It's that time of the year already? Well, here goes... -------------------- Soul Eater Not!: Even though I watched the original in dub (as should be required of all watchers of it, IMHO), I think I'll be able to adjust to the subbed version of it, especially if there will be a lots of new characters anyway. Looks like it'll be a cute, watch at your leisure type of show, so count me in. Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin: I've been looking forward to this one ever since it was announced. Pretty much every anime I've watched centered around a NEET has been either extremely weird (Sasami-san) or extremely funny (NHK), both of which I'm perfectly happy with getting. Mekaku City Actors: See above. Plus it's directed by Akiyuki Shinbo and animated by Shaft? What kind of Shaftfag would I be if I didn't pick this one up? Gokukoku no Brynhildr: The synopsis reminds me of AnoHana a tad. This sounds like it could hit me in the feels plus the main girl is cute (so automatic watch). It also reminds me somewhat of Hoshizora no Memoria a bit (which is a very good thing). Mahou Shuojo Taisen: It's Gainax and, after watching the conglomeration of different things that was C3-bu, they can only go up from here. selector infected WIXOSS: Probably my second most hyped series of the season. Cute characters, an actual story, and it's J.C. Staff (who's been on a roll recently)? I can see this one going places. Akuma no Riddle: It's finally here. I don't expect very much from this other than pure magnificence, so we'll see how things turn out. Love Live! School Idol Project Second Season: I was quite pleasantly surprised by the first season and, since this show will always hold a special place in my heart being my first idol anime, of course I'm going to be keeping up with its continuations. Kanojo ga Flag Oraretara: I actually mistook NouCome for this one a while back. I really love light novel adaptations with really outlandish scenarios, so this one will probably be a hit for me. Date a Live II: Again with the outlandish set-ups. The first season really grew on me and I adored the characters, so I'll be legitimately watching this one as it airs. Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?: Holy shit, this is coming out in the Spring? Scratch what I said before, this is my new second most anticipated series coming out. Can't go wrong with White Fox and moe. Isshuukan Friends.: Most anticipated series of the season for me. I'm not sure if it'll hit me with the feels, some laughs, or both. But one thing I do know is that the premise is something that I haven't seen before and sounds like something that'd be pretty hard to screw up. No Game, No Life: I hadn't even heard of this until I got down to it in the chart, but it sounds interesting and seems to be some type of fantasy, game-setting type thing. Worth a try, I'd say. GJ-bu@: What's there to say? It's more GJ-bu. Tamako Love Story: Yes, I liked Tamako. So yes, I'm going to watch the movie. -------------------- Though in all honesty, I'll probably only end up watching 3-4 as they air and just keep the rest on my PTW. Such is life, I suppose. |

MAN, neither of those links you posted would work for me! ;-; Bummer. But I've gotta say, I'm excited for the Kagerou Project adaptation. I have yet to read the manga but as an utaite fangirl, I love the songs. (Utaite are real people who cover Vocaloid songs. Like Akatin's cover of Outer Science.) |

After watching the PV for No Game No Life, I'll give that a shot as well as it seems interesting. I just hope it's as different as possible from Mondaiji-taji (which was crap to me) and there's no incest. |
5 main aspects I base my ratings on: 1. Did DramaEnthusiast make a thread about it? 2. Is it better than Breaking Bad? 3. Did MellowJello recommend the shit out of it? 4. Has it caused a (very entertaining) shitstorm on MAL? 5. Is it actually good? Scratch the fifth point, it's not very relevant... |

Hyped the hell up for Stardust Crusaders : can't wait for Za Warudo made in Koyasu ! I have yet to see the first season of Mushishi, but I've heard only good things about it so far so I'll probably get around watching it before the second season starts airing. SnK's next OVA is in my ptw list for sure, and I might give a chance to Captain Earth because mecha and Mekkaku City Actors out of pure curiosity. Probably Soul Eater Not! too just to know what the hell it's supposed to be about, as well as Mahou Shoujo Taisen (a magical girl show by Gainax ? No way I'm gonna miss that lol). Black Bullet's synopsis is a bit too close to that of SnK for my taste, but hey why not. shawnofthedeadz said: Anyone else interested in Akuma No Riddle? Looks like it has a lot of potential. Fairy Tail :D Too bad that the Break Blade series is a redo of the story arc covered by the movies, but hopefully there will be some good expanded scenes there. I'll likely check it out. im not too positive what im watching next season, these are the ones ill try the show from ep 1 and the rest im gonna wait until i hear some things about other shows -jojo obviously -captain earth -black bullet im willing to give a shot but not positive on whether ill watch it off the get go -Isshuukan Friends i think looks really sweet, i read some of its manga and its kind of sappy but its also kind of cute, it'll counteract the GAR of jojo -Hitsugi no Chaika ill watch cause its bones but out of all the shows they are doing this year this is the one ive been the most meh about, ill see how it goes but im not expecting much -no game no life i actually want to see, it looks pretty colorful and if you look past some fanservice it seems pretty creative at least in its imagry, could be fun -ping pong is gonna be awesome -Mekaku City Actors alot of my friends really love so i may end up watching it even though i still have no clue what the fuck it even is |

