So I recently finished Root Double and I must say that it completely blew past my expectations! I thought it'd be a mere escape room VN when I just started, but it slowly became much more than that with all the crazy government conspiracies and human rights issues. The final route hooked me with so much unexpected plot twists that I binged the entire thing in a single day; I also love how it masterfully wrapped up every plot point. The cast was fantastic, although special mention goes to Watase who is now one of my favorite VN protagonists. I even enjoyed Route B which many hated for its slow pacing. My only major gripe is the Sense Sympathy system which could've been simplified rather than using an unnecessary 0-8 metric. Overall a solid 9/10. Liked it so much that I even obtained all the scenes, tips, and CGs for the platinum trophy xP

The Vita ports were actually updated re-releases, so they ran much better than their original PS3 versions. The deadlines were indeed pretty strict, which is why I always play these games using a guide lmao. The newest trilogy (Mysterious saga, including Sophie) no longer has the deadline system, although just about everything else was made more casual. What I love about the Atelier series is the cute characters and their interactions with each other. The combat is pretty simple, so the selling point is its narrative and cast. Definitely worth continuing Sophie though because it's a friendly entry point for newcomers (Plachta being a book means you're still at the very beginning haha). The Arland and Dusk trilogies are the best, although they're far more hardcore. I'm really looking forward to Atelier Lulua.

Yeah it's good that the forum mod team has new members. I hope the database moderators are next because lately people have been impatient about adding entries to the site.

Btw I'm happy to know that I got nominated again for the signature contest. I'll likely end up not winning anything like always though rest in pepperonis.

They're pretty nice and creamy and caramelly inside xD
They actually sold those during xmas as well, but they were teddy bear shaped lol.
Bambi Jan 13, 6:56 AM
Yes the cadbury ones, I saw them in the shop yesterday and thought it was ridiculous how early they were selling them.

Do you like cream eggs?
Bambi Jan 12, 3:16 AM
You're a tubby waffle eggy.
Bambi Jan 11, 5:47 AM
Are those eggs? They look kinda different somehow.
Bambi Jan 10, 11:48 PM
You're the definition of an egglet.
Bambi Jan 10, 8:04 PM
And I still remember you eddie egglet.

Ohhh wowww Ar Nosurge, never thought someone other than me and my circle of buddies knows the existence of that game XD Yeah it sucks that Ciel Nosurge hasn't been fully translated, but get this: the translation is still alive and ongoing! Been so long since I played Ar Nosurge though so I might need a refresher on the story. Don't know if you know this btw but the Ar Tonelico series (that's what it's called) is developed by a company called Gust. While I love the series, Gust's best IP is actually the Atelier franchise. Not sure if you've heard of it, but it's one of my all-time favorite JRPG installments. I got the Platinum trophy for all Atelier games on the Vita and PS4 xD

There is indeed pressure. I'm guessing you're aware of the scuffle that happened on Discord regarding GFX levels. I'm glad Nate loved my gift though, so that's good enough for me :D

LOL that's understandable. Well the forums have always been like that, although I can't stop posting there for some dumb reason. Sadly though, I'll have to postpone making my thread because of work.
