| That was one creepy centipede. This episode flew by really quickly. Hyakkimaru called out Dororo's name. Progress is made! Also the way he was smelling the flower after his scent returned was pretty sweet! |

| I'm pretty sure Hyakkimaru interpreted "Dororo" as a word one should say when handing out a flower to someone, because that's how he saw/heard it done by Saru's sister. It's either been unpleasant or traumatically painful.There seems to be a pattern of hinting what body part he'll get back at the beginning of the episode (Dororo talking about the bad smell, Hyakkimaru gets his nose and sense of smell back). Too bad first thing he smells is the sulphur pit, another bad first experience with a newly gained body part. He was probably thinking "Oh god, is this what air smells like?!" | me @ the new dororo episode of the week: *AGGRESSIVELY RUNNING TOWARDS MY SALVATION* also LMFAOOO AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO LAUGHED WHEN THE ROCK HIT DORORO AND HE JUST WENT SLUMP it looked like he passed tf out and died on the spot while hyakkimaru is screaming across the lands what the f***? why did the woman thank dororo and ask for his name only? it took the two of their efforts... selective gratitude i see lol. i think he said "dorororo" and not "dororo"? maybe it's because he's not used to speaking. his fake nose might as well have been a real nose the entire time, i don't see a difference |

XD you're probably right, i was wondering why he would give the flower to dororo and also say his name, although he was able to hear before this episode so he probably had some inkling that dororo is also his name as well (i'm purely guessing) |
| Great episode! I liked how the kid showed bravery by fighting against that giant demon, Hyakkimaru managed to learn how to fight against it trining at night with stones, the fight was really cool, speacially when Hyakkimaru hit the first eye! I am glad that the girl survived, and at the en he really looked like brother and sister, and is cool how they use feels in this anime! Droro said by Hyakkimaru at the end as awesome! |

But we can't deny it was pretty fun his reaction. XD The last part of "Dororo" was really amazing and sweet! :D |
| Hyakki was so cute when his nose returned. Nokosaregumo is quite a name. It literally means Remaining Clouds. A literal name like that really gives the impression that this story takes place in the distant past. After Hyakki shot the arrow twice with no visible results, I understood he was using sounds as a guide. Still, it surprises me that Dororo understood it as well. That kid is quite smart for someone who looks like a toddler. Most children's first words are something simple, like "mama". Hyakki's first word was "Dororo". I have never heard little children make those sounds. Of course, Hyakki isn't a little child, but he just recently got his ability to speak, so it should resemble the way a child speaks, probably. I really want to see if I can make a child say "Dororo" as their first word. |

| Another great episode! Glad that his sister was alive. Finally, he said his first word, that Dororo in the end. I don't know why but i have this feeling that when he will recover all his lost parts he will be weaker compared to when he didn't have them. |

| This was an interesting episode. Dororo and Hyakkimaru come across a demon that hides in a large cloud of smoke. This makes it basically impossible for Hyakkimaru to see the demon since it only makes him see red. It’s a shame that the village was resorting to sacrificing women to the demon just so it wouldn’t eat any others. With the help of Dororo and Saru, Hyakkimaru is able to slay this demon, save Saru’s sister, and regain his nose/sense of smell. I also thought it was really cute when Hyakkimaru said Dororo’s name. I hope he starts to speak more and more in the future! |
| was dying when Dororo said listen to my voice only for him to get knocked out right after by a rock lol. the slow grind of monster of the week is getting to me lately but he got his nose back and spoke for the first time so that's neat |

| It was a good episode but the show is rushed a lot. The original put more emphasys on the motives and the state of mind of characters. At least it is at a watchable speed unlike Houshin Engi series. That one was unintelligible even after reading the manga and the previous anime incarnation which were both good. |
| Stinks eh? Hyakkimaru doesn't have his sense of smell yet, does he? Well this is going to be tough. The first time that Hyakkimaru is completely "blind". Hmm...Hyakkimaru usually doesn't just do things on his own unless he's testing something. He throwing those pebbles may be him training his sense of distance with the use of sound...Aaand...CALLED IT! Nice teamwork with Dororo hanging on to the centipede's head and screaming out to help Hyakkimaru locate it...although Dororo got knocked out a bit. Hyakkimaru can smell now! There better be some good food next episode! Considering how this anime is progressing, I assume that the next body part he gets back are his arms. His sight has to be the last one. Once Hyakkimaru gets his sight back, it's going to be a whole new world for him. |

| This was a surprisingly happy ending by this show's standards, but I don't suppose that's a bad thing every now and then. |
| This episode kinda reminded to Andromeda sacrifice in Greek mythology. I cannot stop singing the opening, its the best in this season by far tbh. I love how Hyakkimaru just ignores Dororo for most of the time, it's like a big brother thing hahaha. This enemy blinds Hyakkimaru and now we can see how much he relies on his special smell. |

| The episode was really cool! Dororo and Saru were amazing, but as expected a youkai like that was a bit much for them. Dororo still played a big part after realizing that Hyakkimaru needed to hear to know where the enemy was though. It's nice that they acted fast enough to save the girl too, I'm glad to see that it doesn't always need to end with death or tragedy for the second time in a row. Oh, and Hyakkimaru smelling the flower was really cute, just not as cute as him calling Dororo by his name for the first time. That was precious. |

| Theres nothing amazing this episode but I enjoy the show being able to have this sort of episodic "downtime" given its length. Its like how garo had its main plot but we still had some cool little diversions with some episodic stuff. |

| Not every "new" story can be as fine as the previousone, I guess... 3/5 Let's hope the series of 2019 stories ends before it reaches very low standards. |
| 5/5 just because of that last scene making everything a beautiful little package. Damned near fell off my chair when Hyakkimaru croaked out 'Dororo' out of nowhere. Such a sweet moment, what with him giving Dororo the flower and all. And after that, Sayonaragokko. Again amazarashi proved to be the best thing that could've happened to this show. I'm just so in love with the ED. :'< |
| alright! good episode! this time Hyakkimaru's scent of smelling is back! and this is the first time he called Dororo by his name! do you think if Hyakkimaru's eyes are back would he have some overwhelming withdrawals or he's gonna be less powerful since he won't be able to see the evil aura of the surroundings...? but before the eyes, there's a still a lot that he needs to regain... Dororo's bravery and courage against ghoul monsters are really something badass! 5/5. |
