The first three episodes (with episode one being double size, sometimes cut in two) is the first arc. Episode 4-11 (the manor thing) is arc 2. Episodes 12-25 (with the whale and cult) is arc 3. The anime ends at like 95% of arc 3 so if they adapt arc 4, they should put the end of arc 3 at the very beginning if S2.
