iggy float away just about brought a tear to my eye. At least Polnareff lives on! Well, he is face-to-face with Dio right now, so I'm not sure how long he'll last D: the sacrifice of Avdol and Iggy must count for something though, right?! Suzi Q is still very amusing, it's impressive that she's able to keep it together, even as a woman with no kind of JoJo OP hamon stand powers. Joutarou against that weak vampire was funny too XD god damn he's so cool. |
| Honestly, that was bullshit. Iggy literally dragged Polanreff because I thought he couldn't stand (even though he could still crawl on his arms obviously). Then after the fight he simply stands and walks. Amazing, he didn't like the mutt after all. |
| RIP Iggy & Avdol I must say that Iggy couldn't have possibly save Polnareff, he was too close to Vanilla's stand to be saved. And DIO shows up at the end of the episode, time for the climax! |

RIP Avdol and Iggy :'( Since they didn't kill off Avdol earlier, I was really looking forward to him playing a bigger role in the fight with Dio but they just killed him off AGAIN. Gaddamn it. Silver Chariot slicing Vanilla Ice over and over again was satisfying. And especially that glorious push into the sunlight. YES. *applaud* |

I had forgotten JoJo could be like this, been a long time since Caeser... Honestly Polnareff dread and despair, Vanilla Ice and Iggy determination, later episodes are just too powerful! He was good villain indeed, I really hated him, it was haunting when Abdul and Iggy's souls ascend, you know, no regrets, it was a fun ride, but now it is time to departure. T_T  |

| Iggy using the last of his strength to save Polnareff; so fucking based. Fuck, seeing Iggy die after being kicked so many times broke my heart. I was just starting to like him after his fight with Pet Shop. That moment when Abdul and Iggy's souls departed; I can't... Aside from that jarring tone shift to Suzi in Japan, it was an awesome episode. This has the potential to be one of my favorite anime of all time. 9/10 |

| Another late to the party watcher... but damn but what a send off for Iggy (and Avdol). I didn't really like the mutt until the last few episodes (when he was fighting that crazy bird). Really wished he'd survived. He was a real fighter in the end... RIP. It's been awhile since there have been real deaths (since Caesar?) that I think I got way too comfortable... but it's a JoJo show after all so here we are again. Such a bittersweet episode... their souls fading away was so sad... yet beautiful. |

| Iggy... I didn't like you at first, but I started to like you later. You were definitely 6th Stadust Crusader. What a bro... ;__; He used last bits of his strength to save Polnareff. Vanilla Ice was definitely a terryfying enemy. If not the sun (and Silver Chariot's push ;) ), Polnareff would be killed as well. Them feels when Avdol and Iggy's souls said final goodbye and goodluck to Polnareff... ;__; I really liked how Polnareff's attitude was portrayed here when he faced DIO. He did not had any doubts or fear, even if DIO tried to hard to ignite them in his heart. I'm ready to see the final fight, this time against DIO himself. Vanilla Ice's fight was so intensive and difficult. I wonder what's gonna be the one against DIO. |

| Quite an asspull shit here, Polnareff was actually saved by Iggy just before he died, but that meant having Iggy, ending up dead for real, along with Abdul. You both will be missed... Polnareff's anger was awesome, Piercing Vanilla Ice's head, then snapping his neck, then rapidly pierce the entirety of his body with the final touch being pushing him towards direct sunlight, a sign of farewell for the crumbling pile of shit that's about to descend to hell. Justice served hard! Seeing how Suzi seems to be such a loving mother, I always thought that someday she'll figure out what's happening to her daughter, Holly. And as expected, a loving mother she is did in fact thought that something was up, all the way back since Suzi and Holly talked to each other on the phone. There're a few more eps, hang in there. DIO IS BACK!!! |

| Polnareff making plays. All that sunlight action is great. The way how silver chariot casually pushing Vanilla Ice is hilarious. Opposite to hilarious was Iggy, saving Polnareff at the beginning. Smirk on his face is awesome. Susie Q isn't stupid. Her hug with Holly is charming. |

| This episode is feels somewhat slow-paced even though it's packed with this interesting stuff. And F, for Iggy and Abdul. And now I know why Joestar family put trust on Roses that strenght! And man Polnareff is facing Dio the next episodes will be EPIC! |

If I ever rewatch Stardust Crusaders this fight's probably going to hold up a lot better with that in mind. |
| RIP Avdol and Iggy Goddamnit Araki really knows how to rip out your heart and soul, and it worked especially well for Stardust Crusaders since the characters are so likeable. On the flip side we finally see Dio next episode. |
