 The official website of the Summer 2016 anime Berserk has announced additional cast members for the series. A new key visual (pictured) and promotional video were also released on the website.Berserk is a new anime series based on the dark fantasy manga of the same name by Kentarou Miura. The series will begin airing on the WOWOW network on July 1 at 10:30 p.m., followed by broadcasts on MBS, TBS, CBC, and BS-TBS the following week. The first two episodes of the series will be previewed at a screening event, with voice cast members as guests, at Yurakucho Asahi Hall in Tokyo on July 2. | That trailer is like: 50% REALLY good stylistic choices and scenes that just work perfectly 50% REALLY horrible vomit-worthy scenes that just feel poorly done The shading also sometimes works and sometimes feels VERY out of place. | Cgi looks nice and then cgi looks bad and it just goes back n forth. Why do they have to do this to something we been waiting for so long for? In fact, WHY fuck about with ANY big projects but everything bad or just meh are left alone and sometimes have much better staff and studio like wtf man!? For some reason Kingdom was rated high on MAL, even though the story is not as good as Berserk. So, why all the hate for Berserk which has better visuals and story ? | With CG shows like this the action scenes tend to look really cool while the rest just looks out of place and awkward. I hope they don't ruin this like what happened with the 1st season of Kingdom. |

| Tsk, the CGI is pretty bad. Some parts just gave me headaches. And the shading is terrible in some parts. It was more brutal than the gore in Berserk, lol. The tone is great though and same with the music. |

| I think a CGI series can work but they either needed a big budget or the talent to make this work. What they showed in the trailer is not impressive what so ever and looks even worst than a lot of CGI show in America. |
