| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I got a weird feeling about the pacing of this show tbh. It's not bad but I'm not feeling for it. There's still the usual humor between the main characters and how they live their daily lives. The otherwordly creatures in this show is starting to catch on my attention more. Got a good amount of focus on the female dorm this week. |

| Well it looks like the team is formed even with some fights between some of the girls or better said rivalry. That being said tho Maki Maki's way of speaking is really weird making me wonder if it's really her accent or just her way of talking. And the guys are still as sexist as they where in the first episode. |

| I hate Haru and don't care for anyone else. Good job writers! My hats to you. This episode just made me annoyed at Haru. She came off as too cliche at times and downright an ass at others for me. I don't even know what else to say. |

| This show is doing just fine, don't know what the fuck is really wrong with it or why people are severely hating on this. What, it got so called forced blatant sexism or some woman enforcing agenda going on? But that's really nothing noteworthy to cry about because it's not like the show itself is calling on all the guys to be hated against. Furthermore, this sorts of theme should be a prevailing factor against the girls, because they're on their way to become the first female space fishermen afterall. Or is it about the characters being annoying? Haru is a pretty good genki girl that also helped the others in their way, and isn't afraid in facing against that blue haired girl that is obviously the wrong person in this case (since she practically forced Haru to joined the space fishing back in episode one) and Namino should be getting her character development soon. If all of them started from being flawless and friendly toward one another from the start, that would be boring, no? The animation aspect seems to be just fine too. Sometimes the characters seems off model but it's not even Marchen Madchen level of bad, mind you. Hell, Itou Junji Collection looks even worse (from episode 1 in fact) against this so called bad looking crap! At the moment, I'm really enjoying the show myself and really looking forward toward what else they could do. It's pretty irritating to see some people out there saying "but I got shit taste so I'mma enjoy this", thinking as if this show is even Isekai Smartphone or Death March level of bad. You got Conception and that stupid looking imouto anime this season that you should be placing that comment in. |

I've seen worse mediums that have tried to force the pro-feminist agenda to the point that it makes the content unappetizing, but that is far from the case here as it's all pretty vanilla and surface level. I think it's understandable that the show could probably go without it for some other generic conflict, and I can agree that such topics like sexism can be dealt with on a more subliminal-realistic level that doesn't have to make itself as apparent at face-value, but the point stands the conflict is pretty inoffensive for what it is and that's perfect for someone like me who wants to just watch cute space-fisherwoman be cute space-fisherwoman. I like this anime, because just having a range of character personalities and character interaction and chemistry is all I really need to keep watching. I even like the silly concept - even if it doesn't make sense to others I'm always willing to go with it as that's what makes entertainment the most entertaining especially if the concept is creative like this. By the way, I know it's probably obvious that this will happen, but I do hope the two girls currently clashing with each other become close friends. I'm a sucker for cold relationships that turn into warm friendships by the end their journeys as I find it very endearing no matter how many times they get retold. (Oof, why'd you have to bring up Marchen Madchen? I loved that anime until it had that one episode where the animation reached meme levels of quality. That said I don't let other people persuade me that what I watch is bad, because what I like is what I treasure and that's all that matters to me.) |

| I think I will tolerate this, it isn't bad but could've been better if they made it about normal fishing. Girls inspiring to be fisher people and catching the biggest fish as one of their sub plot. This is over the top, I'm talking space, deity, cute girls, tsundere, mecha and brutal fishing of fishes ( poor anime fishes, wouldn't want to be them). They literally electrocute them with those pods and if I remember correctly that ain't fishing. |

| I don't grasp the 5.09 in comparison to other anime rated higher that are the same or worse. For example, Conception is way worse than this. |

| I don't really know what to think. But i can assure you that this is still not good. They could've made this anime good, but they didn't. I wont drop it, it's only one ep per week. 2ep 6/10 |

| Oh if only we were knowledgeable enough to differentiate between Japanese accents... Ayy! A married couple with an age gap! Well Haru wasn't lying when she said she was a good swimmer. But a belly flop would have definitely hurt. I"m surprised those suits can absorb that impact. Namino can complain about Haru all she wants.But Namino is going to have to understand sooner or later that if she doesn't help Haru get good, then the girls team will have no chance to become a fishing squad. The deities aren't just AI? Training episode...and the girls have to use "ancient seagulls" to pass the mens' test of catching 3 tuna. Gonna expect some Deus Ex Machina for them to succeed of course. Having a scout deity like Misapyon is actually helpful underwater, so honestly Haru should keep it. |

| How to mentally challenge your self to watch this Honoka 2.0 being a mentally disabled character to try to get as much hate as she can do. Airhead as personality isn't a problem but do you need to overemphasizes it? Sorry director what the fuck are you thinking when you trying to create a storyboard. The idea is fine space fishing, deities I don't care since monster strike or pad mobile games into anime are pretty much similar ridiculous topics but if you want to do a promotion of a game, do you have a common sense what the general public are looking for? sexism, gender Boys look down on girls is generic, but the character design is oh my..... seriously I suspecting you are smoking weed while coming up with those ideas. I will watch one more episode but the pacing is all around the place, unnecessary scenes (scenes that have no relation to progress the plot nor giving character personality nor information), music is fine I guess..., the animation looks like low-quality isekai genres projects. If this is an anime trying to promote your game I have to say it is a disastrous failure. |

| damn, while i'm not that interested in the story, the girl voices (specially Maki and Maiko) are great =D their accent alone is more than enough to keep me watching =D i mean... i watched the "introduction" scene 4 times... i think that shows enough about my interest in their voices haha |

| dem thicc accents. Its a bit cringy. The girls are just starting and getting to know each other first. Naru and blue-hiared girls bickering are amusing. The guys are dickheads not letting the girls use the tank. Shouldn't let them get conditions, if not call media anyway. I don't mind the sexual discrimination, but I would love to see the girls beat the crap out of them someday. I don't see them as men but as Dicks. And oh. I forgot there's six of them, and she's a blonde |
