| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- They're really going all in with Hina's personality. The tandrums she throws is so childish lmao. Got more characters showing up like that Sora girl though. On a more serious note, there's Kyouko Izanami's past being explored a little more. I think main selling point of the show is still the character chemistry between Hina and Youta. That boxing segment and piano playing in the store were priceless. |

| I know that, Milf is the best. Yeah, I thought Hina would do something about it. How much food can you put in your stomach. Hold on sec, what the heck with those costume, so cool... The watermelon scene finally came up, lol. Why, I didn't realize that in the first episode, it turns out that this girl like a music. I don't think there's a music book on the table at that time. Yeah, nice play.... I like piano scene, btw.  |

| This anime is beautiful with amazing art and soundtracks that I can't help but fall in love with. The scene where Izanami was playing the piano that was a fantastic scene, the melody of violin (maybe) and the piano with stunning visuals and Izanami in the picture it was so eye appealing. It would sem that Hina and Youta's parents have some sort of relationship that should be revealed later on in the show.......hopefully. Fabulous episode :) |

| The visuals were great. I really liked the song, first few notes of it reminded me of Angel Beats. He still might have a chance with Izanami. Did that sister have an accident or something worse? 24 days left for the end of the world. I can’t wait for the next episode. |

| Even better than the first episode, the pacing is also surprisingly good. I wonder what happened to the sister, but i don't think is anything too seriously. I do have to say that so far this is way more Angel Beats than Charlotte, which I appreciate. |
| Another 10/10 ep. Sora and Yota’s parents seem to know Hina from before, I wonder what their connection is and how it’ll all tie into them having god names. The piano scene was really beautiful, felt like Yota did make some progress with his crush there. I know this show’s gonna break me at the end, gradually preparing for the pain. |

| Yep, this is pretty much my favourite anime of the season. Really love the tone, the comedy, the music, and most importantly, the characters. Glad PA Work is back to its root, making love comedy with heartwarming interactions. (Their sci-fi/fantasy world is pretty bad..) This episode is so hilarious. I think the most funny part is the fact that mc's dad is collaborating with all these stupid stuffs. Rare to see anime dad take the highlight of the episode. Also I'm curious to see mc's boyfriend's backstory too. They seem to be really close, and he seems to know that mc has a crush too. |

| Pacing was a bit off for this episode, but I'm still hyped af! Also a tiny gripe but the ED feels 10 seconds too short at the end. Kinda ruins the song. |

| I hope you enjoyed the piano performance now, because Maeda will probably use the music again in a tearjerking situation, maybe using many more strings to increase the shock. I didn't like the timeskip 30 days to 24. Not a good sign. Probably a 13eps anime. Confirmed 12 eps now. Well there it goes my hopes for a not rushed story. |

| Still feels weird that Lia isn't doing the OP for this show given Lia did the OP for many Key shows previously. Nagi Yanagi is good though and I prefer her so no complaints there. I still find Hina unbearable along with the comedy but Izanami's solid atleast. I do like her. I'll enjoy the cringey comedy though while it lasts before it goes Indian soap opera mode with levels of drama. |
| Hmm thats a pretty catchy opening. Man Hina's scary when she's angry. Still a distant relative huh how interesting. Truly Yota's family is a family of gods. Izanami though really looks like an elf thanks to her ears. The insight into her tough childhood though sure was interesting. Losing her parents at such an early point in life sure was hard on her. Still having the sole rights to be with the girl that you like sure was nice. The film shoot though sure was a fun idea. And while the plans ultimately failed Hina sure looked like she had fun as did Sora. Still the plan to create a song though sure was heartwarming to see given the effort that Yota put in. Kyouko's playing of the piano though sure was beautiful that combined well with her own beauty to make that scene just magical. Overall a pretty relaxing ep that did well to introduce Yota's family to us as well as show the attempts by Hina to help Yota's plan to get closer to Kyouko. Though Sora's injuries sure served to change the tone of the ep and maybe foretell the grave threat that Hina had sensed. |

| God, the Op! It's so beautiful, especially the first few seconds. Coupled Yanagi Nagi-san's voice, it's the perfect combo! What a season of great Op's we're having! Time limit dropped to 24 days?! I thought the piano practice was of just a couple of hours or something xD. Would've been weird for a complete amateur to master the piano in such a short time but to think that 1/6th of the time has already passed is kind of .. eventful. Izanami-san's past revealed and I'm liking her even more now, lol. Most beautiful of the school, now that's something! Damn, her piano skills are over the roof though. Loved that whole scene, I bet this is going to return later during the crux of one of the high tempo drama soon. Lol, the whole movie section was gold though. Izanami's rampant questions were on-point lmao. Also, it's mad hilarious how the whole family's got the gods of sky, earth, time and sun in name covered while Hina's got none of it except for Sato maybe. What're those final moments supposed to signify, I wonder... By the way, the Narukami parents are aware of Hina's existence? Kind of got that impression during that scene of the couple talking while Hina was asleep. Looks like the episode count has been confirmed, and it's sadly yet again just a cour. I figured it'd be a cour since production started late last year but why not 13-15 episodes instead? I feel like they could be really vital but well, too early to ponder about that. |

