| My list at the moment for Fall 2018: - Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken - Toaru Majutsu no Index III - Goblin Slayer - Sword Art Online: Alicization (though I need to find the motivation to finish season 2 (and movie(s?)) first) - Gyakuten Saiban: Sono "Shinjitsu", Igi Ari! Season 2 (though I still have to finish the second half of season 1 first) maybe other anime as well if they catch my interst. |

| Fall looks weak as fuck if you're not one of those who's hyped for the big sequels. I'll definitly watch : Golden Kamuy 2 Jojo Part 5 (when i finally finish part 4 anyway) Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteru (because same writer as Fune wo amu and Prod I.G) Karakuri Circus (bcuz same mangaka and staff as Ushio to Tora) Double Decker (first episode was fun so i have a good feeling about this.) Zombieland Saga (just because that PV was wacky as fuck and i loved it.) Gonna try more than that most likely but the rest i'll go with low expectation. |

| The SAO III and Jojos Part 5 hype couldn't be any more real!! Also excited for more Golden Kamuy as well as new shows like Goblin Slayer and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. Definitely not looking forward to TG:Re regardless that I enjoy the horrid adaptation the series has gotten. I just wish it could get a actual, faithful adaptation one day. |

| Fairly decent amount of gay series this year? Kind of bummed that none of them look super innovative but we have next year for that. We await you Ikuhara. Anyway as for this lineup Gay Fun Dakaretai Otoko 1-i ni Odosarete Imasu. - Probably be a bit trashy but could be potentially fun too. Jingai-san no Yome - Just looks cute. Hora, Mimi ga Mieteru yo! - Just looks cute. Probably gonna be shorts. Yagate Kimi ni Naru - What I'm looking forward to most this lineup. Let's hope it's good. Potentially Gay Fun Double Decker - Gonna give it a chance. 50-50 on whether itll be good or bad probably. Tsurune: Kazemai Koukou Kyuudoubu - Second thing I'm looking forward to a lot this season. Even if it isn't homoerotic, I love both sports and drama and archery is interesting. Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru - Gay vibes, and if it's not gay it's sports drama which I also like. I Want It To Be Good But It'll Probably Be Bad (I'll Wait Until Its Been Airing For Awhile) Akanesasu Shoujo - Rituals! Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken - Premise is interesting for isekai but the character designs and personalities look uninspired. Sora to Umi no Aida - Nice animation, nice premise, characters look generic. Zombieland Saga - I want to believe MAPPA will do a good job. However. Uninspiring visuals Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara - Animation looks great, but the premise sounds dull. Radiant - I've heard good things. Hashiri Tsuzukete Yokattatte. - Sounds great but mysterious still. | Excited for: Tensei Shitara Slime Datte Ken - Someone said something about the MC building a monster society. That was all I needed to hear, because I love that kind of thing. And then another someone whose opinion I respect (don't always agree with, but respect) said it was one of her favorite isekai, so that got me even more hyped. Radiant - I'm a sucker for battle shounen and from what I've heard people say about it, it seems like it'll be good. Tokyo Ghoul :re 2 - This is an unpopular opinion, I know, but I like the TG anime more than the manga, well, except Root A. I like being able to tell what's going on in the battles. Basically the entire first season of :re I was going, "Oh, so that's what happened," because I honestly couldn't tell in the manga. :/ Vaguely interested in/keeping an eye on: (I spoilered it because it got kind of long.) Bonus: I'm not interested in watching it, but regarding Kitsune no Koe... I guess we'll finally find out once and for all the answer to the question, "What does the fox say?" :P |

| Fall looks better than expected, so hyped for Fairy Tail's comeback. Goblin Slayer will probably AOTS and Senran Kagura my guilty pleasure. |
| This looks like a busy season, so I'm probably not going to finish some of those currently on the list. So let's go through this: 1, YagaKimi: my early bet on AOTS. I haven't read the manga, I'll probably wait it out until the anime finishes. 2, Tsurune: another runner-up for potential AOTS. Kyoani, archer boys, it can hardly go wrong. I expect it to be an entirely different beast from Free, since archery is not as tense as a competitive sport like swimming. 3, Release The Spyce: spies, ninjas, doing crimes, hot-blooded action and lesbians; this should be fun. On the other hand, it’s written by Takahiro. So let's hope it won’t delve into torture porn. 4, Anima Yell: the seasonal Kirara. That’s usually a good thing, but Harukana was this season and it was sadly a letdown :( So here’s hoping. 5, Irozuku Sekai no Ashita Kara: This one looks good, we’ll see. Reminds me of Just Because, but it’s probably going to be different, considering magic getting involved and such. 6, That slime isekai: same studio as Yamasusu, an isekai that’s not the usual power fantasy and from the weakest mob’s perspective, the trailer looks fun. 7, Gridman: I don’t know about this one, I’ll give it a 3 episode rule. Trigger is a mixed bag for me, especially lately. But Gridman is a classic tokusatsu series being reimagined, so I kinda want to root for them to succeed. 8, Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san: I don’t know why this one particularly caught my interest, but maybe because the lead character is voiced by Tomita Miyu :D Otherwise, this one looks like comfort food. 9, Merc Storia: a regular fantasy – without isekai for a change – with a boy and his sidekick girl stuck in a bottle. This one looks cute, so I’ll check it out. 10, Sora to Umi no Aida: space fishing. Or should I say, fishing in space? Based on the premise, this one looks interesting, but the animation looked kinda wonky even in the trailer. On one hand, I’m curious, on the other hand, I’m fearing another Märchen Mädchen. 11, FLCL 2 and 3: still waiting for subs… :( Probably not going to watch the next Jojo, because I’ve already read the manga and I want to do something about my backlog. EDIT: Rewatching the trailers, I'd add another on the list: 12, Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteru: another competitive sports anime, this one involving adults for a change and an international cast, I'll keep an eye on this one. |
