| From what I've watched, I'd say Sora yori mo Tooi Basho. Anyway, Overlord has 3 season, I don't count it as a 12-13 episodes. |

in terms of exactly just 13 episodes so no follow up season I would easily say  and hopefully David Productions will never make a season 2 because author turned retarded. in terms of a series that has several seasons Id say Zero no Tsukaima: Knight of the Twin Moons because it has the best 2 moments of the franchise in my opinion |

| Overlord has like 40 eps tho, how is that a short series? That makes no sense. Arbitrarily splitting a long series into multiple cours doesn't change the fact that it's a long series. Personally my favorite series with less than 13 episodes (that don't have multiple seasons or remakes etc...) are: Gundam OVAs (Unicorn, War in the Pocket, 8th MS Team) Yuasa stuff (Ping Pong, Tatami Galaxy, Devilman etc...) Golden Boy Yomigaeru Sora Detroit Metal City Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 House of Five Leaves Usagi Drop Sakamichi no Apollon Barakamon Erased Fune wo Amu ACCA Onihei Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou Hinamatsuri Yagate Kimi ni Naru Zombieland Saga Rinshi!! Ekoda-chan And my favorite long series that's randomly split into 1-cour segments is probably Natsume Yuujinchou. |
