The first two Madoka movies are just recaps of the show with added animation and music. The third movie is a direct sequel, by comparison. So I'd say it's your call. If you want to re-experience Madoka then I'd suggest a rewatch before Rebellion, but if you want to just go to Rebellion, then I'd suggest looking up what happened in Madoka online to get a refresh.
