Chloe (she/her)
Welcome to my shitty (new and... improved?) MAL page. I am a strange little pansexual transfem goblin with a varied taste but seems to watch the same few series and genres. I am a game dev major and am actively studying Japanese because I hate myself and love to make things harder for myself for no reason. I don't watch anime everyday like I used to due to my college schedule, but I still enjoy watching a good show.

One of my friends is about to have a birthday soon. She's a huge fan of Mortal Kombat and Bayonetta.
Getting everyone's hidden weapons is a very daunting task. I just farm Dark Matters for anyone besides Yuna, Rikku and Auron. The only characters with the easiest to obtain hidden weapons.
I always hated how irritating the butterfly catching quest and that lightning dodging one were. Require more luck than skill, so screw that!
Killing the repeatable, hidden mushroom superboss for Dark Matters is more rewarding and convenient anyway.
No one should ever torture themselves over hidden weapons in a video game.
I kind of feel sorry for that guy on Gamefaqs forums saying that the butterfly catching quest drove him crazy to the point of killing butterflies with flamethrowers or gats.
From what I've seen on YouTube, trouveres are as powerful as they are beautiful and supportive. Like the wanderer before her, the trouvere is guaranteed to work for parties.
I haven't played wanderer in years and I had to make one years ago because idiots in the international RO server were too lazy to play that beautiful class or healers.
Some stupid healer from like Southeast Asia with high ping he knew about got disconnected after five minutes and my useless, inept party that night got wiped out by mobs.
That's why I made a wanderer and many people underestimate her niche. I've been thinking of calling a trouvere Jeanne like the Suikoden character when I get one.
Imagine if a dancer like Jeanne was also an adept archer with a badass bow and arrow. Yes, trouveres can also shoot arrows and you need a female archer to get one. Male archers can become troubadours eventually, but advanced dancer classes are way better at saving everyone's skill points. The RO equivalent of Final Fantasy's magic points.
My left hand has gotten better at writing and I love writing with deep dark ink. Green ballpoint pens are too fadey for me.
Not sure if mmorpgs are your thing, but what kind of job class would you like to be in a fantasy world?
I would be a red mage, hyper hovice or Jack of all trades type of guy.
As the future Jack of all trades, I should be wearing overalls (which would have looked hot on my first girlfriend) so that I could carry a variety of tools, but I'll buy one eventually.
I know that Aquarius day is over, but happy belated birthday to Sanae Kobayashi, Phil Collins, Mamiko Noto and Starfire's voice actress, Hynden Walch.
Happy belated birthday to Michael Jordan also, an athlete that I grew up seeing shooting hoops. He's one of the reasons that I haven't given up playing basketball.
Yes, the Jack of all trades should also be adequate or adept in basketball.
I also got a lot of customizing to do in FFX HD before taking on superbosses. Superbosses that never existed in my old American PS2 copy of said game.
I also can't wait to play Nocturne remastered. Shin Megami Tensei is in the house! Not sure if stats can be customized like in Digital Devil Saga.
By the way, I haven't played Jade Cocoon in a while, but PS1 owners know that monsters there are much easier to customize in that game than in Pokémon.
I kind of wished that Pokémon could be accessorized like dolls. Yeah! I prefer customization to resetting a game.
By the way, I've been playing FFX HD. Will go back to Gungrave GORE next once I get a better controller to replace some second-hand, imported garbage (from China more specifically).
Oh yeah! I've been playing Ragnarok Online again after five years and I'm loving the new classes. You and your love could get married in that game, it's easy.
Ragnarok Online has so much variety and some superbosses if you like that.
I'm playing as a Super Novice by the way, the RO equivalent of Final Fantasy's red mage class and my Super Novice is sweeping monsters with ice tornadoes.
Speaking of Sorcerer Hunters, it's a shame that the studio that adapted it or Xebec is out of business. That anime and Love Hina are now in IG's care. Zoids, Nadesico, DICE, Fafner, the Star Blazers remake and Dai Guard are now in Sunrise's care.
I didn't know that you had a brother. I remember the Aquarius girl from Ohio I told you about or Holly telling me how much she loved playing with her brother. Not sure if Pokémon is their thing but they loved multiplayer games in general.
Yes, Aquarius girls are natural-born gamers. I knew another one that played Splatoon in the gaming aisle for hours. xD
That Aquarius lady or Rosia told me that she was excited about FF9 Remastered coming to the Switch.
Anyway, glad to hear that you and your kid brother enjoyed Pokémon together on Xmas.
I got said game and I wish that I could share my Christmas brunch with you.
I also love the fact that you can play that game with Japanese audio like the original Gungrave. Definitely the best action game to come out of Japan so far.
Other than that, I'm halfway done with reading Linebarrels of Iron and I decided that I'll read Sorcerer Hunters next. For content and for those interesting side characters a woman with an Asian husband told me about one time.
The anime could get a remake, but it wouldn't be the same without Yuko Mizutani as Chocola. Known as Chocolate in the ADV dub. Good thing Yuko-sama got to take on the role of Sora Takenouchi long before she died of cancer.
On the bright side, I'm totally glad that the Girls With Guns action genre is getting a revival in Japan. I didn't like Madlax at first, but I eventually loved that Bee Train original anime.
Would be great if I could wish Sanae Kobayashi a happy birthday next late January. The perfect Madlax.
My nerdy Capricorn friend from the Mid Atlantic is a huge fan of those TV anime and she loves Dot Hack games. She told me that she grew up with Mary Elizabeth McGlynn.
Other than that, I see that you watched every episode of the Johto saga seasons and Johto starters are incredibly adorable like my old chihuahua.
