 The latest issue of Comic Rex magazine announced that manga Long Riders! will be receiving an anime adaptation. The slice-of-life series was created by Taishi Miyake and began publishing in September 2012, with four volumes released so far.Synopsis Ami Kurata, a first-year university student who has no athletic ability, suddenly falls in love with a folding bicycle after seeing it in front of a train station. Inspired by her newfound love, she starts saving up to buy a bicycle and to learn cycling. | As far as I'm concerned, a sports anime with female characters are always welcome, those are a rarity these days. Here's hoping it's actually good and has overflowing optimism like Yowamushi Pedal. |
