North America and Western Europe are basically the "1%" of the world. It's time that other parts of the world get a share of the wealth too. I find sometimes left wing people are very hypocritical on this. They believe the west should have all the good jobs and they don't like poor countries taking some of their wealth. Yet, they want to take money from rich people. It's inconsistent. |

| This is the second time this happens. In 2008 Clinton won the popular vote against Obama in the primaries but lost because her support was focused on fewer states. Now the same happened again in 2016 in the general election. In other words: Clinton could have probably become president in almost any other country, but ironically she was born into the one country that wouldn't let her. Now I almost feel sorry for her. Almost. So remember this when you complain about Clinton not becoming president despite winning the popular vote: If it really was like that, then Obama should have never been president either and should have been replaced by Clinton back in 2008. |

| Here's the reality. Hillary spent 63% more on her campaign. She spent most of that additional money paying news outlets to run smear campaigns against Trump. When your candidate spends 63% more on their campaign and 99% of the nation's news outlets are projecting the outcome of the election in her favor, and that candidate loses, then you need to sit down and think for a minute why that happened. Hillary was not a good choice. She's a corrupt politician controlled by her over inflated ego. Trump is no different. The difference is their circumstances. Trump didn't spend tens of millions of dollars of his donor's money running smear campaigns on Hillary and paying news outlets to favor his candidacy. Trump's scandals didn't come close to the severity of Hillary's scandals. So he made a sexist comment. Better than breaking the law. The people were intelligent enough to see that Hillary is corrupt as shit. Trump and his party didn't rig the primaries so that his opponents would be cut out. Sanders beat Hillary; however, the DNC rigged the results in Hillary's favor. Hillary panders to whomever is willing to support her. Sanders does not. And Bernie's religious views were a source of worry. I'm confident Bernie Sanders would have beat Trump had the DNC given him a chance. As a result, I blame the democrats and the DNC for Trump's victory. Nobody's vote belongs to anyone. Gary Johnson voters are not at fault for Trump's presidency; the DNC and its supporters are. Next time, try not electing a corrupt, self-serving bitch and maybe we'll have a chance at defeating the opposition. I am in no way a supporter of Trump, but I don't support Hillary either. I voted for Gary Johnson as a way of showing my support for a 3rd party. We need more perspectives in Washington. More choices is beneficial. However, if it was Bernie rather than Hillary at the podium, I would have voted for him in a heartbeat. |

The only exposure they'll get for the presidential candidates is mainstream TV news media 5. mainstream TV news media is an arm of the establishment, be it Democrat or Republican (I refuse to use the words Liberal and Conservative for them). Their approval rating was at its highest during the Vietnam War, during Watergate; 76% or thereabouts when they were adversarial to people in power and held them accountable. It's now 30% or thereabouts 6. The DNC worked with mainstream TV news media to tip the scales in Hillary's favor over Bernie during the primary, because the latter represented a threat to their corporate donors 7. Meanwhile, mainstream TV news media brings up scandal after scandal on Hillary but just brushes it off; you don't think the less versed audience is going to think "uh, something feels weird here..." Meanwhile, they do a shit job covering Trump, going after him aggressively but for all the wrong things; you don't think the less versed audience is going to think "wtf are you guys getting mad about his bad language or not being PC? get over it."
