I try to be somewhat accurate in my ratings based on my personal enjoyment of the show/movie. I average around 7 overall, my breakdown is listed below.
10 Stars- Titles that I love to watch and more likely will rewatch at least once. Brings out the emotions in you and can overlook the flaws of the show.
9 Stars- Enjoyed the show and would recommend to others but only great once type of show. If re-watched the flaws would bug you.
8 Stars- My go to rating for good shows. I enjoyed them but one of the following is lacking: Pacing, emotion from characters, story plot, or lack of development.
7 Stars- Fine/okay show but had a hard time getting into the title.
6 Star- Average, nothing stood out to me and I would get boring during some or most of the title.
5 Stars- Below Average, title just wasn't enjoyable to myself but for one or two good moments.
4 Stars- Titles rated 4 are my dislike shows but nothing wrong with the show. Look here and at 5s if my 10s/9s are not your taste of blood.
3 Stars- Bad, title is missing plot, character development, art, and other story elements.
2 Stars- Very bad and missing many elements of story telling.
1 Star- Terrible, surprised the anime got the funding. :(
