| Apparently UFO is just a claim used by Kokona to divert Aoi's attention from seeing Mt.Fuji too early so it wouldn't ruin their plan to show the surprising beauty of Mt.Fuji. The op really reminds me of A-channel and some of works from Shaft. The background is also surprisingly real in many ways. |
| Yeah, the "ufo" was just an attempt to distract Aoi. Does she really not realize where they are? :D Otherwise, a surprise hiking trip is a cool idea. | Kokona fangirling over Mr. Kita was pretty cute. (^^) Hinata and pals are trying their best to surprise Aoi with Mt. Fuji! The landscape almost revealed it earlier than they planned. Kokona's UFO diversion was very effective! Good episode. Really loving the beautiful animation. Mt. Fuji's close up view would be just as great! |

| So they found a new mountain to climb and they have a challenge of making sure Aoi doesn't see mount Fuji before they reach the top. Which is harder then it sounds. And it seems like the picked a nice mountain ones again. I guess just to views make mountain climbing more then worth it. |

| They went through all that planning just to surprise Aoi! What great friends :) I also love sightseeing through this anime, although we haven't really gotten to the ending point yet of the trail, but it was still nice seeing them switch trains and then walking in the neighborhood before hitting finally hitting the trail. |
| The art in the OP is really nice. Kokone did a good job distracting Aoi to keep her from seeing Mt.Fuji before they started. I guess the climbing is going to get a little more difficult now that they've reached the mountain trail. I'm sure the view at the summit is going to be beautiful. |

| Finally up on Crunchyroll. Kokona cluelessly pursuing a really hard climb. Did Kaede choose that page deliberately? I wonder how much time Siro spent choosing that one... Now you just need to find a good route to climb it so the view comes at the end. Even if that means a slightly tougher route. Here's hoping it is only slightly tougher, though. She'd already seen Fuji from the shopping district but mountains are always so much better to see from close up. And from in amongst the mountains themselves. That UFO distraction... I'm starting to think I should write something like this just as an excuse to get out on the hills for "research purposes". |

| Flower fields can actually be awesome.. But I never really see them, to be honest.. I mean, in our country you won't really see them in the wild that much.. I doubt there are flower fields.. But maybe I never really researched if there are or not.. I know there are some which are for selling.. Not too much of these, though, but there are some.. But in wild - I have no idea.. |
