I find almost certain that Hina won't remember Aoba, for the simple reason that, at least in my opinion, she doesn't have any memories of him. The Hina we have seen at the end of the episode is Hina in an earlier moment than the one who went back in time to find Aoba. She will arrive to meet Aoba later, she will fall in love with him and in the end something will happen that will force her to go back in time

yep.. forgot to add in my post that they might make it another tragic Sunrise ending.. i mean, what happened to her after she tried going back? if she disappeared in the paradox, goodbye Hina..

also, i think that coupling doesn't only benefit Aoba for teaching him the mecha controls but i bet it also benefits Dio for adding Aoba's basketball reflexes and cunning to his already awesome piloting skills.. that's probably why Aoba ain't ordinary..

I'm confused if Aoba's bordering on precognitive piloting abilities is a result of a nice coupling with Dio. They did mention that he wasn't normal and his numbers were off the charts.

Oh boy, if it's related to a time loop bullshit this is going to be messy especially since we don't exactly know what happens to future!Aoba.

So many immature jokes and puns could be made because of all the words they used in this show. But no I'm gonna continue watching because it still seems interesting.

Just like I thought, the Hina that Aoba meet have disappear, Later he will meet with the current Hina, things happens, he tell her how she saved him in the past and about Dio, things happens, Hina went to the past, she protect the past Aoba,go to the future and disappear.

And then the same thing happen again and again, unless something happen to break the time loop, we know Hina's fate T_T

Keep feeling like they're trying to make us ship the two guys with all this coupling and marrage shit. For a second I thought we were gonna get mecha fusion scene with naked guys spinning in a sparkly background like in Aquarion.

I feel creepy with that "nice coupling" words when both of them are guy. I know how Dio feels about that "coupling" thing to transform the robots. :D
I got a lot vibe about Gundam in this anime. Like the 2 fraction, the twist on characters from both side, etc. Well, I sense this'll be the better mecha anime this season and way better than Valvrave(I think), or maybe thats my wish.
Well, its just the mecha(s) seems a bit odd for me. Oh well, I will get to use it soon tho.

anyway, was hoping something's happen with that time-loop thing. I dont want the ending like Valvrave, frustrating ending.

I'm not exactly sure whether my post will get read by those who're talking about Hina and time travel above, but here's my interpretation of it:

The Hina in the current future doesn't know Aoba or Dio, and thinks of them as only enemies. It is only through later interactions with Aoba and Dio that she presumably falls for Aoba and goes to the other side (or the other way around). The Hina that saved Aoba from ep. 1 and sent him into the future has already gotten to know the two of them. One of two things could've happened with her. 1) Since far future Hina could not exist in the near future, far future Hina's existence gets wiped out after she entered the time warp with Aoba. In the far future, she's simply considered dead. 2) The same principle applies, but far future Hina gets bounced back to the far future to meet up with Aoba, who's eventually going to get to the far future as story progresses. Given how Sunrise loves to kill off characters at times, I wouldn't be surprised if we're talking about the first scenario, but I'm obviously hoping for the second.

One thing we do not know and will not be able to know anytime soon is how or why far future Hina traveled to the past to protect Aoba, but I'm sure that'll be resolved later on.

Snickers. LMAO.
"Children of Japan. And those who were once children. Listen! This is not a dream. This is not fiction. In reality, your superheroes were always fighting. To teach viewers courage and the meaning of justice! No matter how many enemies there are. No matter how strong evil is. Just remember. Does any another country have so many heroes? Has any another country been protected by multiple superheroes? Stand with me, friends! Remember when you used to watch your superheroes!

I actually thought of the idea that the Hina at the end of the chapter has yet to travel to the past to fetch Aoba.
The series is really entertaining and very promising. Looking foward to the next chapter.

No you are not, its eye candy for sure, even the cgi is really well done and not super noticeable since they mix it in with regular 2D animation and only use cgi when its doing something too time consuming to make in normal 2d animation, which is how it should be used

Ya.

Also, the mechs look quite good in motion compared to their original designs. The 2 main mechs look pretty darn good transformed too. Very good action and combat this episode. Hopefully the quality can keep up.

It's like they are already used to it especially since Dio's previous partner was a guy too (poor Marcus is gone).

I'm also concerned that the time loop will cause problems to the story. This anime is otherwise looking really good.

2:27 those uniforms are just like the ones from any gundam series

7:21 omg, 2 guys coupling!!!! Kyaaaaaaa!!!!

8:58 "Hurry up and conduct the Proposing!" kyaaaaa!!!

14:37 those particles from that turbine… it's just like the ones from Gundam 00

16:56 japan + english countries VS china + russia + others… sweet

22:28 wtf? Y is hina on the opposing side? D:

---------------
Overall:
1. Nice to see the enemies' perspective

2. I actually bought all the fighting and music… maybe because it's from Sunrise

3. Story looks interesting: time travel x buddy coupling x mystery x cliff hangers.

Nice coupling? Proposal? Why do I feel this anime is also aimed at BL fans.

Watase looks like a decent main character.

Already expected that Hina will be the enemy judging from the OP and ED.

I hope this will not be a trainwreck like Valvrave. Adding time loop/time travel stuff can
get the story messy.

almost didn't notice that Hina's hairclip is part of the time loop... Which always makes me question... Where did it come from in the first place? There always had to be a previous alternate universe where everything started from in order to get stuck in a time loop right? I wonder if they'll tell us :P

So hinas the enemy? So the previous Hina was from further into the future? Im guess when all this ends either Hina somehow survives from what happened previous episode or she cant break the loop and goes to the past just to die to fulfill the present, if so then thats sad cause they wont ever be together. Curious to see how Hina will become a main part of the cast since shes the enemy.

As for the episode, nice OP/ED.

"Dio's Bradyon"

The MC will probably show to Hina the hairclip so she will trust him and ect.
Anything special so far, but it's enjoyable.
