| This episode was quite emotional. I almost cried. Mumen Rider is a really nice person through and through. Even though he's just an ordinary citizen, he still went up against the monster despite knowing that it's beyond him. Truly the real MVP of the show. I really felt bad for Saitama. That stupid hater...his life was saved yet he still badmouthed the very people who saved his life...That hater was annoying alright but sadly that reflects reality. There'll always be that one person who'll be cynical at everything and never appreciates anything or see the big picture. I love this episode. I think it's the best one so far. I especially love how the episode wrapped up, with Mumen Rider showing his gratitude to Saitama and revealing himself as the writer of the only good letter Saitama received for his heroic acts. And I can't forget Genos too. He felt extremely bad for Saitama but he still respects his decisions and would always be by his side. Such a touching episode. I will surely miss this show when it ends in a few weeks... |

| Tons of plot armor and annoying bystanders, but the episode is still GREATNESS, if only for the final scene. Unlicensed Rider is a true hero, and it felt so good knowing that there is someone out there who actually appreciate what Saitama does. That was a heartwarming scene. Great to see that Saitama ranked up too, instead of always staying behind everybody just for the sake of the joke. Edit: I forgot about this earlier, but Unlicensed Rider's "Real Hero" speech was pretty cringey, because that came out of nowhere. |

| Hmm Genos got really recked like all the other heros before. Like always he took it to easy, but the fight was stillt super good. Oh god what Mumen Rider said was so touching. Saitama like always totally relaxed with such an Monster in front of him, I liked how even the rain and every little rain drop disappeared after his punch. I don't know why but this one guy was so annoying to me, that I would have been glad to punch him in the face. Nice to see Saitama got an promotion to Rank B. Also the scene with him and Mumen Rider eat together was good. Hmm the very last scene can't be mean anything good. |

| Episode 9 = Vol. 5. Ch. 25, Pt. 2-Ch.28, Pt. 5[Last part] Genos is really cool, too. Sometimes I think that the Deep Sea King is really tall but then I see the fighting scene between him and Genos and it looks like they're the same height. Awww. That little girl with the "HANG IN THERE". But even though that she was super cute she was a huge distraction. HAHAHA. That probably scarred her. Man. genos continues to get destroyed. Mumen Rider is here to save the day. He just threw his bicycle. He's so cute. HAHA. Man. Deep Sea King is pretty creepy. I'm kind of glad that they give all of this screen time to other characters, beside Saitama, so that we can learn more about them. At first I thought that this anime would be pretty boring because he's so overpowered but this is plenty chance to know more about the others. Ohh. The little boy that calls out to Mumen Rider is the same little boy rom the earlier episodes, I'm guessing. AWWW. Everybody gives their support to Mumen Rider. That's so heartwarming. Glad that he didn't get acid poured on him. HAHA. But Mumen Rider didn't stand a chance, of course. FINALLY, Saitama arrives to the scene. Of course, he defeats the bad guy with his one punch. Did we even meet the Tsunami chick and her sister yet? Things seem to be back to normal here. Oh, wait. I don't know what he's planning with that whole "I will take all the credit" thing but I don't like it when the citizens don't like him. aww Congrats to him on being rank one, Class C!` Maybe at the end they'll finally figure out that Saitama is a really cool hero. I wonder if that last letter, thanking Saitama, was from Genos. Oh. It might've been Mumen Rider, too. Though it looks like more and more heroes are not going to like Saitama. |
| This was still a fairly entertaining episode, but for me it wasn't as funny as the ones before. And Deep Sea King was just boring to me, despite having hearts for nipples. It's hard for me to take the drama seriously when it's used, and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because of the mood whiplash, since I'm so used to this show playing everything for laughs. Maybe it's just not to my taste. On the other hand, I enjoyed Mumen Rider and Saitama hanging out. |
