| This was marginally better than the OVA, but I'm still not seeing why people have a boner over this show and treat it as a holy grail of comedy anime. It's not as bad as Lucky Star, but this is still probably one of my least favorite comedy anime that I've seen so far. Oh well, since it looks like it's trying not to suck, I'll still give this show a try and won't give up hope in it being possibly good as long as it doesn't have anything too stupid to appeal to the lowest common denominator. If this show stops trying too hard to get laughs and drops lazy, unoriginal and overused types of "humor" such as doing something normal overly-dramatically and dragging out scenes too long, this might be good. Overall, this was 1/5-level of quality, but I'm giving it a 2/5 for effort. ImperialX said: My expectations were quite high for a comedy 4koma from KyoAni, and this episode didn't disappoint. | How did I didn't watch this as soon as I know this masterpiece? The comedy is over the top... especially since I heard a familiar language.... Mio... that language is either Indonesian or Malaysian... Selamat Pagi!!! Out of the 3 I love Mio, and the hakase is kawaii. |

| When the explosion happened, I knew this isn't soem typical slice-of-life anime. Gotta give KyoAni credit for using such top-notch animations for just a slice-of-life. That sausage scene was great. 4/5 |

| Very wrong format to adapt a 4koma, the length make the humour heavier than it is. + : the tako scene was funny, the little professor woman is promising and so is the "animal-rider". The background drawings have a nice look and the pastel or water-like colours (not sure of the term) are pretty too. - : apart from 2 scenes and the little professor way of talking, I never even smiled. Not a fan of seeing Kririn faces almost everywhere in a show. The episode length. t. Note: I am a big lover of Dr.Slump and Azumanga Daioh (who made me laugh every few pages) but I never could get into the AZ anime (length, horrible drawings, etc). |

| First episode! I always wanted to watch this anime since many many people have commented possitively about it. To synthetize: Mio-chan, Mai-chan & Yuko-chan are high school girls, classmates and best friends... there is nothing special about that, they just do normal stuff together like going to school or take the train back home...I think the eccentric factor will be Sasahara. But we have a side-story of a laboratory/house where live a little girl (who is a sensei D:), a talking kuro neko (voiced by Shiraishi Minoru<3) and a soft voiced robot-girl called Nano... First impression is meh :/ I haven't read the manga so I don't know where things are going to in the next episodes, but I hope it turns better~ |

| Nano stuck on the roof, the two goat scenes, the motivation joke, and the fire alarm scene had me crying. I can't say I'm expecting this to surpass cromartie because that would be a challenge, but man this was hilarious at times. |
| The timing of line delivery, awkward silences, pauses and lack of reaction to things like a gunshot to the head or a massive explosion compared to dropping a wiener or getting hit by a flying salmon fillet was all done very well. Pretty funny in a comic sketch kind of way, but nothing outstanding as yet. Only the first episode though, and it's one I've been meaning to get around to for several years |

| the animation flows smoothly & it's honestly v cute! this ep seems to be just random plot points (i anticipate the rest of the eps will be too?). i like the storyline w/ the robot and professor so i'm excited to see where that will go. as for comedic value, maybe 5 or 6/10; i'm hoping it's higher in the following eps <3 |
