| Not a bad episode. Setting it up for the next challenge they will do. Nice Dragon Quest reference with the 'zoom' spell. I really in a mood to play one now. >.> Well I'm glad they answer some questions about Sora and why he trusts humanity so much and why Imanity lost so much territory and Steph's Grandfather wasn't as foolish as everyone thought. Must have been one hell of a guy in his younger/later years. So the stage is set for warbeasts. Overall haters going to rage how "boring" this episode was, elites will rage about the unnecessary fanservice and tentacle parody, so just another week in NGNL. Don't forget the " I'm too dumb to understand the games" part :O I've got my popcorn ready, now to wait :) |

| Transition episode, I expected it and it was a good episode either way. I'm looking forward to the next episode or should I say the next game. I hope it can match episode 6. This show will probably get a 10 from me. |

| Amazing adaption, really great build-up ^^ The emotions were depicted wonderfully :D Based MH ^^ AND DAT HYPING OST IS TOO GOOD >.<!! Lol'd so much at the interrogation part XD What was that a reference for? Sora was hilarious in it XD Loving Jibril more and more. She's such an awesome and fun character ^^ And the way she's realizing how humanity isn't as low as she thought was nice development. Lol'd at her love for battle and blood with how she was describing the battles of the past fighting Dragons and Gods while drooling XD Also Loved her conversation with Sora about Shiro and how humanity has potential. Really nice stuff :) How she made Steph come to listen to their conversation was a nice move. Lol'd at how Steph is still in denial about her love for Sora XD Poor Steph when Sora made her cry :( But I was really happy that she heard his full conversation with Jibril instead of the cliche running away in the middle of the talk while leaving it as a misunderstanding. And how cried from happiness after Sora praised her gramps was quite the FEELZ inducing ;_; Sora's first meeting with Shiro was quite interesting. Damn, even I still can't believe how smart she was when she was 3 years old lol XD She owned Sora XD Also lol'd so much at "There's no mistaking it! It's a porn stash" XD The way they solved the complicated puzzle so easily was lol. Great to see the king actually being such an awesome guy. Pretty much lived as an anti hero, making people think he's an idiot and a fool but in truth he gave them huge amounts of hope. Respect! Nxt up...Izuna!! | This was a very solid transition episode (obviously it can't be epic like the other battles). Much better than the previous one before the Jibril encounter. While it didn't have the thrills of an edgy or mind-bending game, I thought that it did a lot to help with the characterization and development of the characters (especially Steph and the previous king) that gets a bit lost when it's only Blank going HAM on opponents. Also, Jibril just adds more onto the great comedic fanservice and I have no complaints about that. After seeing that preview, I'm pumped for the encounter with the Eastern Federation and girls with cat ears. |

| Not a single episode of this series disappoints me. It feels like everything has its balance; the comedy, stephservice, philosophy etc. Whilst not that great, it's entertaining nonetheless, and that's what truly matter most. I can't wait to see what the old king deduced from his eight defeats. Truly a king worth mentioning in the anals of history; challenge your politician to do that! |

| So the Warbeasts are actually a more fearsome race then expected which makes me wonder what kind of game they where playing against other races. Something tells me it's a less complicated game then expected but i guess we will have to see next week. That Elkia was the last country to challenge them wasn't that surprising, and Steph's reaction gave it away as well. What i wonder about most right now is what Kurami is planning. She seems to think something is up with the Warbeast and Sora. |
| I don't like Ino's design... I magined him, from the LNs as a 2.2m, heavily muscled beast-on-a-chain type of character. You know the kind... the ones that don't rip your throat out, only because it's againts the law. And there were a handful of things I didn't like. Like how they made Kurami appear again. The LN did it better! Or how they didn't include the full length of the secret room's explanation. Or how they twisted minor things about the scene there. But those are minor gripes really... Also, I'll point it out. The werebeasts can read minds. |

| This episode was just a transition episode (still very awesome) so haters please don't complain how "boring" it is. This episode for shadows the amount of epicness that will be brought into the next episode. About how they finally figured out the secret behind Warbeast's game. Imanity has hope and the potential is infinite. Giving insight about Sora and Shiro's past confirmed (for me) that i've been guessing after watching the ending, that those two may not be actual brothers and sisters but met at an very early age. Other than that, Jibril acting all crazy and overly excited as she usually is and Steph as emotional as she always is. But through this episode i realised what Steph's grandfather has been working towards and what he hoped to achieve and now i have high respects for that guy. It really takes something to sacrifice everything you have including your life to believe in the potential of humanity and put your complete trust that there will be another heir to the throne that can bring Imanity (humanity) to become the #1 race and overcome Tet himself. This episode was definitely a 5/5 for even without much action its still plenty of awesomeness not to mention the amount of moe before the opening ^_^ |
