| A hybrid of Parasyte and Mirai Nikki definitely sounds like the "next big thing" for many interested in this genre, I imagine. Short_Circut said: yea and especially the psycho girl + weak guy combo especially gave that feel. Yup, that really screams out Mirai Nikki lol. I'm guessing we'll be seeing more similarities along the way. | Finally, Suuichi is no longer acting like a pussy! So aliens, huh? I guess this will be like Bleach but with aliens instead of ghosts. |
| The race to be Shuichi's mostery furry destroyer "Zero Two" partner: the sisters' battle between Claire and Elena (which Elena admits that even with Claire, it's still fine). And turns out the star coin she had for the while, looks like it's gonna be the set piece to this fiasco about aliens (which was omitted from the manga in subtle detail). Finally Shuichi's detached from that pussy personality of his, and the spirit of his, along with Claire, sets the whole treasure hunt in motion. With this episode being a game-changer on the content so far, the plot begins to change exponentially, and I expect good things in return (same with the manga content hearings of geting better). |

| Looks like Gleipnir is developing into something else. From what the alien was talking about it looks like the coins are used to get medicine. Shame that she can't seem to trade the coin for something else like equipment. Then again, perhaps the 100 coins could be a roundabout way of dealing with the sister problem. What would be a better way of dealing with a head-ripping yandere then to hit her with the force of something that could destroy a whole city? Welp, the question is whether or not that force would really matter. If this girl can turn into mist to avoid pistol shots then turning into mist to mitigate explosive damage or blunt damage doesn't seem impossible. Overall, fair setup for what may be a future fight-oriented episode. What is interesting about this whole situation is that it doesn't necessarily require that you kill other people. If the people who took the alien medicine weren't out to kill each other they could even help each other gather the coins. The alien never mentioned how many coins specifically fell to the Earth, so for all they know there could be hundreds and thousands of coins that came out of the spaceship. I suppose it'll take some time for Gleipnir's average to get to 7. Shame. |

| I was interesting to learn more about the origin story of the coins and also how this fight went down. The first lost of the duo. It seems funny when the alien ask for the girl a pubic hair. And also how he enjoyed the oppais. This was an interesting episode. |

| Is Claire genuinly care for Shuichi or she just afraid to lose her new found "power"? She seems only manipulate him to find her sister and to feel the rush of adrenaline in combat without getting really hurt. Not to mention when she speak about Shuichi giving her live new meaning, the flashback only show her in Shuichi's body. No memory of them together as two people. On the other hand, she really willing to commit suicide when he appear to die. |

| Am I the only one who didn't like the sudden personality switch? Like come on, give us some development that he was gonna head that way. I mean, I'm not surprised that it happened, but they could've at least tried to make it a bit more realistic. Overall, wasn't a decent episode. It's not a bad seasonal anime and I think it deserves a higher score than it currently has. |

Well the transformation & coins thingies already had a supernatural/scifi taste so I shouldn't be surprised I was however a bit surprised by this sudden turn in Shuichi's personality, but it should be kinda interesting. Clair's lovely as usual but I've seen someone in the comments who questioned the genuine of her reactions/feelings. Honestly she was on the verge to commit suicide in the first episode ; if she claims she wanna live now that a reason to has appeared, I believe this is true. On the other hand, if that reason which is simply Shuichi's being alive gets erased, she intends to respect her promise as we could see in this episode : I wouldn't doubt her feelings or intentions. |

| Well, it's really weird seeing her attitude/personality changed in this episode , smiling, laughing.. but I really hated her. I just didn't like it how she treated Shuichi in the past episodes. And I dunno know why but when her sister showed up and made a mess of/fought her, that was really cool even though her sister's the 'enemy' here. But at that part, I kept laughing thinking that she deserved it. What's wrong with me? O_O P.S. I just hope NANA won't transform in the later episodes. :/ Like turn into a monster and become enemy. I like her since the first episodes probably because of her unique hairstyle and the color of her hair. |

