| Outside of the stereotypes.. Twitter users generally look for art or memes, it's also a good platform for artists to showcase their work. My mental image of Reddit is a dumpster fire for bad graphic edits and memes. 4chan is probably where the dark web begins. Other platforms I can think of are Instagram and Facebook.... Instagram users are usually marketers, and Facebook is for the stereotypical business people. |

| From my experience twitter is filled with stans from series, characters, teams and personalities there are all types of them and they tend to spend most of their time coming up with takes trying to gas up whatever they're into some can be fun but others are pretty annoying especially the ones stanning characters and people. There are also a fair number of fan artists, cosplayers and just regular folks. Reddit on the other hand is a but more chill, I've only been there for a year or so but I can really think of the entire r/animeme fiasco, I think the Karma system kinda makes it hard for people to stir things up. I've never been on 4chan but it seems to be the internet version of the far west from what I've heard. |