Only thing I see is worth watching is: Baby Steps(hope the show doesn't fuck up since it looks like the show is trying to be different.) Kindachi Story looks awesome and reminds me of La Noire where it says "Has a nack for solving murder mysteries with support from Miyuki." Hope I will love this show without any issues to deal with for this one. Gokukoku no Brynhidr The story hooks me in on trying it out. But, the cover art looks like it might be a little cliche drama a little bit. Hope the show has some unique flavor to it and dosen't have any cliche stuff. Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san Another awesome yuri that I reading right now but the translator people only translate one chapter is getting anime adaption. Asap on watching it. This looks cool! movies/ova Kuro no Su- Chrouns Sekai ova one day I will watch it if I finished watching the tv show. might watch or not Wild Adapter the genre for the show on MAL shounen-ai definitely throws me off from watching it. But, when I read the synopsis, for it, it looks quite good and it doesn't have any of it that feels awkward. Don't know if I will watch this one or not, but I may see what will happen at episode one when I read the posts. |

Looks like some of the popular shows this season are sequels to anime I haven't watched (Jojo, Mushishi, Date A Live). What's up with all the Card game/card battle anime this season? Also a number of sports anime too. Not sure what I will watch, for once I can't find an anime I know I'm very excited to watch for this season. Some that sound kinda interesting: Makaku City Actors: NEET forced to go outside after interaction with computer girl. (Could be decent, not sure) Gokukoku no Brynhildr: Magic research experiment girl meets high school boy who lost his female childhood friend. (sounds sort of interesting) Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou: Boy living in an apartment alone with peverted neibgobors, he likes one of the girls living in his apartment complex. (could be a nice comedy?) Blade and Soul: Anime based on an MMO (not much information is avaialbe for this anime. Looks cool) Black Bullet: High School guy and girl (girl has powers) that work for an agency try to prevent tokyo’s destruction. A virus lead to these girls with powers being born. Broken Blade: Based on a movie series that already came out. (Looks cool, has mechs. ) Fuuun Ishin Dai Shogun: Alternate history japan with giant robots, secluded from foreigners. (Looks a lot like Nobunaga the Fool for whatever reason) Hitsugi no Chaika: Retired Soldier 20yrs old, travels with adopted sister and coffin girl. (?? No idea about this one) Captain Earth: Robotic Aliens from Uranus invade, high school boy pilots mecha? (poster looks cool) No Game, No Life: NEET brother and sister transported to a world where everything is decided by games (another NEET show) |

Added another 6 things to my list of things to watch. Still only on 17, though. This could be a slow season even with the vast number of anime being aired. Unless something hasn't been announced yet, I can't see myself adding more between now and just before the season begins. |

Oo. I never follow these lists but this season looks pretty interesting. Black Bullet - I ned a sci-fi. Though chances are this will be one of those that begans good only to have some open-ended no closure story due to an ongoing light novel. Captain Earth - Yay another sci-fi. Premise sounds similar to Eureka 7. Lol by the same guys who made Star Driver, an anime I just finished. Will probably watch this. Probably yet another mediocre series though. Sidonia no Kishi - Yay another sci-fi x2. Looks like another anime that will have no closure though. Sighs. Fuuun Ishin Dai☆Shogun - Sounds like a hilarious parody setup. Will probably watch this. Mahouka - hyped show of 2014. Would be interesting reading the overwhelming fan comments. Blade and soul - Guilty pleasure Spring 2014. Oppai pls. Mekaku City Actors - Might rival hype to Mahouka, idk. Will definitely follow. Ping Pong - I'm Chinese, enough said. Interesting season to say the least. |

Shows I'm at least somewhat interested in (stars note interest level out of 5): **** Black Bullet Interesting premise, cool PV, good animation, count me in **** Akuma no Riddle Unique premise, cool art style, looks like it will bring me to the edge of my seat ***Atelier I tend to like JRPG stories sooo **Fairy Tale If this is a reboot (think FMA Brotherhood) I'm in, if it's a sequel I'm out **Gokukoku no Brynhildr Stereotypical love story format, which is fine by me haha ***Ishuukan Friends I'm curious to see if this will be more of a drama, or a relaxing show, huge tear-jerker potential **Hitsugi no Chaika VERY unoriginal premise, but we'll see what Bones can do *Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei Please tell me this isn't going to be another incest anime... *Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to Potential for some good laughs, or horrible failure ****Mekaku City Actors Heard great things about the manga, Shaft has been on a roll lately **Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin Good potential for laughs, why are there so many plots about NEETs this season? **Sidonia no Kishi Stereotypical main premise, but hey, the poster looks cool lol **Selector Infected WIXOSS Wasn't interested at all at first, but the PV changed my mind ***Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou I love RomComs..... so this isn't a surprise Seriously... why are there so many shows about NEETs this season? haha |

Hmm SO soul eaters sister story in the manga or Soul Eater NOT! is finally getting an anime adaption despite it not being finished :p ( ugh that one might not end well) a tennis anime called baby steps (i'm watching prince of tennis as of writing this) so that peaked my interest. "NEW" fairy tail 0-0 huh? wait are they making an entirely new one i was told they were just going to continue off the last season. either way it should be interesting. Wait wait wait there is going to be an avengers....ANIME! OK that got me good. In time ill most likely watch all of these but those were one that caught my eye rather quickly. |
