| I really liked how it was paced this time around and the introduction of the next challenge. I'm getting Hunter X Hunter flashbacks. If it keeps this up, I may have to reconsider my opinion on MHA |

| The first two episodes were good. But my god this episode was fucking lit! I'm watching the dub by the way. My god that shit was so much fucking fun. Moriya's voice actor does a good job really conveying his emotions here. I am also happy this didn't take anymore than just two episodes. It was very well pace. The pacing was very good. I hope they maintain that. Though I will have to say my favorite part has to be the ending. That was a Hunter x Hunter moment. I swear Deku and Gon are very similar if you ask me. |

| What an intense episode. Deku was smart using that metal part. He made it through the obstacle course without using his quirk. Congrats to him for winning first place. The Calvary Battle is next. Everyone is after Deku now. His reaction was priceless. It was cool seeing other student's quirks too. |

| Between the fact that I have read the manga, that the drawings are (only slightly) less good in the animation, that the anime doesn't add anything special (in other words, the direction is flat) and that the french localization is bothering me (every classmate calling others by their first name, not the slightest english word preserved apart a very few alter's names), nothing helps me to go go over the quite slow rythm of this series. 3/5 kadiro said: this is the pace that ruined season 1 for me. Sure? It felt like a slower tempo than before. |
| I liked this one more, there was less pointless bickering and more action. Deku even got to use some strategy, finally. On one hand, I like the OST from the previous season (especially You Say Run), but I hope there will be original tracks, as listening to the same OST in twice as many episodes might get boring. |

| A pretty decent adaptation so far. As when I read the manga, despite Deku's strategy working in the end, he seriously got lucky that the last course was something he could use his "surfboard" for. Cavalry battle next is gonna be epic. Mineta's definitely gonna own it with his ability, as Momo can attest to XD |

| That was amazing. They know how to keep me hyped. I was really happy when I saw Izuku finishing first. I wonder who wants to be with him in the team, maybe Urara and Kacchan, that would be good. |
| Lmao, shit got real in this episode. I really like how a lot of Class A gave it their all, with some having advantages than others. The part when Deku flew across the minefield was hype as fuck. I remember it was a cool scene in the manga and seeing it animated made it so much better. I lol'd so hard at the end for the cavalry battle, everyone is gonna gank Deku so hard. |

Like how's that good writing. Gags like these don't make me laugh. Shame when I liked the rest of the episode. |

The way I see it, while it's true that everyone's going to be gunning for Deku, none of the other teams are going to want to let any of the other teams get the big jackpot. They're all going to still be fighting over who gets the "right" to go after the 10 million. |

| Wow, I didn't actually expect Deku to place first in the prelims, too bad it's not even the first round tho! It looks like placing first might not have been for the best- now he's got a massive number of points on his head so no will wanna team up with him, & they're all gonna be after him! I loved the amount of thought and strategy that went into his winning though- Deku has some great ideas and I hyped when he used Todoroki and Bakugo to propel himself. So cool!! *o* Loved Bakugo's face when he came in 3rd place...he's such a brat, but I adore him XD My guess is that maybe Iida will team up with Deku...he's so nice, it's just the sorta thing I can see happening. Plus, he and Deku could come up with some neat strategies between them...or you never know, Deku might pair with one of the newly introduced characters. Can't wait till next ep! |
