| Ringo finally snapped out of her "Fated Frenzy" yandere mode. That makes her more bearable... now if only she'd drop the philosophy too... it'd be nice to see her turn over a new leaf and actually live as Ringo Oginome, not the scheming stalker who was living a substitute life for the deceased Momoka Oginome. She nearly raped an older man and schemed to become a single mother at the height of her madness. |

| Hmmm so the mystery thickens. It seems pretty obvious that Natsume is a former girlfriend or a stalker at the same level as Ringo. Kanba talked about all these gifts he received and hated in the past and I'm assuming these said gifts are ones Natsume gave to him. She even presented said gifts to Kanba when he was trying to find Shouma. Also the kissing is a big factor. |

| This is probably overthinking it but each level Kanba went down was level 3, 2 and 1 with Kanba having penguin 1, his brother penguin 2 and his sister level 3? So either the Food represents Himari, the cake his brother and the heart sweater Kanba or.... I'm just over thinking it. |

| at first i thought natsume was one one kanba's exes. and the most psycho one at that, wanting to erase him of every ex mind. then after reading it here, it kinda makes sense that she's been stealing all these memories from his exes to fulfil some kind of destiny like ringo was kinda doing? maybe the penguindrum drum is not a physical thing, but an implication of fate... i didn't enjoy this episode as much as i did with the last one, but it left me thinking a lot anyway. on to the next one! o/ |

| This anime has already forgiven Ringo? Seriously? She is a stalker, and would have been a rapist as well if Shouma hadn't stopped her. Plus, she had been quite abusive to him throughout the story. It makes no sense that Shouma has to be the one to receive the punishment for her. |

| New station: Nishi-Shinjuku And a lot of new ships. Natsume x Kanba, Shouma x Ringo and Himari x Kanba... looks like the incest vibe from episode 1 is here again. Character designs looked a bit different, but nothing too serious. The abstract background art was really well done. Also, we're formally introduced to Mario. Is he Himari's "destined person" that was mentioned in ep. 9? |

| This is by far the worst episode. Just illogical (Kanba's actions in the "trap") and cringe (everything except Penguins ofc). And yes, it was obvious that the girl is just Kanba-obsessed stalker and maniac.. One Ringo is enough please. Boring and lazy-written :( Was it just lack of creativity? Or plot is turning into some psychedelic-romantic soap opera? Really disappointed with the show. |
