| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- They aired two episodes today with back-to-back specials (not a 1 hour special but two episodes) Yuu and Fuuka are getting a lot better. We got some Tama (dunno why but her voice sounds like Kana Hanazawa to me even though her VA is not) moments as well. Mikasa is pretty much how I pictured him to be in the anime so far. Not expecting the show to focus much on him. Pretty chill episode in general. That fan service though Most noticeable part is the actual singing kicking into the show. |

| Seems to be a pretty decent adaptation thus far. Not that I see how you could fuck up something like Fuuka regardless I think this might honestly be better as an anime than as a manga because a) since it's just 12 eps it should end before the part where the story turns to shit, and b) this time the music is actually audible |

| It really threw me how Suzuka's hair was actually meant to be the same light blue as Fuuka's, considering how in the Suzuka anime her hair was always shown to be dark blue instead. That aside, this was another enjoyable episode, with Tama seeming like a very interesting character even if it's painfully obvious how badly she'll get shafted in the inevitable love triangle. |
| You know something I'm tired of? Every single goddamn romance anime must have at least one likeable love rival for us to pity and get frustraded for when they lose. Really, why can't there be more romances without any love rivals? I want to be able to cheer for the main couple without having to feel sad for anybody else. All love rivals do is downgrade the level of enjoyment I could actually experience if I could give my all to support the main couple. |

| Great start! Been looking forward to this. Props for using Suzuka and Yamato's OG seiyuu. Voice cast is great. The 2 eps in one week was a pleasant surprise. And yes. I love Tama. |
| They added few scenes that weren't in the manga, I think (or I just don't remember them). And so the band is formed. I just can't wait to hear the songs :-) |

| Loving the deep cuts to the Suzuka anime (my first straight up romance anime ever, it holds a special place in my heart), I never read the Fuuka manga albeit I do know what happens. But either way I really am enjoying this anime so far, Fuuka is bright and energetic, not the type of character I'd expect coming out of a Winter anime for sure. And I can't wait to see the relationships to develop across the board for the characters 5/5 loved it! |

| I'm adjusting to the pacing. This episode was a bit better than the last one. The wish-fulfillment vibes are coming on extra strong now, but that's okay. There's nothing wrong with a little fantasy. |
| It has classic fanservice, like it feels Melancholic watching it. Just old school, up-skirts and bath scenes...it's a change of pace from shows with Heavy Fan Service (Food Wars, Keijo etc) Anyway the adaptation is really well done. The background music is on point and Fuuka's VA is perfect. I just wish they didn't use Saori's for Tama...I always loved Fuuka more but my god I cannot resist Saori <33 |

| Good episode. Was surprised to see Suzuka and Yamato and wow Suzuka's hair color is so different. Tama-chan best girl now, I like Fuuka (definitely way more than I liked Suzuka ) but Tama wins. XD She's just too adorable especially post talking to Yuu-kun. xD Fuuka's little solo was really nice, Looks like they're forming a light music club now. |

The infamous scene will be episode 4-5, episode 1 took up around 5 complete chapters while episode 2 took upto around chapter 12 but in a jumbled order. The fast pace, episode count, and any cover art for the anime suggests a different plot-line than what the manga has done, though i still doubt it. |

| Some guy said I was going to be feeling by the end of this. Just from watching this episode I'm already feeling a bit sad. I don't want to see any broken hearts! I don't know if I have the courage to finish this, maybe it'll be better to let my imagination fill in the blanks. Yuu-kun's sisters are funny. I hope best girl comes through in the end. Is this Nisekoi all over again?! @gemanepa |

| That triangle... I guess it's been a while since there's been a good old-fashioned proper triangle in anime. Damn it woulda been bad if she noticed that the 2 of them were there on a date, if they held hands or something, that would have been a stage disaster! "Don't you see colours when you listen to music?" Seems we have synesthesia here... I can picture the physical shape of music, but not colour. Aww, this triangle is gonna make me sad though... Koyuki is so earnest. Pretty obvious they're gonna end up together in a band or something (as in Koyuki and Fuuka etc). @JumBoRGiNo @Tyrel I'm not happy with these spoiler comments... I click them because often people put images and stuff in spoilers to save space, and then i'm seing 1-liners that you can read even if you close it immediately realizing it's text and not an image... If you're going to spoil, at least make it enough text that you can't read it in less than a second. |
