| Seiran Kinchou: a daughter from the Kinchou tanuki clan in Uchouten Kazoku 2 who has been put by no one in their favorite list as yet. She had not a big role in the anime so far (and it will perhaps change in the third season) and cannot be described as a typical cutie, so that I don't know actually why, but I found her character extremely charming and likeable. |

There was this really old man who trained Luffy a little bit, he was beaten by Roger but wasn't killed nor his nakama were. He decided to go out to sea again to find his old nakama, and we didn't hear from him again. |

| According to the requirements the OP has listed: -Kriemhield from Valvrave the Liberator, for reasons I stated here. -Femt from Kekkai Sensen. Well, technically he is the main antagonist of the show, but due the nature of the series, his appearences are very scarce (like he only has two scenes in the second season, and are basically at the beginning of the first episode and the ending of the last). Still, he is a pretty funny insane villain. -Irene from Blood+. Basically a plot device to , but I instantly fell in love with her during her first scenes at the beginning of the 27th and her interactions with Kai during the Paris arc were some of my favourite parts of the anime. -Yamori from Tokyo Ghoul, for being the best villain of the series (not that this is too difficult, but still). He got style, chilling voice acting, cool references to Jason Voorhees, and his fight with Kaneki was the best from the anime (after that the fights of the series became a mess). -Dietrich from Claymore. She's a twintailed, tsundere Claymore. Do you need more reasons to love her? -Many of the minor antagonists from JoJo, because they tend to be fun and get a lot of cool fights with the main characters, the Assassination Squad from Vento Aureo being a prime example. |

| I really liked Nina from Berserk. I guess I'm the only one since she has like 2 favorites lol. Honestly most relatable character ever though if I was ever tortured by the inquisition I'd immediately start crying and having a panic attack. Idk you just never see character react like that. Its not like its unrealistic for a character to not indulge information even while tortured, many real people have done that. I'm a big pussy who likes to hang out on anime forums tho so its just always seemed so unrelatable to me. Would I be able to hold on to important information if someone was trying to rip my fingernails off ? Uhh, probably not lol. So even though she was really flawed I really felt for her, thought she was one of the best side characters in the entire series. |
