THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
Damn, that was amazing. I hope TRIGGER does a full series of this. Young animators my foot. Either TRIGGER cheated or they recruited talented ones.

I skeptically went into LWA, assuming it will only just be flashy at the beginning.

Well, there was no need to be skeptical. It was just amazing. Everything is animated. Everything. Goddamn everything. I think I am in love with the Yoshinari brothers. They're way too damn talented for this world. This anime better have a good MAL rating or else~
I work in VNs. Sometimes, they have h-scenes and I go "waai~". I also like to not write at Oppai is Justice, a blog with great urls.

That animation was top notch and I love all the expressions the characters had and that their bodies corresponded to what the said/felt. Also I am in love with Sucy

I look forward to TRIGGERS next work

THAT WAS AWESOME! The animation was very very fluid, the drawing are cute, and good backgorund sound effect/music! I was not bored not even a second! Trigger, I'm going to keep an eye on it! :)

You just watched somebody put something in a huge minotaur's mouth that melted him AND a 20 foot wide hole in the floor and what do you do? Of course, you jump down the hole to see where it goes.

Where do I sign up?

This definitely exceeded my expectations. I already expected it to be well-animated since it's part of the Young Animator Training Project but seeing the animation itself still blew me away, not to mention it had an engaging and well-executed story as well, with lovable characters to boot.

Wow this was a really good OVA. It kinda makes me wish that they had a a full season show. Also for some reason i suspect the teacher of theirs to have been Shiny Chariot.

This was amazing! Suzy is best witch. I would totally watch this as a full series, hell I thought of this as a mid season challenge that gains the main her rival's respect.

I would give this a 9/10 but because this is such great young talent that I can't wait to see shine in the future, and again I hope there is a full series of this, 10/10 all the way.

I can not believe that was only a single ep.

This was phenomenal. It needs either a movie adaptation or maybe a TV series, though it'd probably work better as a movie since it'd be a fantastic watch for families.

Either way, for what they fit into a single OVA, it didn't feel rushed at all. I instantly fell in love with the characters and it was just enjoyable to watch.

9/10. This would be an easy 10/10 if it was longer.

It would be an absolute shame if this doesn't get picked up by producers and given a budget for a full-fledged adaptation.

Super-cheesy witch story with a ton of clichés, but outstanding entertainment nevertheless! This was just pure fun, but if it were a longer series, the mentioned clichés would probably start to come out... (Take the stereotypical high-school comedy characters for example).

Oh and I loved how they hinted (I believe) that the teacher witch is actually Chariot.

And it was all so pretty~ <3

*Rates an 8 as well* It was a fun, interesting story with great visuals and promise for a real series.

Lots of magic skirt during the broom scene, that's fine by me.

Kinda odd that the dragon exploded after being shot with a magic arrow. I guess he overloaded.

Diana's so tsundere.

I would totally get behind this if it was an actual series, but I'm pretty content with it as it was.

Ah! I really really enjoyed that! Diana was definitely my favorite. I always tend to enjoy the お嬢様 type characters the most. I agree with everyone; if this was adopted into its own show or movie, that'd be most excellent. (:

Akko was trying so hard and failed at times. Wants to be like her idol. Its hard to not like her charisma. In the end she came threw with an epic finish. Still i think my fav character was Sucy. Man i laughed when she stepped in like a boss and suckered that Minotaur into eating her potion.lol. The story what little we know was actually good. I enjoyed all the characters here. You combine that with like i already mention nice art and animation. Sad to not see more of this. Trigger did an outstanding job.

Wow reminds me of old Disney 2D animations or Pixar films I see for the first time! I get the same sense of wonder from this OVA

I want a full movie of this >.< and that's saying something since I'm pretty jaded towards all girl or magical girl shows due to the current flood in the anime market. They have to really stand out and this does in spades

Now that I watched it all (had watched the trailer before), one thing just kept appearing before me! There was a specific sountrack that was almost identical to one of Final Fantasy 12. Not sure if it was for the city of Rabanastre (though this kept popping to mind) but still I think it was a town ost. I already have feelings packed with that ost so I oculdn't totally get into the atmosphere here xD

Well apart from that, I wasn't either impressed or bored. It seemed fine. I was glad to see Diana didn't remain a stuck up witch but can evolve her ways of thinking.

Very fun show, fast paced, and very quality animation. Looking forward to what trigger has in store for the future. Would've been so much better 60minutes, but what can you do :P

That was pretty great. The art style and animation is obviously the best thing about it. Entertaining throughout. Story is decent with some interesting characters. I can't wait whatever Trigger's next project will be, though I kinda want this to be a full-blown series. I feel like they can expand on the world they've set up.

The story was solid. What really shined though were the characteres. All of them were so damn likeable. I defenitly would watch a whole series if they'll decide to make one out of it.