| So much good stuff in this episode! I find the worldbuilding concepts of "he's in this body because it is the form he desired... his ideal self" absolutely fascinating. Hell, I find the concept of someone being able to change their body however they desire if they find a coin fascinating. I just REALLY want to explore those concepts more, and see how they come into play later in the series. (Also, selfish enjoyment, I love the body-copying thing that the alien did with Clair.) People are really sleeping on this show. I've been captivated with every single episode, and my intrigue is only growing. This show is so much more grounded than the typical "teen angst" show that so many people are writing it off as. And the characters are already growing beyond their self-hatred, but I suspect there will be future challenges that knock them right back into that self-hatred in the future, and I'm still itching to see what this show has to say about teenage depression / self-hatred / seeing yourself as a monster as a whole. |
| This episode felt off to me... the character went full "Shinichi" for no reason... (going from scared glass-kun to stopping the bully with one hand and that talk on the roof). Anticlimactic is the right word? idk... I felt that we missed the transition, the thing that made him switch The rest of the episode was good... |

| Shuuichi unlocked the badass mode at the end and he only had to go through two near-death experiences. Maybe now I will finally find him likeable. More or less, this was your "typical" exposition episode. Some aspects of the narrative were explained such as the origin of the coins as well as the interest our dear Mr. Alien has for them. The whole "aliens" explanation was... as absurd as I expected but I would be lying if I said I didn't find it intriguing at some point. Also, it seems Nana, Shuuichi's classmate, will become more relevant for the plot later on. Predict three possible outcomes for her character: 1- She dies so that her death "helps" Shuuichi's character grow. Hopefully, into a more complex person and not into another run-of-the-mill edgy teenager. 2- She finds/receives a coin and becomes a "monster" in order to help Shuuichi since it's more than obvious she has a thing for him. 3- Her love for Shuuichi becomes unhealthy and she turns into a psycho like Elena with the added of wanting to kill Claire since she's "stealing" her beloved. Overall, decent episode. Now, let's see where this coins hunt leads us. |

Idk if i like that reason or not. But, the idea can not too strong enough to satisfy my enjoyment. Damn, even Shuichi moment when he not die here just another nonsense. His head ripped off and he still talking like that? All thing got weirder, and using Clair body as a fan-services can not bring me more joy to stand this show. Only her sister and her great killer persona lend me more mood to seeing the next episode. No mention for the romantic parts from Shuichi and her bitch, Clair still bitch to me, no matter what is her past. The thanks must come to her sister VA's, HanaKana, to bring more cute sounds into my ear. As always from her little part contribution, that can make this show still keep alive on my list. |

| Shuuichi began his transformation from a beta male to a chad, but he must firstly go through the period of edgelordness, lol. That alien guy seems nice and that's why I think he is kinda suspicious. I mean, too kind and generous for an alien with that kind of powers. |
| The two protagonists are pretty full of themselves. I mean how are they ever going to counter abilities such as the one of Claire's sister? Overall, an ok episode that raised a lot of plot points. i am eager to see how their hunt for coins is going to play out. |

| This was a decent episode, but I don’t understand how Elena could go from essentially claiming that Shuichi is hers, to ripping the guy’s head off and leaving him like that. I thought she actually cared about him, but apparently it’s all good as long as she’s the one who kills him? Kinda confusing. |
| I already expected Shuuichi to grow a bit as character, but damn this was fast after just losing his head because of a girl... The coin thing kinda reminds me of the point system from Gantz. I gues the answer to any mystery can just be answered with Aliens lol. |

| I expected a battle between the sisters but it was ok in the end, I liked it, incredible how Clair wanted to kill herself, that's true honor. a bit of the mystery is revealed, we have an alien weirdo and we know the truth of the coins, I very much enjoy the new direction of the anime and shuuichi's transformation. PS I think I developed a blonde hair fetish 5/5 this episode |

| Not sure what to make of Clair so far, sometimes she seems like a bitch and sometimes she's pretty cool. Seems like even Shuichi is a bit more likable now, show goes in a good direction for me now. |
