| Can we all agree that Sakurako-san is fucking best girl? Visuals were stunning holy shit...I was not expecting such great art and animation.....The OST is alright too My only question is that, I came into this expecting the MC and Sakurako to be like.....Dating so......I'm kinda bummed out by the fact that they kinda aren't lol |

| OMG I love this main character! Sakurako is not only beautiful, but she is witty and smart! She reminds me of a mix between Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Brennen from Bones! Also, she likes loud metal music! The visuals in this anime are stunning, the music is really good, the mysteries and the way she solves them is amazing! This may be an AOTS contender! |

| Awesome first episode. Loved the animation and musics. As a mystery genre fan I was waiting for this series since the beginning of the season. And thank God it wasn't disappointing. Hope the next episode will be more awesome than this episode. |

| The animation and OST are so beautiful. I had to rewind a couple times because I wasnt focusing on the narration. phew okay, so this isnt a taxidermy anime. That wouldve been creepy. But hey, I like the forensics stuff. |

| Damn, that was really entertaining. The visuals were great and the music is pretty good. Sakurako is best girl for me this season as of now. Seeing her bone fetish reminds me of the MC from the tv series, Bones. I can't wait to see more engaging mysteries and the duo solving them. Hopefully, the rest of the show sustained this kind of quality. 5/5 for me |

| I've had enough of those lawful good cookie-cutter male MCs who lack any personality whatsoever. Other than that though, it was really entertaining, if slightly weird at times (direction stuttered here and there). A big surprise quality-wise with stunning visuals and decent, but often mismatched background tracks. And you just can't hate Sakurako. 4/5 (-1 for that annoying MC and sparse direction issues) |

| When it started by mentioning the bodies under the Sakura trees then cut to the girl under the Sakura tree, I was worried this was gonna be somewhat like dusk maiden of amnesia. Really hope not, it seems like it could be interesting. I don't care about romance though I did read a summary saying they were dating. I don't see it though, the male MC seems like he's just there to keep her out of trouble. |
| Anime's answer to Bones. Sakurako's character design is absolutely gorgeous. I hope it's not a 'skeleton of the week' and that there's an ongoing storyline through the course of the series. |

| This was a good start I think for a first episode. While not incredibly exciting (does't have to be, it's got a nice tone to it), it was still engaging and interesting. Sakurako's eccentricity and obsession with bones makes her quite a refreshing female mc, not to mention, she's an adult. I don't find Shoutarou to be annoying either, he's a good foil to Sakurako. Since people have already mentioned Sherlock, might as well say that he's just a kid version of Watson, imo. I really liked the visuals when Sakurako put on the gloves and then there were rainbow walking bones in the white background, that was pretty cool. This anime is aesthetically pleasing and I hope TROYCA can continue to deliver the same quality throughout. |

| The visuals were great but other than that, the episode was sort of disappointing. I generally disliked how the mc kept narrating things we could understand just by watching the scenes. There was no need to waste time by telling us Sakurako's unhealthy obsession with bones because we could already see that. sigh So now the cop casually shares details about another case with Sakurako and then casually lets her check the bodies because she says so? That's not how it works in real life. 2/5 |

| One of the few anime from this season I was interested in, this episode wasn't disappointing but I didn't really like some escenes (for example, when the policeman suddenly stopped when Sakurako shouted or when she started looking at the dead bodies) but the visuals are amazing. I didn't like the behavior of the MC either but it's just the first episode so I'll give it a 6.5/10 |

| Interesting. Talking about bones, human bones? not really like that , but i like the mystery. The ED song catching up to the show and animation too. but , the MC girl (Sakurako) was really crazy though. or maybe maniac. something just wrong about her. Overall i like this one. |

| Wow, it's been extremely long time since I saw a Heroine as good as Sakurako, I love all of her traits already. It feels like she will be the main reason why I will watch the series but maybe the story will develop in an interesting way. From little I read about it though it is supposed to be detective stories with cases resolving around bones. I am slightly worried about this description because the best part about detective stories is trying to solve the cases on your own, fail while doing so but at least have fun. Here however we will just get an insight based on bones and I doubt many people have enough knowledge about it themselves to solve the mystery. The visuals and music are great as well. (quick note) Still while the lack of story might be a problem the biggest flaw will probably be the protagonist as he is the typical LN's protagonist to who a reader can relate to and learn the world through his eyes. In anime adaptation though they usually turn out to be useless annoying bunch that doesn't know a thing. But oh well it was just the first episode, although my first impression of him was rather bad. In the end in a season as good as it is, so far this is only the sixth best first episode (in my opinion) even then just for Sakurako I would gave this episode a score of 8. AH this season is so great! |

| That was an amazing first episode. I expected to like this series, but I didn't think it would be this impressive from the start. It looks great, the story is interesting, and I already love Sakurako. Definitely one of my favorite series this season. Can't wait to see more! |

| Still, I'm not really a fan of the style of mystery where the detective bursts on to a crime scene, takes a five second look at the body and pretty much solves the crime immediately. Hopefully that's just a one time thing and later on there'll be more, you know, actual mystery. |

| Had my eye on this show. It turned out decently well. I would consider myself part of the crowd that would prefer a slow developing romance (i.e. similar to Bones), but that looks like it won't be happening. Hurrah if it does though! The male protagonist is boring as hell, we really didn't need him to say "Sa-Ku-Ra-Ko-San" near the ending: that was embarrassing to watch and it was just way too played out. Sakurako-san was pretty great though. Hopefully they can sufficiently develop her character so she isn't just initial appeal. Visuals were great all around. |
