| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Nice, this was a compfy episode with the atmospheric feel and setting. That Nadeshiko girl sure likes to sleep a lot though. I like the OP song so far. It's catchy and works for this show. Out of all the cast, I like Rin the most so far. The way she acts is quite amusing especially when she has a sharp object in her hands Nadeshiko is quite an adorable girl with her personality. |

| This was a comfy and relaxing first episode. Rin is quite the expert at camping. She was camping by herself, until Nadeshiko joined her because she missed the bus. The scene of them looking at Mt. Fuji was pretty. |

| The scene with Fuji was gorgeous. I cant wait to see where this goes, it was very cozy and relaxing and almost welcoming. Makes me want to go camping now! |

| I think it looked better than i expected, the PV animation looked not that great, but after the 1st episode it was quite good. I wonder when was the last time i watched something like that, Yuru Yuri s3 mb. Rin is my favorite, liked her instantly when started reading, she is so cute =/ Don't remember seeing her with hair down like in OP, that was interesting. That night chase scene was pretty funny. And the pinecone "talking", don't remember if that was in the manga. Pretty nice and light opening into new season! |

| Wow, that was wonderful! Rin's pretty tough if she can camp by herself. Not only is this show relaxing, it also teaches you about camping!! I feel like we learned enough about the characters for a first episode, but there's still more that could be said about them. Definitely my favorite show so far. I'm really looking forward to this! |

| This type of relaxing shows usually feel too slow to me so I felt worried despite really liking the manga of Yuru Camp, thankfully looks like there was nothing to fear, because this first episode flew by! I really like Rin and Nadeshiko (so freaking cute!) And the comedy is so nice too (RIP pinecone). Looking forward for more comfy moments with them. |

| Catchy OP and relaxing OST and ED. I like Nadeshiko's cute and clumsy nature best grill confirmed. I have high hopes for this as one of better SoL shows this season and maybe this year. |

| Still early in the season but I'd say this was pretty easily the best first episode I've watched of winter so far. The backgrounds look stellar, and the girls are adorable. Rin and Nadeshiko had very nice chemistry together and the earnestness in the camping tips given by the narrator while Rin gathered firewood plus at the very end were sweet. Just a very pleasant, wholesome atmosphere so far, this should be good. Plus, ahem....not that I was looking for this or anything but I couldn't help but notice quite the rack on Nadeshiko's onee-chan! XD |

| This season is going to save my soul. So many nice vibes. A very good first episode, I still need to get used to Nadeshiko, specially after spending half of the episode with Rin alone and her pace, she is quite a contrast. But they are cute together and their dynamics seem like they will be a lot of fun. Aside from the scenery, what I particularly loved from this episode is Rin, and more specifically, the way she acts and reacts to her environment when she is alone. It captures a feeling of spontaneity that I'm very fond of and not every anime manages to achieve. The little moment when she went all samurai with the knife, doing the sort of ridiculous stuff she would only dare to do when she knows nobody is around, was specially rewarding and in a way very intimistic. |

| Really nice start so far. Relaxing and soothing atmosphere, the nature shots are great especially that night view of Mount Fuji. This is gonna be real fun. Love Rin and Nadeshiko so far, they have a nice dynamic together. Couldn't help but chuckle at the last scene where they sorta narrowly missed seeing each other at school. xD Great soundtrack as well. |

| The ending song is nice in there... I guess I now how to make a firewood now. I watched this anime just after watching the ramen anime... And I'm wondering if that is the ramen season? Also there's a girl whose mouth looks like Astolfo's lul. The anime is cute although nothing happens. |

| I was kind of afraid of this one, because the quality of the animation didn't look really good, no matter how endearing the premise is. They even screwed up the PV, with the music being too loud and the character's voices could barely be heard. Glad I was proven wrong! It's really relaxing, combined with excellent soundtrack and voice acting. I can already see this as one of the sleeper hits of the season. The animation still kinda feels like it's from another decade, but that's the curse of an entirely handdrawn anime I guess. Might be its charm in the long run. @rsc-pl That's what I was saying. It's probably a stylistic choice and so far it has worked out. |

| I decided to watch this anime because after looking at that one picture of it here, I thought "Man, I bet it's going to look beautiful". And I was right. I love everything atmospheric. And I'm already sure I'll love this anime even more than I think I do after that one episode (Which is rare for me. But if I think "I wish I was there" then it's settled, this anime is special). To be honest, I don't think a really good plot is needed here. Just beautiful views would be enough. Seems like we're going to see how they all started camping together, though. About characters, I like both Rin and Nadeshika already. First one seemed like someone a bit cold at first, but apparently she's really nice, she gave food to a stranger and helped them. The latter one is pretty much like me. Doesn't know her number, seeks stranger's help, seems crazy and acts spontaneously to the point she's lost. In general, I think it's a really good anime to watch now, at winter. It makes you feel all cozy and comfy. |
| Comfy/10 Rin a loner now but nadeshika a cute and they'll be together soon. Camping is alright when there isn't too much people around. |

| I Am Really Liking This Anime I Feel Like This Is Gonna Be One Of Those Shows that are Really Good But No that Many People Watch But the Ones Who Watched it Love It. The Soundtrack was really Nice and I think Im gonna start playing it while I read Manga or While doing Homework or While I am just in a LAID BACK mood. Bad Puns aside I Think this is going to be one of the Hidden Gems of this season for the fisrt half but them it is gonna get really popular for its nice animation,Heartwarming moments and its just being really nice Overall. |

| My most anticipated anime of the season! It delivered what I expected it to, cute girls camping out in the wilds during winter. Definitely an anime that warms you up during these cold evenings. |

| Downside: the scenery scenes are a bit too dry to my liking. That hurts quite a bit considering it's that kind of anime. Upside: everything else <3. Man how much detail for this episode. Every single motion, especially the ramen eating scene. (Well, I'm sure they won't be able to do it every episode, but this kind of attention to those details is always a good thing.) |
| I loved it. So relaxing, great scenery, adorable characters and great sense of humor. This could easily be up there with my favorite slice of life shows like Flying Witch, K-On! and Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge. I can't wait for next episode. |

| I have never felt this relaxed watching an anime before. Usually SoL shows are nice and enjoyable for me but this time it was even better. Hearing all the beautiful forest/sea sounds combined with the quiet personality of our first main character was really great. The music has a bit of a medieval feel to it, too, in my opinion and it was actually the first time I really noticed the soundtrack of an anime. I can't wait to get more episodes, Thursday evening is going to be amazing from now on. |