| The comedy is half enjoyable, half cringe. Hina is honestly annoying as fuck. Izanami is nice af, though, I like her character already, hopefully her highlights are shafted by some shitty sitcom level soap opera writing. OP and ED along with the visuals are some honest-to-goodness beauty. |

| Man that opening was really good and had some really beautiful animation and visuals. When the mother asked for Hina's first name, I was ready to pass out of cuteness lol. Do the parents know something about Hina? Just guessing from their mini conversation in their room. The scenes like the astronaut scene and the boxing segment were so freaking funny. Especially when the dad started to join in with the MC. The piano song was honestly beautiful, especially when they added in light colors to the background. It really fit the tone of the song. I wonder what happened to the imouto? So there is only 24 days left? That ending was really good too!  |

| Was hoping for more than just 12 eps but I guess we'll see where it goes Izanami's backstory :( hopefully she can learn to open up to people again Hina's honestly kinda cringe but not unbearably cringe Anyways I'm liking it so far |

| nice 2nd episode, although, I can already see that the story is way too reliant on comedy for it to get through, quite the risky move since it is a hit or miss with comedy. anyways Izanami's smile was precious, best girl in the anime. she has the Kanade skills Kanade never got to show. |

| That piano scene was done really well. Gave me chills. Really enjoyable episode, but I feel like they aren't focusing too much on the plot of the world actually ending, but I generally like these episodes as they are |
| Tbh I found that episode totally boring. Comedy parts fell flat for me, and music scene didn't feel special in any way. Hopefully next week goes better. |

| First and foremost: That's a MILF! So as suspected, Youta's parents know more about Hina and they are for sure involved one way or another. These movie references were amazingly done, unexpected but not a bad surprise at all. I do love how ridiculous they were made. Was pretty hilarious! Hina and Youta together with Sora and Izanami were priceless during these scenes. Izanami is so far my favorite character, that piano scene was beautiful. Loved that a lot, shame Youta couldn't say what the wanted afterwards. Might have been his best opportunity yet. But damn that smile when she was playing the Piano. We got a lot of smiles to protect today! That ending was really ominous, Hina with her powers saw it coming as well, but damn that's scary. Also still hard to follow where the story will go. It's already 24 days till the world will end. |

| Parents certainly knows more than it show... even judging from the OP. All in all this show is a lot better structured than Charlotte or Angel Beats ever was, even character exposition is fluid so my hope is this would be the best Key anime-only title so far (I really hope... it's more than obvious that the end would be feels but please don't let it be so ridiculous as Charlotte was). Also, Maeda is genius as music is concerned.. that piano piece and Izanami instant change was really magical. Not on the par with My Soul, Your Beats but still. And let's not forget all the references.. the movies were obvious (though Armageddon was given too much screentime which leads me to thing some kind of asteroid tragic event is possible). But now I wonder who that guy at the cd shop was.. he felt similiar. |

| Episode 2 is finally released. They are showing more character now and they are surprisingly cute like Sora she has a good cute face, that Boxing scene was totally funny lol. And that Piano scene as well it was totally good I love the music of it but I started to hear a violin playing there, well it doesn't matter. Sora is like in big danger, and 24 days left for them. |

| DAMN. i seriously can't believe the huge improvement from ep 1 to ep 2. last week's ep was fine, but just that: fine. i rated it a 6/10. i honestly thought i'd probably be dropping it this week or next, but this ep was a solid 9/10. genuinely made me laugh out loud a good 3 or 4 times. the lines were hilarious but the visual timing to accompany them and/or the facial expressions and voice acting... superb... chef's kiss... insert third compliment... i think i've realized what's going on with our "god", also. yes she's a chuuni but i think her parent (probably mother) is terminally ill. whether she's been raised by a single parent or not idk and at first i thought she herself might be terminally ill but it makes no sense to send your child off to some strangers lol so i think it might be the other way around. the omnipotence thing is probably just a red herring, but hey, i've been wrong before! i'm fine just enjoying the ride and letting the clues fall into my lap piece by piece with this one rather than trying too hard to guess the plot twist. on another note, i looooove the dynamic between the mc and his sister haha. it didn't delve into the weird siscon territory that a lot of anime does and i'm super grateful for that |
| Really like the comedy in this show. It's good, light hearted fun. The dad was a good meme during those movie sketches. With all the god themes, I wonder if Izanami's name will have any plot significance or is just a nice touch. Also I think that cliffhanger is a bait. |
