| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The breast massage part during the measurements was really funny. And Cacao finally has a name. It was nice how she appeared in front of the customers they didn't expect the see a new cat. But she still has a lot to learn from the look of things. |

| I've gotta admit, the name Cacao came entirely from left field. Despite Macaron winning the poll, I guess they ultimately decided to come up with something else, though all the poll options did come up when the name was being discussed. I hate to admit it, but this means all my research was basically for nothing. :p I really liked the episode, though. I was expecting there to be some trouble at La Soleil during Chocola's shifts, as I had a feeling Cacao wouldn't want to be left alone. The measurement scene was funny, and it came up in the VNs too as something Shigure does periodically. And the final beach sequence was just bliss, with a callback to the Extra OVA/VN. Can't wait to see how the story progresses, and I'm already really happy the franchise is gaining further traction with this series. The more Nekopara in my future, the better! |

| Shame sugarcane was left out, it suited a turquoise cat better than cacao imho, though I guess it makes sense since she's kind of Chocola's daughter. Altered opening was pretty fun. Would be an even better anime without the parts that make me feel like I need to take a shower but oh well. |

| So Nuts and Cinnamon has the same breast size, uh? Honestly, I always thought Cinnamon had them a bit bigger considering some... VN's scenes... Anyways, good episode overall. This ended up being more wholesome from what I expected at first and Cacao's introduction sure was a huge plus in that regard. She's absolutely adorable and the "mother-daughter" bond she has with Chocola is really sweet to see. Now on a side note, I'm pretty sure Cacao's "parents/owners" will eventually show up so I wonder how the studio will handle the moment she has to leave Chocola's side. |

| Some really interesting camera angles this episode to say the least, lol. Cinnamon getting turned on by Cacao rubbing her tits was... intriguing lol. One thing that's cool is the ecchi doesn't feel particurally ecchi or that it's fanservice simply for the point of fanservice. It doesn't break the experience of the show. Sad to see the score having dropped to 7.0... Not sure what people are disliking about it given what it's about |

| Cinnamon Roll really has a dirty mind, doesn't she? Out of all the suggested names for the little kitten, I wasn't expecting "Sausage" to be Cinnamon's top pick. Just hearing her saying that name filled my mind with too many innuendos! XD Either way, this episode was where the little kitten was named Cacao. Cacao had a fun time wandering and crashing about on the cafe floor, which was very cute to watch. =3 And we finally get to see some sexy fanservice with our cats in their respective choice of underwear. At first, it actually felt pretty natural since they're going through their measurement process, but Cacao took the fanservice up a notch by using her hands to innocently press into the breasts of Chocola and Vanilla. After that, she did the same to Cinnamon Roll, who had a, ahem, orgasmic reaction to it! ^^; Lastly, we got a nice visit to the beach, but no swimsuits since they went to the beach when the weather was still on the chilly side. Still, it didn't stop the cats from having fun. All in all, I really enjoyed this episode. The fanservice scenes were great, but the cuter moments with Cacao was my favourite parts of the episode. She's just too adorable when she smiles! |
| I thought her name was Macaron but Cocoa is cool too. Since she mostly likes Chocola out of everyone it makes sense she would get a chocolate based name. |
| Cinnamon sure is one horny catgirl alright, it's scenes like this in this "slice of life" that makes me want to play the H games the most.. cause I bet it gets 10x better. So new cat has finally gotten a name, Cacao. I would have probably gone with something that matches her hair colour to be honest! Leave it to Cinnamon to suggest sausage though.. Her playtime with Vanilla and Chocola was pretty cute, love that even Chocola can't resist the toys and laser point thingy! Measuring the cats was pretty funny. Fanservice was really nice. Cinnamon and Coconut are definitely in a league of their own. However I like that somehow most seem to be competing with each other. Also that breast massage was funny af! |

| Finally they gave the turquoise-haired cat a name: Cacao, and she appears everywhere in the show now (yes, including the OP/ED). With her constant fear though, she's still stuck to Chocola for now. And wow what a way to keep it PG-13 with the non-hentai dialogue, especially with Cinnamon. Like mother, like daughter? Chocola is affixed to Cacao like a cat and kitten, play from Vanilla and played on by the same toys. The monthly health check with all cats seems obligatory, and the name is given to the chibi kitten's fanfare. Ara ara, the fanservice with Cacao massaging boobs was heavenly. Exposing her to the beach seems a bit far stretched, but with pratice it can be overcome. Great episode! |

| As someone that genuinely dislikes fanservice, I can't put my finger on why the fanservice in this episode didn't bother me. It could possibly be due to the fact that I've fallen in love with the wholesome aspect of the series. |
